Excellent service! I originally booked this service because I had surgery and couldn't clean up the yard for a couple of months but once I recovered I continued with their service because it was excellent. So easy. I have had this service for a few years now. I work nights, and it's so nice to come home to a clean yard. Debbie is my usual service tech. I love that I have a consistent person. She knows my yard and always makes certain my gates are locked. I trust her so much. She texts me before she arrives to make sure the pups are in. I have a territorial GSD and an escape artist husky.

She also lets me know if she found a dead critter in my yard. I really like Doo Cares system, she sweeps the yard back n forth to not miss a spot. In the winter, I ask for once a week, in warmer months, bi-weekly. The price is so reasonable. I would recommend this service to everyone with pets. I never have an issue communicating with them either.

Never showed up a single time and rescheduled and then never came. claim they came but gate was locked and never rang our gate. Stay away.

Hired them for a one time after winter cleanup. Spent exactly what I thought it would cost. Extremely happy with service. I prepaid and was a bit worried about paying before the service. Absolutely nothing to worry about. They texted 10 minutes before they arrived. Once here, they quickly returned my yard to a yard and had the ridiculous amount of dog doo cleaned up in no time at all. They texted before they came, they cleaned, they left. Highly recommend.

So far not happy. I've called multiple times, emailed and messaged in the website and haven't gotten a response back in a few days.

Doo Care is a great company! We have a large dog and they do a great job cleaning our yard each week, not to mention their prices are very reasonable. I'm always happy with their technicians, especially Cindy. She even texted me one day after her work was complete to let me know our gate in the far back of our yard was opened and she made sure to close it. It not for her, our Rott would've gotten out of our yard for sure!

This company has the best customer service that I have ever experienced. Kelly returns messages promptly and is always cheerful and helpful. I have had to change my day of service numerous times and she has always been most helpful and accommodating. As far as the actual clean-up, Anthony does a fantastic job keeping my yard spotless. I can recommend this company without a doubt! If you have a dog or dogs this service is a godsend. Definitely an A+ business.

Highly disappointed in their service and customer service. The fist time they came out I had to call to have someone come back, the tech rushed and did a terrible job. Wrote an email with instructions for the tech which they answered but I waited all day and no one came. Called the office at about 3pm to see why no one had come yet and the reply was we are behind, they will be there tomorrow.needless to say I cancelled my 3 month prepaid subscription.

I have used Doo Care for about four months. They text before coming and leave a door hanger on my door or in my mailbox after every weekly visit. I love the process. My only issue is that the cleaners leave before the job is complete. They have offered me free cleanings and that is totally acceptable and appreciated. However, this is the fourth week in a row and instead of free cleanings, I would prefer to receive a quality paid cleaning.

I was really excited to hire Doo care. The initial contact was great! Until I realized that all of my quotes were wrong. Second person who I emailed with, gave me different quotes.then I received a third set of quotes. Then.after that, I was given a date of 3/16/21 to start my services. Great! I tried to get that all set up and provide payment. SILENCE.

I havent heard from anyone in days. So unfortunately, no services for me. I'm super bummed out. Oh well. Would not recommend.not based on services but the customer service. They are pleasant.just not responsive or consistent with information.

We started using Doo Care after another service ended up being less than reliable for us. They always came on the dates they were scheduled for and our yard was always clean. We had to stop the service due to a change in employment but would gladly use them again if circumstances warrant!

Great service! Great communication! I had a baby in March and keeping up with my yard hAs been challenging! They came and did a sling clean up as we all know everyone gets a poop pick up break during the winter with all the snow! I absolutely recommend this place!

You cant go wrong with this service! Great service, excellent price. Debbie especially is very thorough and conscientious. She always contacts me to make sure my pups are safely in the house (i have an escape artist). I trust her so much, she makes sure she does a stellar job to not miss any small hidden treasures even in the mud, then secures the gate and lets me know she has completed the yard so the pups can come out safely. Rain or shine, doo care is there! Ive used them for over a year, wish I started years ago!

A few months ago, I posted an unfavorable review about this company and I am soundly retracting and apologizing! A simple miscommunication was rectified immediately and I could not be happier with the service. As a single homeowner with enough on my plate, their reasonable rates allow me some extra free time to do what I love and work in the yard. Service has been exceptional. Highly recommend!

Requested service, was contacted promptly. Didn't want to deal with the spring cleanup, and these guys are magic. I found maybe 3 missed droppings, but my dogs like to decorate my flower beds so. can't fault them for that. I'd happily call them again when in need!

Great team, excellent customer service, rapid response. We leveraged this for my mom who can't handle searching out bombs from two small dogs.

This service has been such a wonderful help to our family. I only wish we'd known about it sooner. They arrive bright and early on the days we requested and make our yard look like a dog doesn't live with us haha. Doo Care Dog is a GREAT service! I originally contacted them in early spring after quite a while not picking my yard up during the winter months. I was provided a reasonable quote & the company cleaned my yard wonderfully. I decided to stick with their services until July when our family moved out of state! Great customer service & GREAT company!

The ladies that have come out every week have been thorough and professional. They were always there like clockwork and my 2 Chows Chows had no issues with any of them even though they are generally aloof around strangers. What specifically led me to call them was a bad incident my puppy had with giardia that caused her to be hospitalized. The amount of gastronomic distress was really apparent in my backyard. The team had no hesitation when I showed them the destruction. I highly recommend this service

This service is awesome! We stumbled into it because our CPA is in the same building as the Doo Care office and we were talking to our CPA about dogs. After meeting with the CPA I found Doo Care online and booked an appointment and spoke to Mike on a Thursday. He has a crew in our neighborhood on Tuesdays and BOOM our yard was cleaned on the next Tuesday.

One of my concerns about the service is due to us traveling often meaning we could be gone for 2 weeks and not need poop patrol in our backyard. Mike understood this and all I have to do is give him a call or an email to let him know when we're gone and Doo Care adjusts accordingly. We're so happy we found Doo Care because it relieves us from picking up dog poop AND they're also a great company!

So, I've used them now for the last probably 4 years, if not more. I can't quite remember the length of time, but the reason being, I've spoked to the owner as well as the people who actually pickup afterwards, they've done an incredible job keeping my backyard clean. I usually have Debbie pickup at my location, and she's fantastic, she literally combs every area of the backyard, to the point where I can run out there and not worry about stepping on anything. The service is so worth it, especially during winter and after the snow thaws out. I totally recommend using them and will continue to do so.

I have been using Doo Care for close to a year now. They are fantastic. Cindy in particular is great. They do their best to clean up all the poop when it is covered in snow and frozen in the ground! I also have a lot of landscaping in my backyard that is mulched over, and my little guy loves to do his business in the mulch. Certain Doo Care employees will always clean up in the mulch as well as the lawn to ensure the entire yard is clean and fresh!

We have used Doo Care for many years now. We have had anywhere from 1-3 dogs from time to time and the service has always been reliable and complete. The company and owner Mike are extremely responsive and have flexed the schedule to make sure we are poop free before an outdoor event. We are now moving out of the area and feel like we are losing one of our very trusted and reliable support systems. My wife and I highly recommend DooCare. There is a LOT of variability in this industry and we consider them the very best!

Have been a client for about 6 weeks and find this company and its staff members very helpful. They have reacted to changes that I have requested to my schedule and my yard has been spotless since I hired them. Very well run company!
