The fur kid likes the food. Packaging is great, resealable foil bag to prevent stale kibble. Smaller batches of petfood made, means fresher and better quality control. They are located in the south part of town. The store space is like an office/warehouse. They are opened in the afternoon because they deliver petfood to homes in the morning. The food will be delivered a few days after you place your order. Super convenient. They deliver all over town. Owner is super friendly! I will be back!

I think it's been about 7 years now we've been subscribing to PetChef Express' home delivery. We always get dog food (either the lamb and rice, or the chicken and rice formulas) and a bag of the fresh-baked treats. Our lab has had a very sensitive GI tract since contracting giardia when he was a puppy and this dog food has been fantastic for him!

The fresh-baked treats are a favorite of his. We love that Jerry delivers to our doorstep, and in the event we need more during the month we like that we can pick it up at Great Basin Community Co-op. It's always great to see the PetChef folks at Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings in the summer.

Fantastic service and so wiling to accommodate. And my golden/Lab loves the food.

Jerry is the best. He always provides excellent customer service and will go above and beyond. I love that I can pick up new product samples at the Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings during the summer too. My dogs love their food and the one time I ordered one they didn't like Jerry exchanged it for one they would like. This is a great company and I love not stressing about running out of food for my fur babies!

So We switched to the Maintenance Formula a year ago and the dog still glows. No health issues. Seriously, we're not going back to the popular store brand with the veggies on the label.

I kept passing this place on the way to work everyday, and did some research. They sell super premium dog food: naturally preserved, no corn, no wheat, no soy! My puppy has had a weird itch from Purina dog food and go figure, that food was full of processed junk and kept her really bloated. As soon as I integrated Pet Chef Express lamb and rice, she doesn't even touch the Purina stuff and sorts through the bowl, eating only the Lamb and Rice from Pet Chef Express.

I couldn't be more elated with the product and the person helping me at the store. Very knowledgeable staff and a quality product made in USA. I will most likely be a repeat customer! I am looking forward in purchasing some treats next time, and having my puppy try all the different varieties. They also have food available for cats also.

These guys are great. They deliver it to your home, the prices our reasonable and my dog loves the food. Keep up the great work.

These guys make buying pet food so easy. They email me a week before the delivery date and ask me what I need for the month. They'll even call me if they don't hear from me each month so I never miss getting the dog's food delivered. Walt and his staff are very helpful and have been great about returns and exchanges.
