Services
Since that time, the League has provided a better life for thousands of cats, dogs, and other pets. We are totally volunteer for all our rescue operations. The majority of our members work during the day and do their volunteer work in the evenings and on weekends. There are NO paid directors, employees, or volunteers for rescue operations.
Evergreen Animal Protective League offers several services to people looking to find new pets as well as people who already have pets. ADOPTIONS: Evergreen Animal Protective League's Primary Mission is to find forever homes for the many animals that we rescue every year. Before adopting we encourage you to look at our Tips on Adopting An Animal and keep in mind that many of our animals have never lived inside a home. Some dogs may never have been walked on a leash, socialized, house trained or spent time with other animals. All, even those who previously have been in loving homes, will need patience and understanding as they learn to adapt to a new life and family.
All pets should have collars with identification tags. If your dog gets lost and doesn't have a tag, chances are that you will never see him again. In fact, in a study on strays, only 16% of the nations 3.8 million stray dogs ever make it home again. That's a lot of healthy, happy, lovable companion animals that will need new homes - homes which aren't usually available.

Love supporting a good cause and saving items from the landfill. This shop is well-organized, clean, and everything has price tags. Things were reasonably priced already but they were also running a couple great sales and so it was easy to get what you wanted. The staff (I'll bet they're volunteers) are friendly and knowledgeable. We had fun shopping. Definitely recommend.

Owner was rushing customers out of the door. Maybe 5pm would be a better closing time? Also, is there an animal in this business sometimes? I knelt on a rug to look at something and when I got to my car, my pants were absolutely covered in hair or some kind of hairy particle (maybe from the rug?). Not too much of a problem since I had tape with me, but it did give me a significant allergic reaction and I've had to use my asthma inhaler.

My favorite thrift store. Not a place to look for a BUNCH of clothes but I love that they have high quality gems at an awesome price! The perfect place for kitchen ware and obviously, your animal needs! The store is organized, stocked, and the volunteers and employees are on point! If you love to craft, THIS IS YOUR SPOT. I can never express my love for this place enough!

This is my favorite thrift store, there is no other thrift like it in the metro. The items are quality, they don't put out garbage. Even though the store is small, they have great selections. Lastly, boy ohh boy are the prices good, like cheap good! I have gotten countless things there without breaking the bank. As long as EAPL is around, I will be a frequent guest!

Great Little place to shop has a lot more than I thought it would from the outside. Definitely worth the look today was buy one get one free of equal or less or value so that was really nice. Their money goes to animals which is awesome. Very friendly staff would definitely recommend this thrift store.
