My Pom Oreo loves it here. Clean, easy drop off & pick up, feels safe & secure. He's doing daycare & soon boarding sometime. He's well taken care of, learning a lot, working on being more social, & a friend recommended Ruffgers so we're very happy how he's doing there each time. I love the report cards & knowing he's happy & safe with people who love animals. He loves 'going to school!'

I LOVE Ruffgers. My dog Snoopy loves Ruffgers even more! The staff is friendly and kind. When I pick up my dog from either day care or if he is staying overnight, he comes back to me healthy and happy. I cannot say enough good things about Ruffgers!

Ruffgers is the absolute best. I'm so so happy we found this place when we did! Draco is always so happy to be there which is clear sign he loves it just as much as we do. The staff are so sweet and always so excited to see him (minus his jumping on them, LOL). They take such amazing care of him which makes this fur mama happy. Not to mention, it smells so clean in there - compared to Pet Paradise.

We take him every Saturday and board maybe once a month. I never had any issues with boarding, and they are so quick to respond through email when I need to book him for daycare or boarding. The one time Draco got scratched on his ear, they were quick to call me to let me know he's fine and they took care of it :) We've been taking him there since he was 4 months old!

Best place to leave your dog and have peace of mind that she will receive the best care possible. I have been going there for almost one year and have never met a grumpy employee. You can tell they truly love dogs! The facility is immaculate, never a smell of any kind. I will continue the daycare for my dog and have no reservation at all if I have to board her should I go out of town. She truly loves going there to play and learn.

Ruffgers University has been instrumental in the successful care, training and development of our 18 month old Miniature Australian Labradoodle, Yo-Yo. Yo-Yo started daily day care and training with Ruffgers when she was 8 months old and just celebrated her one year anniversary as a regular student at Ruffgers. After watching her participation over the past year, Yo-Yo quickly became a member of the Ruffgers Family. Words can't express enough just how much she is loved and extraordinarily SOCIALIZED as a result of attending Ruffgers. Yo-Yo has made forever friends at Ruffgers, of both the canine and human varieties!

Without hesitation, we board Yo-Yo as needed and take advantage of the individual training opportunities in agility and good manners. If Yo-Yo is acting off, or a bit under the weather, the staff at Ruffgers is quick to call and alert us. They are responsive, flexible and the epitomize the highest standards in dog care and training. I am usually not an enthusiastic participant in surveys, but felt compelled to share these thoughts due to my family's overwhelming sense of gratitude. When our pup Max hears the word Ruffgers he gets so excited! We've been bringing Max here since he was 5 months old. He did the puppy class, obedience class, day care 2/3 days a week with training, and now he's trying agility which he loves. Max is a barker when he gets excited and Gigi has such patience with him. Gigi has taught me some great techniques for at home training, which has been super helpful. Ruffgers is a great place for Max- it's his happy place for sure!

I boarded my 13 year-old 5 lb Maltese at Ruffgers in February 2021. This was and is the only time I will ever board my dog. I'm giving Ruffgers 2 stars because their staff is very friendly. However, my dog came home very sick with kennel cough and we spent hundreds of dollars in vet bills. As a nurse practitioner, there is no mistaking kennel cough. Ruffger's staff KNOW there is kennel cough in their building.

And yet they did not inform their clients that they are experiencing kennel cough. A denial would be a lie and very unprofessional. I hope they have addressed the issue as in closing the building and deep clean/disinfect.

Easy to book and clean appearance. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Used the day care service and would return. Definitely recommend.

Our dog, BOO loves the care she recieves at "school". We love that now matter what employee is at the front desk, she wags her tail as soon as she walks through the door.

Aschley, Gigi and the entire Ruffgers staff are amazing! They treat your pup as if it were their own - with lots of love and care! They are so experienced and knowledgeable with their training, we have seen such a difference with Winston ever since we started. We couldn't be happier.

