We know that as busy pet parents, it's not always easy to get to our stores to shop. We want to make life easier, which is why we are excited to offer customers the convenience of both curbside pick up and local delivery. Just place your order online, select the store would like to pick up your order at or check-out and select local delivery to have us bring your order straight to your door! At time of pickup, pull into the one of our designated curbside pickup spots and call us at the number on the sign to let us know you are here.
Appointments can be made Monday -Friday from 9am to 5pm by calling our services line at 614-792-9212. First-time clients, you must sign the Release/Severe Matting Form and the Cancellation/No-Show contract at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Both forms will be available for signing in your customer account through the SavvyCustomer portal.

I arrived with a new rescue to use the self wash station. The puppy was terrified and I was struggling. Mutts and Co employee, Sean, stepped in and helped me tremendously by petting and loving on the new rescue pup. We appreciated Sean and his kindness as we cleaned off the stank of this puppy's old life. This location has always been a great experience with excellent customer service.

I stopped in to get my pup something for her birthday. I was astounded by the selection! They had several brands I haven't seen outside of Canada, it was delightful! They even have a little section of birthday stuff for your pets. I was pleased to find a local brand of jerky my pups adore - Uncle Pawlie's. It's made in Johnstown, OH. I'll definitely be back when my picky eaters need more.

We were looking for a self pet clean station since our previous location had closed down. Mom had tried a different place and didn't like it so we were still on the hunt for a place to frequent. We walked in and were immediately greeted with a warm hello. Only 1/2 pet stations were cleaned but the employee cleaned out the other for us to be able to wash both dogs at once.
Station was roomy and equipped with just about everything you need to give a good bath including a high powered dryer. 4 different shampoos to use but the only conditioner was a shampoo/conditioner combo (still worked pretty well). There was even a coconut spray you could use to scent your dog after. My ONLY complaint of the whole process is the amount of hair that has accumulated on the surfaces that blow around when drying your dog.
There were clumps of hair on the dryer box, pipes, shampoo bottles etc. I didn't even wear my jacket while bathing my dog and I still walked out with it covered in hair. The bathing station while cleaned out between dogs still had a good amount of dog hair on the walls and clumps in coroners that weren't completely taken out (I blame this more on lazy owners not picking up after themselves).
Other than the hair, every aspect of this experience was a positive one. Both employees there that day were attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. They even offered our dogs treats for behaving so well during the bath. We signed up for the rewards program knowing we will be back.

I wish zero star was an option - scheduled a grooming, was asked the name of our vet for rabies vaccine and was told they will reach out to confirm. When we arrived for the appointment, we were asked if we had the vaccine documentation. They clearly did not contact our vet or followed up with us and asked us to bring a physical copy of the vaccine record.
We were refused service (after having serviced before without documentation in another location) and so we left. The store employee apologized and told us there's nothing she can do. Then come to find out 2 hours later we received an email informing us that we would be charged 50% of the grooming fee for not showing up to our appointment. This is unacceptable.
We are not responsible for their incompetence and lack of follow up for not letting us know they don't have the doc. After being a loyal customer, that has now ended. Never again!

Thank you so much Mutts& Co. I have a dog who is going through a lot medically and needed something to keep him warm. After a couple disappointing rounds at PetSmart, judge mental employees, lack of help, and lack of selection a relative suggested Mutts & Co. My boy was welcomed and the associate there was so kind, gentle, and helpful. I will definitely be returning and I appreciate it so much. I think we will both be excited to return and do some more shopping! Thanks for helping me make my boy comfortable!

The steps going to the dog wash tubs were very dirty, and full of dog hair, ( they have removable and washable pads so they shouldn't be that way ), couldn't figure out why the doors were propped open, figured it out once in the room, there was sewer gas coming out of the drains, the smell was putrid, no soap coming out of the hose, all the hooks to hang things were torn off the wall, went to the next room, it was the same, I told the employees about it but they acted like I was too stupid to operate the dog wash, and kept making excuses, first time at this location, won't be going back. This place hasn't been here that long, should be in better shape.

