My go to pet store for my dogs food and treats. Employees here love dogs and it shows. Always great service and they know me by name now which is nice.

I visited this location on the second best day of my life (the day I rescued my second dog). I wasn't a paying customer as I visited on a rescue day, but the staff here made my best day even better with their kindness and joy over my joy. I will never forget this day and the staff included in all of the great memories. They celebrated a 20 year anniversary for a reason. Joseph, Kennedy, Calvin and I are grateful we had them there for our second best day.

The staff is really awesome and extremely knowledgeable. We no longer buy pet food anywhere else. And on top of that Rosie loves to "shop" there and make new friends there!

I love this story! They have a great line up of high quality pet food. Good stuff you can't find at petco or other chain stores. Their staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In the 3 years I have been a patron of this store, I have had nothing but pleasant expereinces!

Wow! Stopped by on our way back to GA from Chattanooga to get stock up on dog food that is unfortunately hard to find in bulk. This place was sooo loving to my little boy, Winston, and they had plenty 100lbs of food for us to stock up on! Made many phone calls to dog stores in the area, and this store exceeded all expectations! Sad I don't live in the area to give them all my business, but hopefully I can support them again in the future!

Great pet store with lots of selections of dog foods, including Stella and Chewy's and The Honest Kitchen. Two of my favorites. They also have special treats for your fur kids birthday too. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. During Covid-19, the employees were wearing face masks & they offer curbside pick up if you don't want to go in. Their website has been updated recently too for online ordering.

Love this pet store! So glad they opened up in Hickory flat close to our home. They stock all the raw diet, organic cookies and goat milk my first babies need. Also, I love how they always keep a small stock of my dog food for me in the back so my pups are never without. Thank you!

I heard about this place through word of mouth! I visited the day of my fur baby's birthday, which was last minute for me, but I needed to find her a cute birthday hat, etc. I walked in and immediately I love, love, loved this place! The staff was friendly and helpful as well! My fur baby's birthday was a success!

Top Dogs is a wonderful local pet store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable about all things pets! They run great promos and discounts periodically as well. I would definitely recommend to any pet parent out there.

What a great shop! They have the cutest store, and it's tucked away in the corner of the strip mall (behind Del Taco and Longhorn), so you might not expect it, but you walk in and you're in a little pet heaven! Found out about the store this spring when they hosted Pawfest, and have been in love ever since! They have the cutest collars, toys, and accessories, and all kinds of great snacks and food products for your little puppers! (Kittehs too, but I don't shop for that).

The best part about this store, however, is the staff! They will absolutely take the time to love on your pup (if you bring him/her in), answer your questions, and be your most excellent guides on your trip around the store. They have something for every dog or cat, and sometimes you just have to ask!

All the ladies (& Alex) are all so helpful and knowledgeable. They know our fur babies by name and treat them like royalty. Our babies get so excited to see them! I can't say enough nice things! Thank you all and keep up the good work!

Nice store, Nice people, good selection. I am pleased & recommend this store. I recommend top quality food for a long-lived, healthy pet. My dogs are part of the family. I personally prefer local business owners vs. large box stores, assuming the local owners offer good prices, service and quality product and these people meet my needs, so I'm a very happy customer. The fact they care, are courteous and nice is a plus.

It was my first time there. A friend recommended the store, especially the kitty litter that is supposed to be great at masking the smell. The staff was really helpful even carried my items to the counter and offered to carry to my car.

Super cute place! Always buy my dog's food here and she loves to come in. All the employees are super nice and even offer to give your dog a treat. If you are not sure about a food if your dog will like it, they will give you a free sample of it. They are so polite and if they don't have something in stock they will order it for you. I have never had a bad experience here. Would definitely recommend to somebody looking for a new place to shop with pets!

This pet shop is honestly so so cute! Don't let the store front fool you, it's actually a pretty big store! They jam pack this store with lots of goodies. I can hands down say this is a top 3 best pet store I have been to, and that is saying A LOT because I have been to at least over 100 and am a snooty pet mama. With that said, the lady with straight light hair and glasses is beyond wonderful.

We came on halloween night, of course rather than trick or treating I am treating my pooch. They were giving away goody bags for dogs and water bottles for human. Then the lady packed me a nice big bag of samples, woohooo. I would say prices here are pretty standard to superior pet stores, you won't find a bargain here, but you will definitely find quality. They also take returns on anything, even frozen items. This is a hidden gem in Roswell, definitely don't miss it! Come here and get educated on pet nutrition.

Our English bulldog is in puppy bliss after we found this spot. Oodles of grain free treats, bandanas that go up to her giant head size, and they carry her super hard to find dog food! We were driving from Marietta to Dallas previously and are so glad Top Dog is so close. The staff is super kind and attentive to each four legged and two legged guests.

Great shop, great product with the best service around. I come by every week to purchase food for my dogs. They always go over and beyond helping me every time I come in. There prices are great and very reasonable compared to other places I've been. I would highly recommend TopDogs and would hesitate to send my friends and family there! Keep up the great service.

Last weekend I took my dachshund to the GA dachshund races and won a raffle for a $50 gift card to top dogs! I had never been here and I came in today to get my dogs some goodies with the gift card. They had so much cute stuff and lots of great natural treats! They also sell natural dog food which they sent me home with several samples of! The prices are reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back! Thanks so much for the gift card!