Really loved the concept of dogs interacting all day, unfortunately the supervision is lacking. My 10yo Goldendoodle rolled in something sticky and it developed into a "hotSpot". needing antibiotics and steroids to treat. The disturbing thing is the manager tried to say my dog came in with this lesion. just some kids they hire that aren't paying attention, but I'll never go back. pity, their concept is great. just need to hire better help.

I brought my dog here for the 8 night board and train. I spent over $800 and got literally nothing. He doesn't even sit. He doesn't stay. He is worse now than he was before the training. Not only that but he's had bloody poop since we've brought him home from here so now going to the vet.

Ruffgers Dog University is the BEST. That is the most succinct explanation of my experience with Ruffgers and their team. More detail below for the readers. STAFF -- The people that work there are all great, love dogs, and are capable to care for and train your pup. They will know you and your pup's name before you leave. TRAINING -- The training classes are well worth the cost as they make a point to teach you and your pup the best methods in puppy training, obedience, agility, and other aspects of canine good citizenship. BOARDING AND DAY CARE -- This is a big one for me.

My dogs have always been family, and so much so that I had always been extra cautious of boarding and day care facilities. Ruffgers has completely changed my mind and my pup is now a frequent resident. As an example of their quality, I recently went out of town for a week and had major travel issues keeping me away from home an extra two days. Not a problem for Ruffgers.

More than that, while away my sweet little girl went into heat for the first time. This scared me as the first time I am going through this as a dog dad but this did not scare Ruffgers and staff -- they were amazing to take good care of her for the entire time I was away. AND I know she is taken good care of because I get to watch her running around on Ruffger's Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat stories. : OTHER -- High quality foods, treats, toys, and supplies offered in-shop with advice on what would work for your pup. Thank you Ruffgers!

My pups can't wait to get to get here. They start getting excited at every turn in the road. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly.

My family LOVES Ruffgers - and most importantly our dog Rosie is obsessed with going there. She's a golden retriever puppy and has had nothing but the best experience every time we bring her. She has done the training school as well as regular day care - everyone at the center is lovely - super friendly and welcoming. And most importantly they really and truly love and enjoy the dogs.

Our trio loves, loves, loves Ruffgers! We feel like our fur kids receive wonderful care. They all have such fun! We could not travel and be at ease unless we know our fur kids are in the best of hands! Thank you Aschley, Gigi and crew!

Aschley, the owner, and her team are the best. I have so much fun in agility with my dogs that I do it 3 days a week! I learn as much as my dogs and the bonus is getting to meet all of the other clients and their dogs - exceptionally nice bunch of people! I use the daycare and boarding facility as well along with the retail shop. Both are brand new, modern and extremely well cared for. 24 hour staff is a comfort. It is truly a one stop place for your dogs and their "home away from home."

Ruffgers STAR puppy training and Manners classes have greatly helped both my golden retriever puppy and me. Aschley and Gigi are very knowledgeable and patient with both dogs and owners. The classes are fast paced, informative and fun. They have made a world of difference in my golden retriever puppy. The facilities and service are first rate. Your dog will be a member of your family for years to come, it is well worth it to invest a little time and money to be sure both owner and dog start off on the right foot/paw. I would very highly recommend Ruffgers for training, boarding or day care. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Best Doggie daycare I have ever taken my dog to! It's very clean, structured, and they have agility and all types of training, so you dog is kept busy and learning. I never hear barking when I go there, unlike the other place I would take my dog. More doggie daycare's should model their facilities like this one.

This is a favorite place for my shih Tzu. She has developed into a snappy agility pup by the sleek training of Aschley owner of Ruffgers Dog University. Also the facility now houses overnight boarding with personal touches for all the pups and personnel that watches over the pups while they are dreaming. Morning romps in the play yard as well with indoor fun and games and bits of training. Well kept facility by all dedicated animal lovers. My pup loves Ruffgers

Excellent facility. Incredibly clean too. We have our puppy trained there and board her when not home. They also train through agility so we will be there a long time. Fantastic place
