Why have their PRICES DOUBLED in a matter of one year? It's not like this vet lost business during COVID restrictions, they were very busy during this time. I had 4 cats, 1 needed periodic shots, so I was there frequently during COVID and cars were lined up! I'm finding it very difficult to digest my most recent bill for less services I received in the past.

Though the news we received about our dog was hard to hear, the doctor delivered it both straight forwardly and kindly. He was gentle handling our dog and would definitely recommend coming here with your furry paws

I have been taking my dogs here forever. Recently, my cocker spaniel was having bad ear infections and dandruff/ hot spots. I took my dog to Crawford and was told he was fine (after paying $120 for the check-up). Then, he started to get bad ear infections so I brought him back to the vet and was given prednisone, antibiotics, and ear drops which did initially help but constantly trying to give my dog the meds made him want nothing to do with me.

Once the meds wore off, the infection and swelling came right back worse than before. So, back to Crawford we went and was told the infection will not go away and my dog now has polyps all throughout his ear canal which can only be removed by removing the entire ear canals. I was completely in shock wondering why I was never told this the other two times I brought him in.

I decided to hold off on the surgery and bring him to Plainview Clinic instead. They had me switch my dogs food and gave me a shampoo for his dandruff. He was giving 1 drop of antibiotics that lasted 30 days. My dog has been doing so much better with his new diet. It was just allergies this whole time! This mess could've been completely avoided and my dog wouldn't have had to go through so much pain for months when all I had to do was change his food. Crawford never once asked what food he was eating, or recommend anything for his dandruff and hot spots. I'm so glad I found a better vet!

If there was a zero star option, I would choose it. The other day, my friend left their pet lizard there and not only did they give the lizard back dead, they STILL CHARGED them for it. This is the second record of this experience I've been told of at Crawford. We used to take my dog there and leave him overnight on trips and he would come back extremely off and anxious. I don't know what they do there but be cautious, especially if you have a reptile.

The doctor was very helpful and quick in treating my cat. She was sweet and explained everything in detail as what the treatment for my cat would be. She attended my cat in short notice since it was an emergency. The staff could a little more friendly but overall a good experience.

Very good experience. They took care of our my 10-year-old dog whom had a tumor and dry eyes which wouldn't tear. The dog is feeling much better! They really do care for animals and know what they are doing. Recommended.

Recommended by a friend. Took my puppy to get neutered. I saw vet Josh, he has a great bedside manner and really loves the animals he cares for. Will continue to go to this vet for care for my baby. Very pleased with the services provided.

Crawford is the best animal hospital in town. My rottie, Missy first went to Crawford when she was about 8 weeks old. I was extremely nervous because i didnt know anything about the place but Josh who is one of the vets there greeted us very nicely and was extremely patient when we had a ton of questions. My pup was a patient there for 11 years! Josh saved her life with an emergency surgery for Pyometra about 2 years ago and i couldn't believe how fast and perfectly my pup recovered!

This family is just the best. They truly care about our pets, love like that is tough to find Nowadays. Unfortunately my pup had to cross the rainbow bridge last week. Josh was very sincere and upfront about the diagnosis and what he believed would be the best decision for my dog's quality of life and the financial part of it. He walked us through the entire euthanasia process and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I will always be grateful for the love and attention my dog received at Crawford. Thank you for everything Josh!