I love this pet store! They carry great products and the staff is very knowledgeable. Once I switched my dog to one of the recommended grain-free pet food brands, my dog's health has completely changed for the better. I moved 45 minutes away from the store but I still make the trip to Top Dogs because I love the products and service!

Visited the store with a new puppy and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Allison offered up a treat to William and he refused, not once, or twice, but 4 times. Allison was extremely helpful in getting William some samples of food and treats, we tried on a few different harnesses, and was told the benefits of each without any attempt to upsell. Extremely friendly and helpful, I will be back as soon as William makes a choice on food!

Five stars all across the board! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! My little Yorkie Gus comes here and they have groomed him great both times I have been! I will continue to recommend this place to other people with dogs as I trust it greatly with my baby!

I drive from Canton every three weeks to get my fur babies food and treats. It's SO much cheaper than Amazon and the customer service is impeccable. I have a large dog and they know exactly what she needs. I used to shop at Petco until I found this amazing food there that Petco doesn't carry. They call me when it's in stock, hold a bag for me, and never rush me to pick it up. I adore this store!

Great customer service they really care about helping you find whatever you need for your dog. I always get a free treat from my pup whenever I visit. This is a boutique to the prices may be higher but the quality is great. The only place to get Taste of the wild!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I have an aggressive chewer and they pointed out some toys and chews that would be durable enough for her. The shop is beautiful and they have a great variety of toys, food, and accessories.

It was my first visit here, I wasn't sure what to expect! But as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I needed help looking for! She took me straight to the cookies and showed me the display of holiday cookies! And afterwards, I was checked out immediately and greeted with a welcome because it was my first time here. Usually I go to Petsmart for all my doggy festive needs! But I think I just found my new favorite store!

Huge store! They carry both brands of dog food that my dog has to be on along with a wide range of natural, safe dog treats (both bad treats and freshly baked ones from a local bakery). They didn't have one thing that I was looking for and immediately offered to special order it for me. The prices are comparable to any chain pet store and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I observed the the manager being rude to others, I was uncomfortable so I left.

Wow all kinds of goodies for you or your pooch are within these walls. Having passed by here a few times on my way into work curiosity got the better of me and had to check it out. This store is one of two locations the other being in Kennesaw has everything from toys, beds, treats, food and clothing for the hairy friend in your life. If you want a little something "out side of the box" Top Dog has decorations and gifts, mini models of our breed, Pooch Reads (glasses for you) and that Bing needed for walking or just plain showing off. A few items are even carried for our feline friend. Top Dog is worth investigating. Woof Out.

These folks are great! The people running there booth r great! I am at there booth at the kennesaw festival and I noticed that they had lots of pet food so, we was gonna BUY about 5 or 6 cans of cat food. Well, I go to purchase it and I'm told, its not for sale BUT. I can HAVE it! They considered it samples! YES. enough food to feed my cats for 3 days!

I will b at there store mid week to purchase more. All businesses should take note of this. People LOVE FREE! And it's a great way to advertise and get folks in your store. $2 or $3 bucks worth of free samples has made me a customer of theres! Great job TOP DOGS!

Top Dogs is a great shop with a large variety of grain-free and organic pet food options. One of my cats has a lot of medical issues, and finding food that won't aggravate her conditions is a real challenge (she has renal lymphoma, hyperthyroidism, and allergies). Top Dogs has several brands I can happily feed her and the prices are cheaper than those I've found online!

The staff is well educated and they don't make me feel like a crazy person when I ask for help finding foods that are free of grains, BPAs, carageenan, and poultry. Thanks Top Dogs!

I was in the shopping plaza at other stores, saw the dog boutique and decided to stop inside. I love my dog and cat and spend an insane amount of time and money on them. I also try to support local businesses whenever possible. So, I was ready to pick up some treats and support a local business when I stopped in on Saturday and I was particularly interested in chews for my Dachshund mix.

The store is crowded and hard to see everything. They did have a nice holiday display with ornaments and little holiday themed gifts. I made a lap around the store and encountered a few sales associates, and not one asked if I needed assistance. As I was leaving, slightly annoyed, I did see that they sell the odor extinguishing candles and grabbed some of those. FYI, if you have pets, these candles really work to get that animal smell out of your home.

I just wasn't impressed by the customer service and that tainted my entire experience of the store and I won't be back. The items that are sold here can easily be bought on amazon or another retailer. The whole point of going to a brick-and-mortal specialty store is to have questions answered and to be assisted by knowledgeable staff; neither of which happened on my visit.

I found this store looking for a particular dog food for my new dogs when a big box store would not help me. I was greeted by Layne and she is AMAZING. I love going in there and they know what dog food I get, treats that my dogs will love and the reward program on certain manufactures are cashsavings.

It's no secret I spoil my dogs. So a friend of mine told me about this place and after a google search I fould out that they also carried the specialty dog food I like to feed the furkids. The dogfood is about all this place offers for me. Don't get me wrong I'm not trashing the place at all. It's a specialized store with plenty of goddies but most of it is geared towards smaller breed dogs. Items they offered for larger breeds where not reasonable as far as quality or performance, in otherwords more cutsey that practical. Having a working dog I need collars and gear for him that are built for the long haul, my other dog is just a brute and can destroy a cutesy collar in seconds.

I give them credit for stocking a lot of great food and treat options and having a knowledgeable staff but for me it falls into the trend of dog boutiques that only cater to smaller dogs.
