Pet Palace

I took my baby boy (Yorkie terrier) there for the first time for day camp. They let me tour the facility and explained how my dogs day would go. I did a 1 on 1 daycare stay this time just because I wasn't sure how he would react with a new environment.but he was fine. I will be going back. The team was great. Thank you for making my dog feel at home.

My dog, Bruno, seems to love this place. Anytime he goes there while we are gone he always seems to relaxed and happy when we pick him up. We did an exit bath this time too and he still smells so amazing. I might send him once a bath just for that amazing scent. Thanks ladies

We were, of course, nervous to leave our puppy for her first day of daycare. The staff were amazing and answered all my and my 5 year old's questions. She was very invested in the process and they treated her with such respect, understanding how much she cares for her puppy. Our puppy came home happy and tired, all signs of a great day!

I am From Columbus Ohio and on short notice I had to board my two large pibbles. All facilities near me were booked so I searched for a Pet Palace near my hotel in Indiana. From the very first phone call, to greeting my dogs and I, to check out was spectacular! Everyone I spoke to was so kind and happy that I came from out of town! I most definitely recommend Pet Palace-Fishers to anyone who needs a puppy hotel! Thank you to all who took such great care of my crazy energetic pibbles! I appreciate you!

Making an appointment over the phone was easy, phone staff was friendly and informative. so far so good. Hoping the grooming experience is just as good fingers crossed.

We love Pet Palace, and more importantly, our dog loves Pet Palace. As soon as we get out of the car, he's wagging his tail and pulling at his leash toward the entrance. He loves the people here because they give him lots of attention. (He is a diva and needs constant affirmation that he's the best boy and that he's pretty, and he gets all of that here.) We've done short stays (about 8 hours), we've done multiple overnight stays, and we've done a few multi-day stays.

Each time, we're always satisfied. Our dog likes human interaction, so we pay a little bit extra for one-on-one play sessions if we're boarding overnight. We also pay to have the staff groom him before we pick him up, so he always comes home to us smelling great and looking like the pretty boy he knows he is. When we pick him up, the staff always sends us home with a "report card" on how he did and notes about our dog's stay, including what he did during the day. It's a nice little courtesy. I have nothing but good things to say about Pet Palace. The location is great too -- it's right off 465, so it's super easy to get to.

We love Pet Palace - Fishers just as much as our pup! The staff is great! They are kind, patient, and thoughtful. We know our pup is like family to the staff when we leave her in their care!

Without too many hoops, we were able to get our 2 dogs boarded for about 5 days. Gotta be up to date of Vacs etc. They were able to play and socialize and got a bath. Plus we were able to pick up on Monday am

Pet Palace has been AMAZING! I lost one of my dogs this year leaving one half of a bonded pair. I needed to find somewhere for the newly solo dog to stay socialized. I toured multiple day care centers. Pet Palace was different from the moment you walked in. The staff actually CARES! They know your dog. They care about your dog. My pup LOVES IT. He gets home and is tired and happy.

He is excited to go in the mornings. He is a daily regular and will be going forward always. All I know if my dog loves it and I feel great about leaving him. The staff is FANTASTIC! Hannah, Payton, and Paige are my pups favorite but I have never had a bad experience with any person there. The staff truly wants to make sure you and your pet are happy. I refer everyone here. Pet Palace is now part of our family lifestyle! They should be part of yours too.

Take your dog here M-F for "day care" and cost is roughly $25. Do so on the weekend and owners have decided to double the rate (for same service) to now roughly $50. WTH?!? Absolutely offering nothing more other it being Sat or Sun. Weekends apparently now called "day boarding". Ha! OMO. nothing more than a BIG money grab from long time and faithful customers. Our household. we've spent more than $2K here over the years. Wow!

We boarded both of our 1 1/2 yr. old Yorkies in a web cam suite in September. We Were told that everything went well. This was not the case! We noticed a marked change in both dogs behavior after the first couple of nights. Our female started hiding under the cot and her brother started guarding the door to the kennel 24/7. After we returned home, our female continued to hide under our chairs and we could barely coax her out.

