That Dirty Dog

I will never go to another groomer for my dogs. Not only is this establishment very clean & welcoming, but the groomers are top of the line. They did such an amazing job with both my dogs, Jasper & Sierra. We recently adopted Sierra & she had severe matting. I explained the situation to TDD & they scheduled her to come in as soon as possible for a bath & dematting.

She looks & smells amazing. No more matting, they did such a thorough job! On top of that, Sierra is dealing with some car anxiety & they were so generous to help me get her in & out of the car. We were scheduled a few weeks out for Jasper but it was completely worth the wait. Highly recommend, they are all so kind & provide a phenomenal service to our fur babies. Never had the experience with any other grooming service that we've had here!

Making an appointment was easy. I took my pup in for a nail trim and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Used to love coming here but last few times we have called to book but no one answers or calls us back when we leave voice mails. We tried for over a week to book just dog washes with no return calls. A shame because they did good work in the past with our dogs.

I've been bringing my dogs here for years. I like to drop in after a hike with the dog and get her nails trimmed. You'll need to make an appointment for grooming as this place is popular. Staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend. A+++

I've been a customer at That Dirty Dog for several years with Kristina the groomer. While she does a good job, i was just told there was no way possible for my dog to be groomed for at least 8 weeks even though i've seen her faithfully every 6 weeks for 2-3 years. There was no apology or even attempt to work out a time before 8 weeks even though i always accommodate when the groomer has scheduling issues. I indicated i would find another place to do business and the response was "that's fine". There is no loyalty for there regular customers.

Great service and friendly staff. They do a great job with our dogs and don't break the bank! You pay for the level of service that you want from full service to do it yourself with their equipment, shampoos etc.

They always do a good job when I bring my little Boston Terrier in for a dremel, teeth and ear cleaning. Ever since covid we made the switch to this facility and are happy we did!

Its been awhile, was talking to some folks at the dog park- and bathing came up. I have wonderful memories of bringing my dog(s) in. The folks here are really nice folks. I like that there is oatmeal shampoo (easier on the skin) as well as a variety. Love how there is always PLENTY of big fluffy towels. The plastic apron is nice, and having treats readily available for 'coaxing' up the steps. I am 6'5 so like having the height so I don't kill by back bending dow.

Such a great experience taking my boy Dozer there. I walked in, dropped him off & he was ready to go in about 30 min. He came out smelling good & looking more handsome than ever! The added bandana was a great touch! He's been getting all the praise today. Thank you! Will definitely bring him in the future.

The staff here is amazing! They are so helpful even when you book a self wash. Perfect place to give your dog a good bath in a clean functional environment.

Wonderful! The tea tree soap made our dog so soft and the tubs are really big with nice hose nozzles that have adjustable settings 11/10 we got an adorable rainbow bandana

The pet store I used to go to for self dog wash services had closed permanently due to Covid. I really liked that place even though I couldn't remember their name to save my life. So I had to find a new place to wash my crazy beast of a rottweiler. This was my first time using the self wash at TDD but I did take her there for a bath by a groomer during the earlier part of the pandemic.

Overall it's a nicer setup than the pet store was. The washing stations are isolated with chain link fence. They include a variety of shampoos for your dog. They also offer other services like nail trimming and grinding. My only beef is that using a blow dryer costs extra while my old place included that. They do however include plenty of towels so it's an overall win.

I am not a fan of writing reviews but that is how much this place impressed me to the point I had to write one. We took our dog, Maxine on 03/07. We got her groomed, bathed, her nails cut and dremel. Maxine is 45lbs, they charged us less than $50.00. I think it was $47 or $48. Beautiful job. My dog came out looking slick, clean, smelled fresh but not over powerful smell.

They did a wonderful job on her nails, very short and rounded. On top of it they did the job in under an hour. She went in at 10, they called for her to be picked up at 10:50. Absolutely amazing. I have been taking Maxine to Petco and Petsmart for over 3 years and it does not compare to how well That Dirty Dog did. Definitely 5 stars hands down! I will be back. Thank you for making Maxine look awesome.

The folks at Dirty Dog are always great to work with. Our dog always comes back so handsome and smelling great! They have a great Covid-19 policy that has them do curbside drop off and pickup, which is perfect.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shepherd and her staff! Dr. Shepherd has taken care of all my dogs for over 10 years, and I would not go anywhere else!

They did a great job grooming my two fur babies. Great customer service and safety measures. A pleasant experience everytime!

We have been loyal customers for a few years, and I have referred many friends. I don't know what has happened? Today, my dog was at Dirty dog for 1 1/2 hours and I received a call that she was matted and they didn't want to spend 2 hours brushing her out. So I said I will just come get her and said thank you and hung up ( I did not say goodbye) she just had a bath and brush out a week ago from them, there wasn't a mat on her.

This is where it gets even better. I get out of my car with a mask on to get her. I'm down petting her and the person that was supposed to be her groomer told me she does not tolerate abusive behavior or someone hanging up on her. I think she was nervous because I just told her I was going to come get here. * she most likely just wanted to shave her all the way down. we usually have Henderson as our groomer and he has always been super nice. Unfortunately I think a few things have happened here. they are taking way to many dogs in at a time and they are hiring some bad people.

