This place has a caring, attentive staff that really do go the extra mile as though it's the expected distance. It's very obvious they love their jobs and that they take amazing care of all of their clients and their owners. Go in for a groom and they'll even take a glamor shot of your dog in a tie for their instagram!

I took my Blood Hound Amos there to be groomed and they were so kind and gentle with him I will absolutely be back!

Warning! - - there is new management, and they failed to deliver the thorough care my dogs have received for the past 15+ years! Not only did they leave soiled bedding in my older dog's kennel, resulting in a nasty UTI that stressed my sweet girl and required $$ vet care afterwards, the new GM LIED about picking up a med for my younger dog, NEVER gave him the med, and I did not find this out until the pharmacy called Me more than once; this after I gave the kennel a $50.00 tip!

I understand mistakes happen, as bad as they were with their new staff - - but LYING TO ME is absolutely Wrong. We will never return. BEWARE OF THIS NOW VERY SAD AND NEGLECTFUL FACILITY!

Staff cannot explain extra charges that are not listed on website or paperwork. They are not interested building relationships with new customers. So disappointing!

I called to ask a few question about daycare for a dog that just lost his partner of 12 years. The girl told me she had to ask her manager. I finally hung up after about 7 minutes. I've read that they are very busy and I get it. So, instead we stopped by to do a tour. We love our 'bear' so much that I would never put him in a day care or boarding without touring it first.

I want to see where they will play and, more importantly, where the will be spending there nights. We were told, by the same girl, two things: "because of covid they can't give us a tour" and then we were told that "they don't like to let people in the back anyway". My first thought is Why? What is going on that I can't see? I've heard great things about this place but this made me immediately walk out the door.

Beware! The office person will take it upon her self to verbally yell at you if you ask for updates and pictures of your dogs if they are staying there!

Our high energy husky absolutely loves coming here weekly. He gets excited every time my husband gets dressed for work and is disappointed whenever he doesn't get to go to daycare. They do a great job with him! They are booked up often and the phones aren't answered consistently like others have mentioned. BUT if you can get a day scheduled weekly, it's the best.

I have taken our many dogs over the years to Bergen Bark Inn for boarding and would never give them anything less than 5 stars. They really have taken very good care of our dogs. In addition, the owner's husband was our vet until he retired. Maaike and Morgan are the best but everyone of the staff has been really good with our dogs. Our 12 1/2 year old female lab loves going to Bergen Bark Inn and has been a guest since she was 10 months old.

We just started taking our new 1 1/2 year male lab mix to Bergen Bark Inn for day care with the hopes that more socialization will help cure his separation anxiety. I highly recommend Bergen Bark Inn.

Everyone at Bergen Bark clearly genuinely loves dogs! They are kind, flexible, helpful, knowledgeable, understanding, and attentive. I know Chief is in great hands with them! He LOVES going there, so i know he is having a great time. Also, they have caught two minor injuries he has had even before I did! I LOVE Bergen Bark Inn! I take my little pups there for doggie day care, and for boarding. I know they are loving it too because of how excited they are when we pull up in the parking lot. These guys are super professional, friendly, and I never worry about my pups when I'm away!

I didn't board my little guy for years. He's a rescue and had been abused so was afraid and could be aggressive. A friend convinced me that Bergen Bark Inn could handle his issues and they definitely have done well with him. I know that he's well cared for here and I never worry about him when I'm out of town.

I can't say enough positive things about the all the great, fun loving staff members and Manager Micah of Bergen Bark Inn. We have been bringing our small dog Daisy for over 6 years now for both boarding and day care. Daisy can't wait to get out if the car when I drive up to the gate. I continue to appreciate the staff's patience, knowledge, and professionalism with all the furry customers both large and small.

This is the perfect example of a business where those who work there do so because they have no interpersonal skills but truly care for animals and communicate with four legged creatures just fine! When you go: --Speak to Laura. She is intelligent, really knows the business & is a grown-up (believe me, at this place, it's a bonus!) --Leave your dogs with Thomas. He is youthful, very attentive & loves playing/engaging with the big dogs!

Marley loves staying at Bergen Bark Inn. Staff is super friendly, courteous and they take great care of the animals!

Really disappointing.asked about signing up for dog day care only to be told they have no plans to ever accept new clients.no waiting list even offered.business must be really strong.we will take our business elsewhere

My mom leaves our old dog here everytime she travels for her business. I live in Boulder and whenever I come up to evergreen to pick out doggo up, I am so glad to see how well he does at this place. He has a lot of medicines and special requirements and they are wonderfully reliable with all of that. I would recommend this place to any dog owner who travels!

Didn't get the opportunity to board they are "unfortunately" booked and the person I talked to was rude on top of that. Couldn't explain why there had no openings?

Bergen Bark Inn is great! My family and I have been using them for 10+ years is seems and we have never had a problem! They are great with our dogs, and the dogs are always excited when we drop them off as they know they are going to play 24/7.

These folks are awesome. We love Bergen Bark! Thanks for being great!

This place is amazing! They take such an interest in the dogs by making sure they in the right group and having fun. Every time I pick up my dog, I get a full report of how she did that day from one of the workers. The only thing that would make this place better is a webcam to check in on your animal throughout the day.

Fantastic - our pooch is so much one of our babies (granted a large, stinky, furry baby, but still) and he loves it there! We have had to leave him for two weeks and although we missed him dearly we felt so good about Bergen Bark Inn that we had no worries. We knew he was in totally loving hands.