We noticed that she had several scabs on the back of her head her chin her neck her shoulder and under her front leg in the chest area. Every one of the scabs was perfectly round like she had been attacked & bitten several times. When I called to inquire no one could tell me what had happened! This tells me that my dog was injured in their facility and none of her wounds were treated Or that they just flat out lied by not being forthright that's some thing that happened to her.

Then they tried to imply that our male had attacked his sister which is not even a possibility she is the dominant he is the submissive. When I refused to except that explanation they then tried to imply that my female must have a skin condition which was also impossible because she had been groomed the day before and had there been a skin condition my groomer would have informed me! I would be very leery to ever board my dogs there again so giving me a free night stay would pretty much be a moot point!

If you go here for your most prized pal possessions then you're in the right place, for Fishers! We had ours taken to Dixie based on a lot of recommendations from another friend and boy, does she know her clients! Dixie is a natural dog whisperer and does everything your pal needs and she's really good at what she does. The staff out there is super friendly! Thumbs up to the entire experience!

We love Pet Palace. It's been such a great place to board our dog. The facility is clean and has a great area for the dogs to play. The staff has always been friendly and very caring towards our dog. They offer numerous amount of services that makes your dog stay more comfortable, so it gives us peace of mind to leave our dog there. With my certainly recommend this boarding facility!

Our dogs stayed for an overnight and did really well! They were so happy to come of course. But Pet Palace is a wonderful place! They really take great care of your pets. They were wiped out on the way home.

I brought my two cats here to be groomed. My enormous English Shorthair had a negative experience at a place a year or so before coming here and had been a bear to groom ever since. I was really afraid he would bite and scratch and warned Raven the groomer he was not to be trusted! My Ragdoll had somehow become matted on her belly. English Shorthairs have short hair, yes but they also have the densest coats of any breed of cat. Ragdolls seem to be made of cotton candy and fine fur that flies everywhere.

I needn't have worried though because Raven is a cat whisperer. Both cats let her trim their claws as well as wash and brush them thoroughly. I was thrilled to see she didn't have any bleeding wounds on her when I picked them up. I will definitely be back.

I am not a high maintenance dog owner but after picking up my dog yesterday she had poop crusted all around her butt and under her tail. I didn't immediately notice it because it was covered by her tail. I'm so confused because not only has this NEVER happened to her but I paid for her to have a bath before I picked her up. I don't know if maybe the dog food they gave her didn't sit well with her and made her sick but if that was the case I would have thought the bath would have cleaned her up or they would have told me she had an issue going to the bathroom.

We have a golden retriever named Riley who always comes when we are on vacation. She loves it and is always tired after. It was very clean, and had big cages with beds for dogs to sleep on. We are on our way now to pick her up right now. When we took her she was jumping all over the place because she was so excited.

Our two English Creme Golden Retrievers love coming to Pet Palace Indy for boarding & grooming. The groomers do a fantastic job cleaning their teeth(much cheaper than at the vet), filing their nails and getting their coat shiny. Not to mention, they smell much better! Raven & Mikaylah are both great at what they do! We drive 35 minutes to bring them to get groomed because they love PP!

MiKayla is seriously the best groomer. She has been grooming our shihtzu/Maltese mix and our mini golden doodle for a few years now. If you know anything about doodles, you know their hair is super difficult to treat. She is patient with our babies and always gives us advice on how to treat their very different hair! I would recommend her to anyone with any breed! Our babies love going to her

Absolutely love this place! It's always so clean and the staff is always so warm, friendly and energetic. They treat my dog like it is there own and that's really all I could ask ever ask for. My dog always leaves so happy and I am so grateful this boarding facility was recommended to me. Can't wait to take my dog back.

Fantastic place! My dog loves it and the employees absolutely love on the pets. A report card is provided at the end of your pet's stay. Marvelous service!