My poor pups needed grooming BAD! Due to Covid19, I had to wait sometime for an appointment. But The Dirty Dogs did a fantastic job. The dogs are so happy and much cooler! My sister recommended them and I will definitely be back.

I have tried many groomers, but you guys did it. He looks adorable and his coat feels so soft. The cut is perfect for him. I really like your shop. It has a personal touch to it. I will be back again. Over the past two years, I have tried many places in Woodstock and Roswell. But, I took a chance.

All I can say is wow about this place! Just took my Portuguese Water Dog to Harrison I absolutely love it and would highly recommend him and them to anyone.

This is a great place to take your dog for a bath or nail clipping. We have used the large tubs where you can wash your dog. They provide the soap and dry towels. It's a fairly good deal if you don't want to wash your dog at home. Most recently, we have taken both of our dogs in to have their nails clipped. It's $14 if they use the dremel tool.

It only takes a few minutes, and my dogs are better behaved for the technicians at That Dirty Dog. They have a loyalty program. You can enter your phone number on the keypad when you enter. They reward you with points which can be used for future discounts.

Love this place, I bring gunner to give him a bath myself. They are so accommodating and get me everything I need. Completely worth it and so easy and convenient.

I took my dog in for a nail trim two days before Christmas as a walk-in. Though they were slammed, they agreed to do it which I appreciated. That said, when I was putting my dog in the car to leave, it looked like they didn't trim her nails at all. There goes $10 down the drain.

We have missed coming here since we moved out of state. We have not found a place that even comes close to That Dirty Dog. The staff is friendly and they keep it clean. If you ever open in TX, we will be first in line!

Now that Jessie is gone, this place is intolerable. They are always booked out weeks in Future and even though this place is super conveniently located, I just can't anymore. In reading reply, I would say comments were reasonable. provided the street went both ways. After waiting WEEKS for every appointment, I've been cancelled at last minute and rescheduled for weeks in future.

Once rescheduled with a groomer that didn't do a good job and I had to return. You really have no idea how Disappointed I am to have to find a new groomer. I put up with a lot because I loved coming there. And, I am not the only one who has left--I may be the only one who made comments on social media.

So I wanna start of saying I was more nervous than my pup since all the pet smarts had horrible reviews in ga ( we just came back from Florida ) This was our first visit here and everyone was super nice and helpful the pups there all looked super calm and mine was a little nervous when I dropped her off but super happy when I picked her up. she was soooo soft and clean and even had a cute little bandanna, we didn't get a cut this time but next time cause there definitely will be a next time we will get the full shebang so glad I chose to go here. We used this place twice until early this year. Harrison was very nice to start with, then the second grooming he shaved too close to our 20lb Shi poo mix private parts, namely his butt and we had to put cream on it for a week until it healed. I didn't say anything at the time, but should have. So, we rebooked our dog for a grooming and the late time window is 15 mins.

I called as we were driving and explained the situation and were told as long as we get there within the 15 minute window. We arrived at EXACTLY 15 min and Harrison had already gotten into his car and left. I was very upset. I don't know why people rave about this place. All he had to do was give a moment for us to get there. His lack of flexibility by 30 seconds (I am not kidding) makes me want to give this place a bad review.

I have been using That Dirty Dog since 2007 for self bathing and grooming. The facilities are clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely helpful and the groomers are excellent. I always use Christina for my Wheaten Terrier and she always does an amazing job!

Lindsay did a great job on Knox today! I believe they were short handed but she really took time to make sure Knox was comfortable. Good haircut and she even put a cute bowtie on him! Very pleased!

Just got my pup's nails done and the care taken was incredible. Her nails had gotten so long over the rainy winter not going on walks. Thank you very for such a good job.

Loved this place! Took my dog to the lake but didn't want to bath her at home, and it's impossible to get a last minute appointment at a groomer. They provide everything you need to bath your puppy yourself and the best part, you don't even need to clean up after! Now my Lyla is clean and ready for her nap

Super Excellent customer service, Great product availability. Convenient hours! So nice to not have to struggle to get her in the shower or hose when its cold. She always comes away smelling amazing! I always have offers to help and great pricing!

That Dirty Dog is a great self-wash & full groom service salon! We've been bringing our Aussie since he was a puppy. The staff is wonderful, and all very kind. He is happy to be there, and always looks great when he is done. Great pricing for their work!

Great friendly staff. My dog loves to visit and gets the full groom, anal glands, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, terrific bath and clip. He's 95 pounds, so, a lot of work. They are the best I have ever found!

This place is awesome! Got the pups a little dirty at the dog park. Didn't want to bring them home to mama looking bad. Stopped by to try the self wash. Got the hook up and help from the most excellent staff. Noticed there were a bunch of folks coming in for grooming too. Nice clean hip facility. Great equipment and shampoo. Even had a special drying room with financial shine sprays. Out the door with 2 clean and great smelling puppies for $25. Awesome place and awesome staff! I'll be back, thanks! Check them out.