My dog goes woof for this place. Mutts & Co on Polaris is conveniently located in a small shopping strip. There is always plenty of free parking available. I love how clean this store is and how friendly the workers are. Of course, everyone always remembers our big girl, she leaves an impression on everyone who sees her, LOL. They carry a lot of natural products for dogs and cats here. Our dog is on a seafood diet and they have many choices of treats and food to choose from. We absolutely love the pet bathing area.

They refuse to fully take care of customers, I've given them so many chances. Twice center recently my receipt was wrong and today I went to return two puppy collars and adjust a price once again on an item that didn't ring up properly and they said their registers cannot credit my card. They said they could only give me store credit. There is no way.
But o said, fine you can give me cash back and he said they can't do that either. I spend a lot of money in animal care, baths, food, treats, etc there but I'll be making alternative plans from here forward

Terrible customer service at this location. I tried to make it work for over a year because I like that they only book 1-2 dogs at a time for grooming. But, then they cancel appointments unexpectedly or call an hour before a grooming appt asking if you can come in early to fit their schedule. If your dog is ever difficult, they tell you not to come back. I definitely would NOT recommend dealing with the people in this store. Much better options, and more importantly, better people at other stores in the same area.

I have only been to the Upper Arlington location and always loved it, so I had called to schedule a grooming appointment for my Doodle who is in desperate need of a spa day. I was pleasantly surprised when Stephanie returned my voicemail and said she was able to get me into the Westerville location the following Tuesday morning due to a cancellation.
So this morning I drag my 8 month old daughter and 70 lb dog in a rainstorm 20 mins away to Westerville and wait to checkin with an antsy, wet dog and baby. The woman at the front desk asks for our info and I immediately get a bad feeling when she confirms we are not another dog. She finds my account and says she doesn't see any appointments.
I then tell her I had talked to Stephanie so she sends her a note and a few minutes later says Stephanie "reiterated" that they're not taking new clients, "which she would have told me on the phone". She apologized for "any miscommunication", implying the whole time that I'm some crazy person who not only guessed that the name of the scheduling girl was Stephanie, but then dragged my baby and dog in the rain 20 mins away to a 9:30am appointment that I made up in my head.
I am one of the most understanding and patient people - I have to be to balance out my inpatient husband. But this made even ME livid. What horrible customer service. I understand COVID re-openings have places a bit disorganized after being closed for months, but having people on your staff who forget to do their job and then blame the customer isn't a great foot forward in such uncertain times. I'm all about shopping local and used to love shopping all the fun dog stuff here, but no longer will I choose to give this store my service. And I will be sure to tell my friends with pets to be weary, as well.

This is now my second visit to Mutts & Co. Patricia (store manager) went above and beyond. She was so nice and friendly to my dogs. I went in for self serve as my dogs needed a clean. She explained how everything worked, and she got me an extra lead for the bath. She gave my dogs a treat before we left. Very clean place. I will come here again to clean my dogs even if it's bit farther from my house. The service is worth it!

We have taken or standard poodle here for nearly 5 years. As soon as we say our groomer's name ( Melissa), Juneau cocks his head in excitement. While he is practically perfect in every way, standards poodles are complicated grooms that take nearly 3 hours. Despite this Juneau is happy and not stressed when he leaves their capable hands. Everyone knows us by name. We get all out pet needs including premium food, unpasteurized goats milk and accessories from mutts & Co.

Recently had a Morkie full service spaw at the Westerville Location for the first time and was extremely pleased with the service. We were greeted as we entered the building and our appointment started right on time. Our groomer Tracy was very nice and treated my puppy with so much love and care and the results came out great. I love that this place is kennel free, and works on one dog at a time which helped relieve my puppy's stress and fearfulness that she experienced at previous groomers.

