Literally can never get in, loved the service we received when we could get in but had to go to New vet because they just never have availability and we have animals that need to be seen.

I been going to Airpark for 20 years now. The staff and doctors are very friendly. I met Dr Smith this evening, very pleasant and took her time explaining the issue my cat was having. Always have a good experience!

Been going here for years. Easily spent over 3k on my dog. Went in this morning to pick up some meds. Asked for a simple tick removal tool (plastic about $.50 cents) and was told to remove ticks with my bare hands. I will be taking my dog elsewhere.

I called on a Tuesday morning requesting an appointment for the following day for my dog. When asked what was wrong they told me it was an urgent matter that I needed to bring him in right away. My husband and I brought our 3 year old dog in waited for 40 minutes because they told us basically another animal was more important. Dr. And I use that term loosely Dr. Kennedy came in spent 5 minutes with my dog and said he had pink eye.

Very unprofessional. I bring my dog back two days later and was told my dog actually has acute glaucoma and is now blind. We saw a different vet who was absolutely wonderful and caring and actually was very thorough with the visit. I'll be looking for a new vet.

I've taken several of my pets to Airpark and I have nothing but good experiences with them. The staff is always friendly and professional and every doc we've seen, and that's many, have all been awesome. A few of my cats wouldn't be here today if it weren't for them. Their prices are a little high but they are well worth it.

The former owner of this business has since retired and his son has taken over. It used to be a fantastic veterinarian facility, but it has changed substantially since the father left a few years ago. On the positive side the facility is modernized with clean facilities and modern techniques. The downside is that the cost of the prescriptions are astronomical, the doctors have limited experience compared to the father and the costs are relatively high.

I went in to get a price estimate for a blood test for my dog. The doctor did not take the time to explain to me the difference between the blood test and only was I provided with the costs. I then went back to my other veterinarian and double checked on the test in the cost. I come to find out that the lower cost test that they advised me at airport animal hospital would not have been useful at all, complete waste of money.

And that's the problem you have at this facility. The doctors just don't have decades of experience and seem to be more interested in costly procedures. So I rate the facility strictly average. I also think the costs there are higher than other veterinarians in the area. An important item that many people don't know is that you are not required by law to buy the prescriptions at the vet as long as you have a business relationship with that that.

Ask for a prescription and go to your local drug store to get it filled. Nevertheless, the vets are costly and they will have procedures that may not be necessary all the time, and again you will pay. So all in all I simply rate them average and believe that the vets need to focus on good quality care and competitive pricing focusing only on the procedures absolutely necessary. I will say that the staff has been courteous professional and polite. So there are some positives at this veterinarian, but all in all just average in my estimation.

Our Belgian Malinois recently had surgery at Airpark. The Drs and staff are very knowledgeable and caring. We received a phone call from the Dr who did the surgery the next day and from a technician the following day to check on her progress. We would definitely recommend Airpark Animal Hospital.

They are lovely and spend time with my pup. I love the text option to which often saves having to come in for a visit.

My dog ate a bunch of sand and I thought he was a goner. He's a 12 year old Boxer lab mix and I thought there was no way he would survive based on the amount of sand in his gut. The staff at airpark was phenomenal from start to finish, particularly Lisa and Dr Mazz. They both went so far above and beyond to make sure my buddy would be okay. Thank you so much!

Micky had a follow-up appointment after surgery. Although he was less than enthusiastic about being there and acted in true bulldog fashion, Amy, as always, was able to calm him down so he could get inspected. Everything is healing nicely. I would highly recommend Airpark Animal Hospital for their caring and dedicated employees.

We've been using Airpark Animal Hospital for the care of our dogs for over 20 years now. Everyone who works there is knowledgeable about their roles, and each of them treats the animals with kindness, respect, and dignity. They do all they can to keep our dog relaxed and comfortable. Our dog, Mocha, is now over 12 years old and has arthritis. She's still able to enjoy life thanks to the careful calibration of her medication for pain management and loving care by household members.

I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not able to assure the correct spelling of the name of Mocha's exceptional primary veterinarian, Doctor Supraszinski. Due to my disability, I do not accompany Mocha to the veterinarian; she weighs over 80 pounds. My husband takes her and our adult son assists when necessary. I've met Dr. S. only by phone. Her reports are consistently easy to understand and filled with the information that we need to plan her future care.

We trust her recommendations because they have led to good health outcomes and she includes less expensive treatments with good quality outcomes among treatment options. I'm including a few photos of Mocha continuing to enjoy family time thanks to Airpark Animal Hospital.