I cannot be happier with my dog's grooming this afternoon. Mikayla did an amazing job. My dog doesn't like to be groomed and she said she was amazing! My dog's coat is so fluffy and soft! Mikayla trimmed up the scraggliness wonderfully. My dog looks so beautiful! We will be back!

My dog loves going there every week for play time. She "knows" that Thursdays are her day to go and never wants to leave. Update: I docked a star because a while back my dog got bit while at daycare and ended up getting stitches. We haven't had any other incidents during day care since though. However, when getting her groomed they claimed a razor burn was a rash that she had gotten prior to the grooming. So a vet appointment was scheduled to follow up and we were told that that claim wasn't true.

I recently moved to the area and called two other groomers that are a little closer to me and both were not accepting new patients for the rest of the year, which seems a little crazy to me. Pet Palace got my westie in within a week and they did an excellent job. The facility was clean and everyone was professional. Their prices are higher than I am used to (compared to St. Louis and Milwaukee) but they seem on par with the other groomers in the area.

I have owned dogs my entire life and used a groomer for my dogs for the past 25 years. I have assumed that dogs' general fear of grooming is just normal. I was wrong. I have now had my 3 large dogs groomed at pet palace 4 times and what a difference! My dogs are actually HAPPY and wagging their tails going into Pet Palace for grooming. If that's not proof enough you should use Pet Palace- then I should also tell you the price is a lot cheaper than anywhere else I've gone and thanks to Raven the dogs look and smell fantastic when they are done. Absolutely love this grooming place! Haven't used for boarding, but if I had to board- this is where I would try.

Our dog Dot goes to daycare here twice a week. She is always excited to go here and so tired when we pick her up. The prices are reasonable, and we love the periodic discounts. It's right near the freeway which is convenient for drop off. They do grooming and nails too, it's a one stop shop. We have boarded her here too and we're happy with the service. We started going here when they opened and haven't looked back.

It was our first experience leaving our puppy in a hotel and when we came it was a very bright and friendly atmosphere great coworkers great staff all very clean and organized when our puppy came in he felt right at home after a couple hours of drop off the manager called us to give us an update on how our puppy was doing we are very happy with their services and would recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to take care of their pet and a very special thanks to all the stuff that helped out our puppy Marc thank you - Marc

Take my dog Griffey there at least once a week if not more! The staff is always so polite and Griffey always comes home a tired pup!

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! My fiance and I were going out of town for the evening and needed a place last minute for our puppy to stay. I could've gotten the cheapest room for my puppy but because I was so nervous about her being without us for the first time I upgraded to the suite with the video camera so I could watch her while we were gone to put myself more at ease.

The video cameras weren't working for most of the time she was there. I completely understand that was not their fault because technology doesn't always cooperate. But when I mentioned this they claimed that they had this issue for a while. No apology at all and if I specifically requested a room for this reason shouldn't you let me know up front?

Then when they brought my dog out to me they also handed me a bag of food. We had specifically told them to feed her half of the bag in the evening when we dropped her off and the other other the next morning. There shouldn't have been any given back to me. MY PUPPY WASN'T FED! I have tried to contact someone regarding her stay but now one ever wants to get back in contact with me. This has been a few months ago.

We found this place while we were looking for local doggie care for our Aussie. We were new Paw-rents, Jagz was only 7 months old, and the workers here really helped ease our worries. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful! When he dropped him off he was still a cone head puppy : but that didn't seem to bother them! They did such a great job with him and when we picked him up he was so happy to see us, what really pushed this to 5 stars was the feedback we got from the staff. They told us exactly how his stay went and even emailed me pictures of him they took while he was out playing!

So after Arnie's first day here, he cried when we got into the car. He really enjoyed playing with the other dogs and people all day long. Everyone I spoke with had a great time with Arnie and it really shows that they love their job. I also greatly appreciate that the employees are all from the original location in Columbus, OH. They will provide great training for all the new employees.

I dropped Arnie off this morning and the person working at the front was super excited to see Arnie. Its only $9 to trim his nails so that's an added bonus to the daycare :
