We offer low cost spay and neuter program as well as affordable veterinary services for your pet. FOXY had her dance card at PETSinc stamped twice. This beauty first came to us as a stray. She was then transferred to the Cattitude Cafe in W. Columbia, but returned to us when the cafe closed. In the transition, she was diagnosed with a severe eye infection and Dr. Robby had to perform an enucleation. Your help with daily care allowed Foxy to hang around with us a while so she could heal well and adapt to her vision change.

I'm a handsome DSH orange tabby mix who came to PETSinc as a stray to find my furever home. For more information or to meet me, please call the adoption center (803-739-9333). I'm a pretty DSH mix who transferred to PETSinc from another shelter for a new chance of finding my furever home. My babies have been adopted and are living their best lives.
The PETSinc fostering program is an extension of our Vet Clinic. Foster families provide our veterinary staff extra support and vital care to pets going through a stressful or emotional transition, surgical recovery, special needs medical care in need of a quiet place to heal, or a mom and her babies experiencing brand new life together.
Rehoming can happen for a variety of reasons, the most common being loss in the family, a change in financial circumstances, and issues with the pet's suitability in the home. PETSinc offers a new path for pets that need new homes. However, due to our responsibilities to pets that are currently in our program, we have to vet each pet before we accept them into the program.
We offer local pet owners affordable veterinary care for their pets, including routine vaccinations, illness care, surgical services, and dental visits. Dr. Deborah Murphy is our full-time veterinarian at PETSinc. Her passion for community and shelter medicine makes her a perfect match to support the mission of PETSinc.

Great place for adopting! Stuff are professional and helpful! We were struggle to make the decision to choose a pup or adult dog, workers there are patients and friendly, they told us so many information and give us a lots of advice, really made things easier! Unlike others Shelter that you can only see pictures online and force you to file a application, in here, You allowed to spend a little bit time with the dog you want and get to know them! It's a better way to choose the buddy that suit you and your family! And you can see they really love theirs dog and cat!

My girl Daisy came in for an emergency visit due to loss of mobility on a Thursday in January. We met with the vet and she was very caring. We ended up seeing two alternative folks who wanted to help Daisy get her mobility back. We had no idea what was happening to her. The love, care, compassion they showed made my girl feel like she was at a spa.
She had so much inflammation in her body. Sad as it is she had to be put to sleep the following Sunday through Lap of Love at our home. The vet recognized the symptoms as meningitis. I am glad PetsInc encouraged alternative methods and for us to care for her. it is the hardest thing to love your 12 year old dog through death when the week before there were no stmptons. When I let them know she had passed, they sent a card with signatures, a business size card about the rainbow Bridge and text message. They were an amazing team.

We have gotten 2 of our last 3 rescues from Pets Inc. Their staff members are very friendly and helpful. They aim to set you up for success with your new member of the family. I had no idea how much love and affection can come from their pets. Our family will always look to Pets Inc first when time comes to choose a new pet. They are great and their pets are the best.

I called them and they got me in within 20 minutes for my sick cat. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and my very skittish cat adored her! She offered me different treatment options and really worked with my budget. Love that they don't charge extra for a sick visit vs a wellness visit. I had originally taken my kitten to get spayed here, which also went wonderfully. I will now be switching to PetsInc for all of my vet needs. They're a hidden gem!

My dog was ill. I knew it was kidneys. I thought diabetes as he was 3. They told me he was fine. I said too skinny, they said perfect, breath smells weird, they said GERD, losing hair? He was shedding. They told me he was too young to have kidney issues. Sent me home with antibiotics and cerenia. Over charged me by $72 on the cerenia, i only found out later. Ended up next day taking my baby to the ER vet.he was in end stage kidney failure, too skinny, a 2 out of 5.
We spent a week and $2500 to try and save him. We ended up euthanizing a week later. I asked for the over charge to be either credited to my card, or check sent. Tbey said no, i have a credit. I dont want nor need your credit. You over charged me for subpar care.i want my money back. $2500 is a lot and i will credit it to that. Would my dog have lived?
We dont know but he wouldnt have suffered. We found he ate round up that was overspray on our grass by the neighbor. Unbelievable that they think they should keep my money for overcharging me $72 for a medicine!

