We offer several options for overnight boarding. Our boarding includes once-a-day feeding in the afternoon with treats given in the morning, clean, comfortable bedding, snacks & toys. If your pet has any special needs, we can do it! Whether it is giving extra TLC, preparing a personalized diet, administering medications, or giving your pet a bath before heading home, we can accommodate your pet's needs. Our indoor/outdoor runs have a climate-controlled indoor space with a doggie door that leads to a covered outdoor run.
Does your furry family member need friends? Our daycare facility is ideal for the social pooch on the go. Daycare is a great way to make sure your pet gets the affection, attention, and exercise that he or she needs during the day. We also offer a great opportunity to socialize your pet and teach them how to behave around others.

Started using boarding services a few months ago and have been very satisfied. Thank you for taking care of my girl and for continuing to work with her! Nova is a rescue and has not had much socialization. She was not very happy in the big play groups so they recommended downsizing her to a smaller group where she has made improvements. I appreciate it so much!

I'm conflicted. The attention they provided and price point are great. They customize the experience for you to any level you can imagine. My dog got pink eye there, twice! I'm not convinced there's any good or economical way to keep that place clean, while keeping it safe for animals. So, know going in that your dog may get pink eye or some other mild illness. It cost us about 50$ to cure each time, so not a huge deal, but I would have preferred it not to happen.

JBLM Service members find another spot for your furry family members. I got my husky back with a gash on his head and a swollen face. After talking with the staff they said some other dog went after him after reviewing video footage and then I got the reply of, "we're not responsible for injuries at playtime." I doubt I'm getting the full truth because my dog is also wincing like he's afraid he's going to get hit and he's never done that before. Additionally: Don't take my word for it just look at other 1 star reviews and see the pattern for yourselves. Update: This kennel and their inept owner can count their blessings our furry family member made a full recovery. Talked with several vets about what happened and they think he either was trying to escape and got stuck or he was hit. I can't afford bail money should I find I was lied to and he was hit so y'all get a free ride on this one.

Started taking my little labradoodle puppy here when she was 5 months old to socialize and play and she absolutely loves it. She can't wait to get out of the car and into the play area. The staff is super friendly and so kind. The grooming department is great as well. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere your pup will love.

After several trials & errors we finally ended up at Northwind. I couldn't be happier. The facilities are immaculatel - from kennels to grounds! The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. My Mini Schnauzer, Ulli, loves daycare. He always comes home happy and pooped. We have also boarded him here several times. I can safely go off on vacation knowing he is in good hands. And did I mention the grooming salon on site? They are AWESOME - and so convenient. I'm not a dog, obviously. But if I was I would hope that my humans bring me here.

Not good for cats. This seems like a decent enough place for dogs and horses, though I did not get a real close look. For cats however, it's not at all good. Their "cattery" (which is more like a large closet) stinks of litter boxes and the cats are kept in small cages with no real space for them to get out or roam. They charge if you want your cat fed more than once a day, and it doesn't appear that they get much interaction with other cats or humans.
In addition, the doggy daycare entrance is right alongside the cat closet, and the frequent barking is not good for the cats. A separate building with a ventilation system and more room for the cats would go a long way to improving the score.

We have been taking our heeler here since she was 4 months old for boarding. This place is awesome, and the secret is out. Make sure you book early, especially around the holidays or your doggie will miss out. The staff is so caring. I love ready their notes from our dog's play or snuggle time. There are a wide range of services to pick from so our dog always comes home pleasantly exhausted and well cared for. The price is fair and they provide a great value. They offer a veteran's discount, which is very cool.

I was recommended this place from a family member. So I drove down from Seattle to try it out. Northwind surpassed my expectations! I boarded 2 of my dogs for 7 days and when I picked up them, they looked so happy and healthy. A nice touch was when I was checking out, I got a rundown of their week. I was given details on their eating, socializing etc. Also, I added a grooming session and it turned out SOOOOO ADORABLE. They know their stuff and I will be back!

Boarded my cat for a few days. The staff was super friendly and very professional, couldn't be happier that we chose Northwind. Beautiful place and very clean, impressive to say the least. Scrappy even got a report card, so I call it. Loves people but other cats not so much, HA! That's my boy. Thank you folks so much for taking such good care of him.

I've boarded my 2 AmStaffs here a few times and used the grooming service once so far, and I think they're great. On our first boarding experience, we were toured around the kennels to see where our dogs would be staying, which eased some concerns. They also allow my dogs to share a kennel, which is great because they are very codependent. They welcomed any and all questions to make sure I was comfortable, even encouraged me to call and check in on my pups during their stay. Highly recommend.
