Doggie In The Window

This place is wonderful! First time here, came in for a nail trim, and our experience was fantastic. Called ahead, took us immediately, and incredibly polite! We will definitely be back.

Critical: Professionalism the owner was hitting on me and staring at my body. made me super uncomfortable. do not go here!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They keep a good "pack" of regular dogs and do a good job of "screening" new animals.

I took my 2 dogs for a self service bath. BJ was very accommodating, and now I have 2 clean happy dogs.

My boy always has a great time here, both for boarding and day care. The staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job watching over the dogs to make sure everyone gets along.

Took my Golden doodle here for a haircut and bath, they did a fantastic job! She needed a short cut and it was blended nicely. She isn't a fan of being groomed but appeared very happy and content with everyone here. Which just shows how well they treat their doggie clients. Will be back!

Our little Shih-Tzu, Lily, has been a loyal visitor of Doggie in the Window for all 12 1/2 years of her life! We started boarding her as a puppy, and she continues to spend time there whenever we travel. We would not leave her anywhere else! Lily has also never been groomed anywhere but at Doggie in the Window. Martha, Ellen and their dedicated staff have always been incredibly loving with our dog - the individual attention and care she receives is unbeatable!

Doggie in the Window was a great find for us. Courtney at DW transformed our "Cave Dog from 10,000 BC" into perhaps one of the best looking Cockapoodles in the State of CT. If you are looking for excellence, experience and curiosity wrapped into one grooming and daycare business for your pet, look no further!

My dogs have both stayed at Doggie in the Window when we have been traveling. One is a playful beagle and the other is a nervous lab. They were able to accommodate both pups and they run in eagerly each time we return.

Took my 7month puppy (hound/lab mix) the first time it went well, was told she had a great day and she would love to have me bring her often. However when i called to continie to take my puppy the same lady continue to come up with an excuse, "can't be here for more than 2 1/2 hrs today" or " I dont think she would benefit being here today" took my puppy to Best friends in Avon and they are GREAT! is cheaper and has great staff.

Do research before going with Doggie in the window, this lady was rude and dosen't like dogs that require real work sine all they take are older dogs that don't require too much excersise, sine they leave thye dogs INSIDE most of the day. I DO NOT recommend this place, for your dogs benefit go to Canton or Avon puppy day care.

We're still in the process of determining our "go to" kennel for our Airedale, but DitW is certainly on the short list. Based on recent grooming trips, and a one-night "test stay" with Ellen's help, our pup comes back happy, active, and spotless. We have a week trip planned for June, and will be giving the staff here our trust!
