Always knowledgeable friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and they have a wide select.

I walked into store, gentleman (think the owner) said hi and asked if he could help. I said "looking for a good nail clipper for a large dog". He seemed irritated I took him up on his offer of help. He walked over to stand and with a wave of his hand "we have three options" and started to walk off. I asked if could point me in the direction of the hot spot products didn't want him to take two more minutes to walk me to the products since he was already agitated.

He asked me three times "hot spots?" I said yes hot spots when a dog licks an area continuously. What pet owner doesn't know hot spot products. He did the same with a wave of his hand. Spent $65. Won't be back. Do not want to interrupt workers when working. God forbid!

I absolutely love this place. The selection is fantastic and the staff are always so nice and helpful!

I've shopped on and off at Pet Stuff for over 15 years, and I have always had excellent service. I have had many conversations with the owner, he is always pleasant and goes out of his way to be helpful. I recently went in with a new chihuahua puppy (Three other dogs have all passed away within the last four years); I was unsure about putting her on raw right away as she was pretty young. The owner gave a couple of recommendations and gave me a 4 lb bag of raw on the house so I'd have it when I was ready.

Great family owned and staffed pet center. Top quality dog food that's kept my dog going for 15.5 years. Staff is very helpful and was very gentle and quick giving our senior dog a mail job.

Didn't have what I was looking for, but they sure do have a lot. Food, treats, , toys, all sorts of stuff. Very large store. Great employees who are very knowledgeable and helped me with other places that might have what I was looking for. Now that I know what products they stock, I will be shopping there in the future.

Great variety. Only concern was some plastic pieces, rubber bands on the floor. Had to be extra vigilant watching our puppy so he wouldn't try and eat them. Would recommend.

This is the best! Tom is wonderful, and so is his crew. His help during Covid-19 saved me with 2 puppies that I had no intent to get, but love them, YES! I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you, THE BEST

I have went back and forth on posting this but as a long time customer of local shops in the Glen Lake area what I witnessed in the parking lot between the owner of this shop and who I am assuming was a staff member of the hospital was concerning. The owner who is a larger adult male was yelling pointing fingers and active aggressively towards a younger women in the lot.

I don't know the interaction that was taking place but I do know another member came out of the clinic and thankfully seemed to diffuse the situation. While I have always enjoyed the staff at Petstuff and appreciated their knowledge when I have purchased my bird feed through them I was and still am so shaken and disappointed in the interaction I saw I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope this situation was addressed and there has been a resolution but I'm truly disappointed in how I saw this business owner acting in front of a number of people.

Tom has a knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great selection of pet foods and supplies. $10 nail trim done in a New York minute by Michelle for our canine character. Happy to support a local business that cares about and for their customers.

One of my favorite spots to shop with the dogs. Family owned by people that live nearby and care about you and your animals. They carry the food out to the car and always have treats at the cash register for the dogs. Love this place!

This place is simply the best pet shop around. My wife and I have been customers for 3 yrs now and wouldn't dream of taking our business elsewhere. When for some odd reason they were out of our specific dog food the owner would find another place in The Cities that had some and go pick it up and bring it to the store so we didn't have to wait for more to come in.

Yesterday my wife called and asked if there was any possible way to get a bag of dog food delivered. With me out of town this week and her extremely busy at work and preparing to leave for vacation she just didn't have time to drive up there. Immediately when she asked for a possible delivery the owner said absolutely, even though we live all the way out in Chaska! This was just one example of why we shop there and will always continue to!

This is, as the rating says, as good as it gets. The inventory is huge and they are very helpful. When our puppy (70lb chocolate lab, 9 years old) decided to quit eating, we were guided to a helpful fix. We buy all of our dog needs here and every once in a while, we bring our bull in a china shop along. He likes to pick out his own bone. :)

I really like this store! It's a small business that carries high quality products for your pet! Very good store, worth checking out.
