If you are looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter, look no further. Julie has been our pet sitter for over a year. We travel a lot, so we have used her services extensively. We have two cats, one with a special diet, requires fluid injections and pills. Julie handled it all. She loves our pets like her own. Highly recommend her for any of your pet caring needs!

We've had Julie take care of our cats twice now and will definitely hire her again when we need a cat sitter. She did an amazing job! she took great care of our cats, sent us pics of the cats when she was there. Even collected our mail, watered my plants, and even made sure my monarch caterpillars in the garden were okay!

We were visiting from out of town with our 100+ lb. rescue pit bull - but we needed a night to go out with the family - without him in tow. Finding the right person to trust with such an oversized youngster (while in an excited state & separation anxiety) isn't easy! Julie was great. She understood our challenges and concerns, and was totally undaunted by the task at hand.

I knew the moment she decided to "hand feed" him his dinner instead of just dumping it into the bowl I had provided, that this was a Pet Sitter with a lot of experience, and an more importantly, an actual understanding of those dogs that need that extra touch. Julie is an amazing caretaker and will provide tender loving care for your beloved pet when you can't be home. She's extremely responsible and thorough and has taken care of our cat Maxx since we moved to Ventura. Julie Garcia provided amazing care for my pets while I was on business travel for a week. She communicated with me everyday by email and sent photos and brief updates. This meant a lot because I did not worry about their care while I was gone. Julie always made sure I knew they were ok and she checked in at each visit. My children also appreciated the daily updates and photos from Julie - they laughed and smiled every time I said Julie had emailed an update. Julie was always thinking ahead and has a good sense for anything that may be out of sorts (ie. unexpected visitors, gates left ajar, cleaning up messes, a surprise mouse left in the house from our cat, etc).

She sent me a note and asked about things to make sure we were on the same page. I could not have asked for a better pet nanny. This was the first time Julie provided her pet sitting services for us. We will definitely call Julie again! We highly recommend her and would rate her 10 stars if allowed, not just 5!

We "Cerritos, Bubbi and Newt the betta fish" have been cared for by Miss Julie for 8 years now. We cannot believe we have never thought to Yelp review her! Julie has been taking care of our kitties and our fish for two years now and she's great. She always sends pics with her visits that puts us at ease. Having a special needs kitty makes it callenging to leave but with Julie we know she's in good hands. I would recommend her highly.

Julie has taken care of our 4 dogs several times and each time we have been very happy with her services. I am beyond OCD with my dogs (I actually pack them lunches) but trust her completely with them. I contacted Your Pets Nanny during the 2015 Holiday season as we were leaving for vacation across the country. It was last minute as our pet sitter (a friend) had a last minute conflict. I was blown away. Our skiddish cats were immediately comfortable with our sitter. When she visited the cats, we received immediate pictures and reports of how they were doing.

We were both in awe of how customer focused the service was. Not only was the customer service phenomenal, but so was the transaction process. Everything was completed in the palm of my hand as the business embraces the use of mobile platforms. Easy to complete the forms, make the payments, and arrange the logistics. Wish I could give 6*'s. Will be my go to from now on.

Just completed our first service from Your Pets Nanny. My husband and I went out of town for 2 days and our friend that normally watches our dog was not available. With just 1 week before our trip I called YPN since I saw the company car driving around my neighborhood- decided to give them a try and called in for more details. It takes a lot of trust and to let alone a "stranger" into your home, so after speaking with the owner Julie she really helped put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions perfectly.

They first schedule a "Meet and Greet" before the actual visits so they can meet your dogs and get a better grasp on what each visit would entail. This is great to set the expectation as the customer. Jesse, the assistant manager, met with my husband and was a friendly young-fellow, from what my husband observed. Since he was going to be working with us it was nice to see that our dogs would be left with a friendly and responsible person.

The way they advertise their services was exactly what their company is all about and what they did for us. We have puppy cams set up so that we can watch our pups while we are out- but by them posting our dogs pictures on IG is a nice touch for us to see our babies and make sure they are in good hands. If your that big of a dog-Mama such as myself it takes a lot to trust someone with your pets. Overall we are very pleased with YPN and will definitely refer them to our friends and family and will consider Julie and her staff for future services!

I would recommend Julie to anyone. I have only used her services twice now, but so far, so good! She was able to schedule a basic visit ($18) to take care of my two bunnies despite it being a last minute trip. She will organize a preliminary visit to get your house key and meet your pets. At this time, you get to know that she is very friendly and organized giving you business cards, flyers, a pen, refridge magnet, and emergency paperwork to fill out about your pet.

The best part is that she will text or e-mail pictures of your pets to you while you are on vacation so that you know everything is alright.
