You can purchase replacement batteries/collars/collar parts anywhere. Don't waste your money on the 'Invisible Fence' name- they quoted more than double for half the yard coverage and only one collar- and for system compatibility reasons all batteries and collars had to be purchased from them- also at a premium.

My husband took care of setting up the appointment which was easy and fast. Only took a week and Dusty was here to install our fence. Dusty is courteous and knowledgeable about the product. He answered all my questions and I felt confident taking my dog out that afternoon for his first training. The collar is easy to use after an explanation from Dusty. I was searching for a place to get an invisible fence installed at my home. I found hidden fencing on Google and decided to give them a call. I left a message and I got a call back the same day! They were able to come out just a week later to install. Dusty was very professional and answered any questions I had. Even repeating steps for me if I didn't understand the first time.

He saw me come outside with my Dog and saw that the fence/shock wasn't affecting her. He helped me out even further with what steps to take next. I have a 3 year old great dane and she has been on shock collars before that didn't phase her at the highest level they were put on. I don't have her collar set at a high level and it works great! My hidden fence was installed by Dusty S. who was exactly on time for our appointment and was able to work with us when determining good boundaries for the fence itself. The installation process was very fast and minimally invasive to my property, only leaving a narrow line around the yard where the line was buried. The fence itself works great. It's been laid for two weeks now and I haven't found a spot that doesn't work yet. Seems fully-functional.

All in all it was a very smooth process and well worth the money, especially considering how much more expensive Invisible Fence brand would've been for the same amount of yard coverage.