We had a horrible grooming experience. We took our dog in 3 weeks before appointment to explain what we wanted from the groomer. On day of appointment the groomer did what she wanted which was exactly what we said not to do. Additionally, my dog got an ear infection from excess water in his ears. Getting charged over $100 for what you specifically said you didn't want to be done plus a vet bill is not a way to do business and they won't get anymore of ours! Any person off the street can shave a dog down to his skin. We expected some expertise and regard for the owners wishes. Nope!

As many of you already know, the news in the veterinary medical community is that grain free foods maybe predisposing dogs to a serious, potentially fatal heart condition. When I asked them today if they were planning to remove these foods from their shelves, I was met with attitude and told no, because the sample size was not large enough for them to be concerned.
I told them that, as a veterinary specialist, I knew of enough cases to warrant concern, and that the FDA had even issued a warning of their own. The response was. Yes some dogs have been affected, but that's in relation to how many dogs are there in the country? Next time you're in the store, ask them how many dogs have to die or be close to death for them to be concerned about the foods they are selling to their clients.
Ask them how they can be so comfortable selling these foods to their clients when veterinarians are warning against it. Until the research proves or disproves any link, these foods should be taken off the shelves. Apparently these folks know better than licensed veterinarians.

This Mutts & Company is always so helpful when I come in. I'm not sure why they don't have the Yelp sticker like the other location in Dublin. Mutts and Company has a good rating because of how they treat their customers, not the price tag. When I come in here everytime they are willing to help me find something to help make Bella as happy as possible.
As a dog parent that's very important to me when I come into a pet store. I don't get that same vibe in a PetSmart or Pet People store. I can argue that I don't prefer the high prices but if that pet product will last or has a good quality it's worthy of it's price tag. Mutts and Company is the only store I will let my Bella also get groomed at after seeing a video of something bad happening at a PetSmart in Texas to a pet that was video taped and reported as animal abuse.
I will not let my animal be abused in any store and I can trust Mutts and Company and their staff to be safe with pets. If you want safe and reliable service, look no further than Mutts and Company. Their highly trained staff will be sure to put a smile on both your face and your pup's.

This place is a hidden gem! Stumbled on it as I was hitting up the Jimmy John's next door and now I'm a regular customer. They only carry holistic and natural pet food brands (granted these are flexible terms) and I've found their food selection to be better priced and more selective - and with more selection- than Pet People. I've done some price comparisons with online retailers for the same brands and I believe their prices are generally competitive for such high quality food.
The aisles are easy to navigate and the staff are always helpful. I would not necessarily recommend this place if you are looking for cheap treats or toys since they are a bit pricey but once again, you're paying for quality. They have a better selection of natural treats and no-hide bones than Pet People, too. Long story short, yes this place is expensive but the prices are generally fair given the quality of products they carry.

Love this place! They only sell higher end toys, treats, and food and I love it! Some of their stuff is priced higher than other pet stores, but all the food and treats seem to be inline with other pet stores. I personally don't like to go to your larger chain pet stores and love having this option in Columbus! They also do not sell any critters of any sort and I appreciate that!
The staff is way friendlier as well! This company does amazing things for the rescue world and is locally owned and it makes it easy to want to support them. They also have private self-service wash rooms which is great if you don't want to wash your dog at home!

Absolutely my favorite pet store of all time! I go in at least once a week to pick up treats and high quality dog food. The staff is always wonderful and friendly! When I needed a life jacket for my pup it was so easy! I walked in and they pulled a jacket for me and fitted it to my dog right there. It was sized perfectly so as soon as I paid we were off to go to the beach. Love this place!

Mutts & Co is a great alternative to all of the chain pet stores & infinitely better than the big box places. The staff has been great at all of the locations I've been to, and the Westerville location is no different. Mutts stocks a lot of high quality food, toys, treats, beds & just about any other supply or accessory you can think of for your pup! Mutts & Co also does a ton for the rescue community and even hosts adoption events at the Dublin location. It's great to shop at a store that has everything you need, has great customer service and gives back!
