Dr. Washington and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. We are very blessed and grateful for this vet. We have taken our pets here for many years and, honestly, do not trust anyone else with their care. They go above and beyond with exceptional service! I recommend East Columbus Vet to everyone I know.

Our experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The staff all seem kind despite the client load and stress raining down on the vet med field currently! The Doctor has been so kind and knowledgeable! We drive an hour each visit. Thank you all for everything you do!

They did great with our Doberman puppy ears! Only one week of taping his ears and they look great! Still have a ways to go. Very friendly staff. Awesome place!

Customer Service is not a skill possessed by one particular female employee. She has been and still is rude and incompetent. The last straw was scheduling an appointment for two shots but was only given one. I stated several times that my dog was due for two shots. She kept stating 'No she is not'. My dog received the one shot, I paid the bill, took the receipt and left.

I realized the horrible mistake when I got home. The incompetent employee was looking at the wrong owner and dog information! I was given another owner's contact information and dog records! This is why my dog only got one shot.thank GOD it was the correct shot. I had to make another appointment for the second shot. The incompetent employee was not at the second appointment.

The attending staff was apologetic, corrected the paperwork and gave the shot. I paid and received the correct receipt. To add insult to injury. I fell hard exiting the building because of a small dog - unleashed coming into the clinic! If not for the initial error, I wouldn't have been there to fall and hurt myself. I am looking for another vet. I will never go or recommend anyone patronize East Columbus Vet!

My Lab Kenya and I deserve better treatment and you do too! ***This all took place. March10th(Initial appointment) and the 18th ( 2nd unnecessary appointment and fall). No response from owner on this egregious situation?***

Great staff, great results on our Koa today. Can't wait to see them in a week. The journey begins.

Dr. Washington is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable and very calm, and straightforward. I've brought my dog here for fast, easy vaccinations (they don't add on mystery fees like some other places do for vaccinations) and for issues minor and major, and have been so relieved and happy after every visit. All of the staff there that I have interacted with are so kind. Highly recommended!

Dr. Washington and his staff are amazing. 5 stars does not adequately rate their autheticity and genuine interest in the wellness of my giant (and mini) schnauzer. Dr. Washington saved our dog's life as a puppy, and was there for him and us at the end of his life, as well. He is the most knowledgeable vet in the area, combining years of hands-on, practical experience with the most current and up-to-date veterinary procedures and practices. He and his staff are caring and compassionate. Our trust in Dr. Washington saved us thousands of unnecessary veterinary expenses, gave our beloved Boxer the quality of life he deserved, and, though it is never easy to lose a pet, gave all of us peace of mind. We are forever grateful for his expertise, kindness, and care.

Dr. Washington has been the only vet to see my dogs. His professionalism and his staff make it a pleasure to do business with. Great vet, and person, on all levels.

They saw my two cats on short notice the same day I called cause our vet couldn't see them for 2-3 weeks and it turned out the cats had pneumonia as they had colds for 2 days prior to that but developed fevers on the 3rd day. Wonderful vet who stayed after hours to care for my cats and saw them again 2 days later. Cats are doing much better especially the boy who was the sickest of the two. The vet even called personally to see how the cats were.

We've been coming to Dr. Washington for our dog for more than 11 years. They've always offered the best customer service, are reasonably priced, and they treat our dog as family like we do. It may not be the fanciest place, but we've had everything from grooming, boarding and even surgery (she tore her ACL like a rookie running back. Lol) here. All of the staff are so nice. I always recommend them.

I brought my cat in for grooming two weeks ago because we needed a new vet since we moved. He was very scared when I went to pick him up and it took a couple days after for him to go back to his normal self. His hair was a lot shorter then ever before but that's okay, I know hair will eventually grow back. We were also told he got a small cut on his ear and there was medication applied in the area.

The medicine was hard and stuck to the ear for the past two weeks. Now that it's come off, the cut is actually a lot bigger than I was told and has yet to heal. This has never happened before when we took him to the other vet. The cut is still not fully healed and I really hope it does not get infected! This is not what I wanted for my cat when I took him here. Although they might take good care of dogs, I would not recommend cat care here.

Dr Washington is practically family. Always a pleasure and respectful when we visit.

Dr did an AMAZING job on our Bullys short/show crop!.will continue to use them for all our future puppies!
