Went in and my Dogs nails were done in 5 minutes, no appointment needed will be back in 4 weeks.

Wonderful place to take your pet for grooming. They do it with loving care.

They always do a wonderful job on my dog and I always recommend them to anyone. I know I have taken him other places when we are out of state and he comes back all upset but when he goes there hes happy and they treat him well so that makes a big difference to me

I have taken my dog Lilly here multiple times and every time I pick her up she is extremely clean, nails are done great, smells delightful and very soft hair. My dog has serious separation anxiety and they deal with her very well. Super thankful for the team and staffing they have there at Bayshore grooming. Professional, reasonably priced, quality service, down to earth. My dog will only be groomed be here.

Critical: Responsiveness I have been going to Bayshore Pet Grooming for years. They did an ok job until my Lhasa bit the owner. I am sure my dog isn't the only one that bit a groomer. I was informed they could no longer groom my dog. Beware!

We've taken our dogs here for the last two years and will NEVER again. When we picked up our shih tzu they asked us what was going on with his neck. I said, "what do you mean?" They said he has a large u shape cut on his neck and that they put some glue on it to stop the bleeding. When I took a look at his neck, I couldn't believe what I saw. My poor dog was cut deep.

I took him to the vet and they had to use 4 staples to keep the wound closed. What makes this situation so disturbing, is the fact that Bayshore Pet Grooming tried to tell me that he had this when I brought him in for grooming. I'm pretty sure if my dog had a cut requiring staples, I wouldn't have been bringing him in for a bath and haircut. There was no apology, no owning up to it, nothing! Photo is attached

Terrible experience. Our yorkie left there with a dislocated leg and nails cut dangerously short. Had to take him straight to the Emergency Vet. Dislocated leg! Sad and angry.
