Our office is now an awesome little den, with a comfy sofa for extended cuddle time. It's a great place to snuggle up and watch a movie on Netflix while chowing down on some puppy popcorn! Small dogs get special oversize crates with plenty of room, soft comfy bedding, and they're all in the two rooms in the front of the barn so it really does feel like home.
Bigger "Family" dogs get 5x5 or larger kennels with Kuranda beds. Each dog's stay is tailored to her/his individual needs, so everyone gets just the right amount of love, play, & rest.

Services
With the exception of our PE Family Dogs & guests at The Inn (aka the house B&B), we are primarily boarding dogs 35 pounds & under, with occasional spots available for larger dogs. Stays are tailored to each dog's needs & include at least 4 playtimes with additional one-one-one time daily. Pups play in small, safe groups that allow everyone to do their thing without being frightened or intimidated.
For dogs who enjoy pools with clean, cool water, water games, sprinklers, misters, lots of shade, & more. A couple of hours of one-on-one time to recharge your pup's immune system, & keep her/him from missing you too much. The extra attention is especially great for dogs staying a week or longer and for pups who are a little less outgoing.
In addition to appropriate allopathic / conventional veterinary care, a holistic, natural approach to wellness is essential for your pup's long term good health. We feed Fromms, Taste of the Wild Pacific Stream, Natural Balance Limited Ingredient, & Dr Marty's Freeze Dried Nature's Blend, depending on the dog.

Just wanted to update for others. They are only taking small dogs now. It isn't listed on their website, but wanted to share after receiving an email from the owner indicating that. They were wonderful. They took such great care of my dog. I really didn't want to leave her. It was our first time kenneling her and the staff was so warm and welcoming.

Our dog had a great time here and they were always willing to send us pictures if we wanted them. However, I did request that he be bathed and nails done before he came home. He does pull away when these things are done but a leash could be used to keep him in place. Just a little disappointed at this because he was outside all week with other dogs and was not washed before coming home.

I would give no stars if i could. They refuse to give me my dog back after i have been trying to get in contact with them they never return phone calls or text messages. They cussed me out on the phone. Are refusing to even let me pay to get her back. She went there with no marks on her face and now she has scars from a picture they sent us that we didnt even know about her getting injured untill we saw the photo of healing scars. The owner is rude and doesn't allow costumers to speak. I will update as time goes on.

My dog goes to daycare twice a week and loves it. I told the manager that my dog does not get along with all dogs and they gladly welcomed him. They have taken the time to introduce him to new dogs. He has made many new friends. Pawsitive Energy has helped my dog's behaviors towards other dogs. He has calmed down a lot because of the kindness and patience of the workers at Pawsitive Energy. I would high recommend taking your dogs to Pawsitive Energy.

We have nothing but positive experiences with this place and use it each time we go out of town. If your dog is the type that wears a sweater and collars with diamonds on it, it's definitely not for you. But, if it loves to get muddy, run non-stop and play like crazy, this is the place for you. We're not big fans of our dogs staying inside all day, so this has been a great option for us when leaving our dogs. Your dog will come home smelly and dirty, but so would your kid after an amazing time at summer camp.

While Pawsitive energy claimed they were experienced with dogs with seperation anxiety I beg to differ. The staff gave glowing reviews and said that my dog was happy to see them and great, no signs of anxiety whatsoever. However, he did not recieve all of his veterinarian prescribed medication (I counted it before giving them the bottle and knew how many doses he needed), despite multiple instructions to do so no matter what.
As a result, my dog came home having chewed hair off of his tail, and licked fur off of his forepaws - generally he does this only when extremely stressed. Also, the turnout was very small, no way a larger dog could stretch out his legs. They did give him walks and lots of attention - Lori knows what she is doing, but her help don't seem to follow through all the time. Overall, this place is great for people with well-balanced social dogs, but not for ones with insecurity.

I would say be cautious, I love Lori she has a great heart, but the last time I boarded my dogs there was a bad experience. When I picked them up my young dog had hot spots on both sides of his face and two ear infections. I don't have a problem with that, Sh*t happens, the problem I have is nobody noticed two -3 inch diameter black spots(dry blood) on his cheeks.
