Our AKC puppies come from proven temperaments, and are capable of a broad range of training. All of our puppies are bred from our dogs that we selectively chose and raised from puppies to be our breeding stock from the best pedigrees. The mature dog that you pick to become your next family member will have steady nerves, loving demeanor and the training level that you choose but that doesn't mean it has to end there. At Metro K9 Academy, our training programs teach companionship along with obedience through clear communication.

We are a family owned & operated business located in Randolph NJ. For over 30 years, we have worked to provide top quality service to our clients in the K9 Industry. At our facility we are proud to offer a Schutzhund sized training field, a specialized obstacle/agility course, as well as an immaculate indoor and outdoor kennel.
IGP1/IPO1, Kkl 1, Hip: SV: HD a- normal(a1) Elbows SV: Normal Rea is an import from Europe, gorgeous Black and Red young female German Shepherd. Rea has great nerves and strength, she excels in all that she does. Rea is very social, excellent with kids, great in large crowds and with other pets. We are excited to have her here at Metro K9 Academy.
All of our trained dogs for sale are bred from our dogs that we selectively chose and raised as puppies, and they are all American Kennel Club registered. They have proven temperaments, come from the best pedigrees: from Grand Champions and Schutzhund, to IPO National/World Champions and Bundaseiger winners/participants.
When researching dogs for sale, one thing you are bound to notice is the variability in price. This will vary amongst providers, and even amongst dogs offered by the same provider. This is due in part to the level of quality and investment that has gone into each individual. Here at Metro K9 Academy, we do not claim to be the cheapest.

When I 1st called with an inquiry I appreciated the time that Robert took - when we met with him - he didn't rush us we spent a good deal of time learning Roberts methods with training- raising-andselling pups. We now have a beautiful - puppy- healthy and everything you could ever ask/wish for. Metro K9 has been a lifesaver. Bobby and his team go out of their way to help you and your dog. Our dog is an older rescue from a puppy mill with low confidence and we've seen her make more progress in the last 3 months than the entire 2 1/2 years we've had her. We participated and in the 3 week Stay and Train program as well as weekly group classes. Our dog loves going to class and is a happier dog because of Metro K9. Our next puppy will def be from Metro K9. Thank you to Bobby and Team for all your hard work!

We have had such an amazing experience with Bobby from Metro K9. From the get go we were treated respectfully and always had timely responses. Any questions I have had after we purchased Apollo, Bobby is sure to reply quickly and help in any way he can. He has worked extremely hard to get us the best dog for our family with the best experience. We purchased a young adult Doberman Pincher and could not be happier with the training our dog has, his protection skills, his temperament and the experience/ training we got as well.
We have a two year old daughter and Apollo is so gentle and very great with her, one of our main concerns about getting a dog that wasn't a puppy. Bobby helped us not only get a great dog but set us up for success in the years to come. People always stare and tell me how beautiful and well trained my dog is and I just smile and tell them we have a really great (responsible) breeder/trainer.
I would highly recommend Metro K9 to anyone looking to get a dog or training for the dog they already have. I'd give 10 stars if I could, hands down the best decision we have made for our family.