My sister and I went to PETSinc Sunday afternoon, March 20th to look at fur babies to possibly adopt. I, instantly fell in love with a female fergus pup. Although, she didn't have a lot of energy, she was still the one. My sister suggested I asked questions about her health because to my sister the pup looked sick. My sister said it was in her eyes.
She looked a little sick to me as well but because puppies are susceptible to viruses because of their immune system I thought it would past. I asked about her health and their response was she was just tired or maybe she had no energy because she had just received her required vaccinations. Petsinc also stated that they had witness the puppy having more energy earlier while in the back playing with her siblings. However, Petsinc said they would investigate her health further.
They took her in the back to check her her temp and she had a low grade fever which I was told was not serious and it happens with vaccinations if that's what it was. (Not so sure now) I filled out an adoption application for her and set up a meet and greet for the following day (Monday the 21st) because I have two fur babies at home. So, I arrive Monday and was told she no longer had a fever BUT the litter all now had diarrhea and was in quarantine. (wow really) Talked to Mike who is the director and he said things like this happen and he would contact me between 1 and two days.
I call back Tuesday and basically received the same information. I go back to petsinc yesterday (Thursday March24th) morning only to be informed that the puppy I fell in love with had passed away along with another one of her siblings and the other a total of 4 or more had to be euthanized. REALLY! The tears just filled my eyes. So now the other litter that was there Sunday besides the Ferguson puppies is also in quarantine with diarrhea.
What is going on? I am in no way trying to shed a negative light on PETSinc, I just want to know is this NORMAL? Honestly, I really wasn't believing what Mike was telling me, not to say he was lying, I just have never heard of something so awful. Can someone tell me if this can really happen? Just so heart broken that all these beautiful animals loss their lives. Now I'm very cautious about adopting. My heart hurts!

I wanted to like this store when I walked in. It's everything you want a thrift store to be; lots of random one of a kind items, hard to navigate due to crowded aisles, it feels like you're going on a treasure hunt when you walk in. But the way they price things kind of ruins the object. Things like picture frame, coffee mugs, and wallets have the price and what I'm assuming is the date received just haphazardly written on them with sharpie.
No price tag, not even written on some tape and then stuck on. My partner found a nice wallet but the price was written on the pocket that the ID slides into. The cashier tried to get it off but it wouldn't budge. The bottoms of my really nice, vintage mugs have hard to read handwriting in them forever now which is kind of a bummer.

Great little thrift store! Big selection of women's slacks which I needed for work. Didn't have time to look at other clothing, but I will be back. Only bad thing.clothing with more expensive brand names are priced way too high (Banana Republic and Express slacks were $20 each.) Used is used. Brand name should not matter at a thrift store; everything is donated to them.

We had been thrift shopping all day and had barely picked up a thing. came in to Thrift Avenue and almost impulse bought half the store. I am not certain what was happening with the other reviews on here, but the staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. They are associated with Pets Inc and sell the donated belongings given to them.
It is a smaller store, is around 75% clothing and does not have much furniture, the prices aren't quite as cheap as what you would find at some other thrift stores, but its not like some of these consignment shops that try to sell for 15% under retail, we are still talking $1 electronic toys and $5 shoes. The place is very clean and well organized (for a thrift store obv.) I almost thought it was curated because of how unique a lot of the items there are.
There is a corner with small kitchen appliances, a bit of jewelry, some really great costume clothing/supplies, knick knacks, ashtrays, toys, etc. Everything appeared to have been cleaned and cared for, especially obvious when reviewing the shoes. I will be visiting again!
