My Lord, if every business was as pleasant to deal with as the snooty Fox is I would be a much happier shopper. I went in to get a replacement bridle and the owner spent half an hour helping me pick out just the right one and not trying to sell me the most expensive one on the shelves. It was all about customer service. As I looked around I could hear her helping other customers and it was music to my ears. Sincere. Thoughtful and not one iota pushy.

My daughter will be competing in her first Horse Show. Trainer, Daughter, & Myself were shopping around & were directed to the Snooty Fox after having been shopping for hours. Trainer found almost immediately the "perfect Coat".I hated it. A heated discussion started between us. MS. NAN TO THE RESCUE. She came over - heard both sides - & brought Coat after Coat to my daughter to try on. Ms. Nan at all times stayed calm, cool, & collected.
During try ons, she explained to us the different reasons for each piece of the outfit - very cool info. Then she handed my Daughter a jacket & it was THE ONE - PERFECT. Living 1-1/2 hours away & being short on cash - Ms. Nan was Nice enough to hold it for me ( because they had another identical one ). I could call in my payment & they would mail it to me! I called in my payment & received the Coat the next day! I cannot tell you how easy Ms. Nan made this process. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

This store will save your wallet! Anyone who is getting started in the equestrian sport or has been for years KNOWS how expensive it can get. My family and I have been coming here for 8+ years and will continue 2. It can be beyond frustrating when you out grow a coat/pants/boots within 2 months while showing throughout the summer. Nan and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to fit for you AND your pony. Have consigned with her over the years and never had a problem. Always stop by when I'm in town to see what new goodies came in.

Bought a pair of boots from them in which in the store the zipper was messed up so we could only try on one boot. Made them aware of the zipper in which they said it was only a five dollar fix so no need to discount the boot. We immediately brought the boots to the store, repaired them (which was only $5) but when we finally could zip them up all the way, the zipper was actually come rely trashed.
No longer just a $5 fix. Called immediately (only 2 hours after purchase) and they would under no circumstances let us return the boots. Threw away $150 on used boots that after completely repairing would of been cheaper brand new from Dover. No more Snooty Fox for me!

This is the last time I will use this place to sell "used" items. It is nearly impossible to get them to pay you for the items sold. They have very stringent "guidelines" as to how and when to pick up a check, My daughter stopped in right after Christmas, they told her yes, she had sold some items, but she would have to return after the 15th of January, because that's when checks are written, I guess it takes them 15 days to write a check for such a small amount of money.
I stopped in to pick up the check after the 15th, I was informed that I was supposed to call ahead and request that the check be written, SOI had to leave and come back in a day to actually get the check. How silly, when my daughter stopped in the first time she told them she would like her check and they would not mail it out to her since she lives out of town now. Whatever, no more Snooty Fox for us!
