The Itchy Pooch

Just got both of my dogs groomed got my German Shepard bathed and deshedded and he looks amazing so much less hair and can really see his shinny coat. My other dog a smaller Pekingese is usually very shy and not the biggest fan of groomers but Erika with itchy pooch did great with him and he looks great with his hair cut definitely will use her again in the future for both of my dogs again

Couldn't be happier with our experience with The Itchy Pooch! We have a 2 year old Great Pyrenees who had never been fully groomed before- mainly because I have been so nervous about taking him to a groomer. He's around 120 lbs, very stubborn, and has lots of weird quirks and things that scare him. I knew getting him into a grooming salon would be a challenge.

After seeing comments online about The Itchy Pooch and how great they are, particularly with large and/or challenging dogs, I decided to give them a try and I'm so glad I did! They were kind and friendly people and they did an outstanding job with our dog. The fact that they come right to your house took away so much of my stress and made things so easy.

A few minutes into his appointment they sent me an update text to let me know he was doing well, which really meant a lot to me because I was so nervous about how it would go. At one point I looked out the window and could see into the van, one person was blow drying my dog and the other was on his knees petting my dogs face and being so sweet with him.

I know my dog didn't make things easy on them, but they took such great care of him and he came out looking so handsome! It was worth every penny! Thank you guys for eliminating my stress and making our boy the whitest and cleanest he's ever been!

Loved it. our pup is 8 and has bad hips and shoulders. He love it.

Never in 6 years has returned a phone call or email inquiry about scheduling an appointment.

Open three out of 7 days is upsetting, ive tried to call and no answer, I've tried many times to do business to no avail, finally found a local groomer that does a great job!

I have an old golden who is 15 and every time Itchy Pooch drives up she is ready for her spa day! She always comes back looking beautiful and clean! They're amazing!

This place of business does NOT answer customer questions & I'm assuming does NOT accept new clients as I NEVER got any answer or call back! If I could give a negative star I would!

Did not return call or email. I have 2 large dogs, guess there is not enough money involved. Poor way to do business

Great job grooming my dirty doggies. Both dogs were quite a mess and Shamra made them look and feel so much better. One of my dogs gets very nervous and does not like to be groomed, so I was afraid she wouldn't cooperate but Shamra got the job done. My ranch dogs can come inside once more!

My first experience with a mobile groomer was wonderful! Sharma did a wonderful job with my girl Eve. Now I know why people use mobile services. It made me at ease having her right outside my door. I would recommend her services.

I never knew what a good grooming was until I booked an appointment with Itchy pooch! Very knowledgeable and wonderful with all 3 of my dogs! I have an old yellow lab, a young German Shepherd and a middle aged miniature dachshund, all with different needs and Shamra goes above and beyond! I would recommend her to EVERYONE! Keep up the good work

I am so impressed with a service I received for my lil chihuahua. I was in a tight time crunch because I had several appts set up. I called and received a response right away and she was able to come the next morning. She did a great job on cutting and filing his nails as well as grooming. She also gave me advice on how to care for him since he has skin issues. If I wasn't leaving the area I would use again and again.

She did great on the baths with both dogs. However, the grooming on my little terrier was awful. One side of the neck is 1 1/2 longer than the other side. Her right eyebrow was cut off. The space between her eyes was shaved, leaving one strip of fur right in the middle. That side of her face was short and badly cut, leaving it choppy looking. The other side was not cut at all. I am disappointed in the cut.

Seriously the best grooming service I've ever used. Shamra was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She has groomed both of my dogs, one was very shy and timid and she was very patient with him. Not only is the mobile aspect super convenient but your pet will be in the best hands. Cannot recommend her enough!

They are an awesome pet grooming place to go to it's cheap fast and affordable. They are great people I highly recommend you to call them and do business

Go with someone more reliable. I've had an appointment for 6 weeks and just got a call from them stating one of their groomers quit and therefore they cannot groom my dog anymore. No alternatives given, nothing.just that they won't help me and will not work with me. Not a professional way to run a business. I have used them one time prior and had a good experience.

Now nothing. There are other options available with other businesses. Just don't expect professionalism or reliability from these people or you will be sadly disappointed.

I just used The Itchy Pooch for the first time and was very pleased with the experience! I was able to get an appointment just a few days after I called which I know some other reviews said they book up fast. Crystal came over on appointment day and we went over all the options. She took great care of our 6 month old puppy! It was his first haircut so I was a little nervous but she did a great job. I would definitely use this service again! I love the convenience of them coming to me and my dog doesn't get stuck in a kennel all day.

They bathed our dogs for less than was the large chain store down the street charges and included more services. Best of all they came right to our home. The dogs smelled amazing and didn't seem stressed. Unfortunately they book up like a month in advance and with our busy schedule it is hard to commit to anything that far out so we don't use them as much as we would like.

Very professional! Loved having my dog right here at my home and not locked up in a cage for hours at a facility! The groomer was very nice and treated my dog great! He came out beautiful and happy. Been looking for a professional mobile dog grooming company for years in the Hanford area! Thank you!

I love The Itchy Pooch! They are amazingly fabulous! I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Shamrah and her team are truly the best! The price is a little bit higher than a pet store, but not by much, and to me it is completely worth it because they come to your home, and are done in about 20-25 min. (with my pomeranian) and she comes out looking fluffy, gorgeous, and smelly good every time! :)

Although our 2 black labs are friendly, one does not like to be caged, so we have always washed our dogs ourselves. I read the good, but limited reviews for the Itchy Pooch and thought we'd take a chance. I have no regrets. The dogs seemed to enjoy it and looked great. It has now been a week and their fur is still so soft and fluffy, with no dander. Which is so important for the thick under fur my lab has. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I never write reviews, but I feel I need to warn anyone who loves their pet to beware of itchy pooch. My dog is 5 years old and has never had any health problem until itch pooch groomed him 3 times. He got an ear infection which took him 5 weeks to get rid, plus two vet visits. The last time they groomed him he could not breath very well. He had water in his nose from the groomer, it took him 3 weeks to recover. I am still upset over the experience. Just a warning. I had to give one star to post this. One star is not my choice. Beware beware

I started using the itchy pooch after my other groomer went a bit wacky. (Long story) off a recommendation of a friend. I could not be happier. Carly is the sweetest person and always takes great care of my Shih-tzu/Poodle mix. She's never had a nick on her and she always comes back smelling great. We've been using the Itchy Pooch for about a year now and they always call with reminders that your appointment is the next day and when the groomer gets there she goes over exactly what we want done. It's so nice to know that my dog doesn't have to sit in a kennel half the day at a groomers.

I just called itchy pooch for the first time & l am very pleased! They were able to come groom my dog Toby on the same day! They arrived on time & took about 45 min. The price was about same as most groomers but it's more convenient and my dog doesn't need to sit in a cage for several hours! He looked so cute and he seemed to enjoy himself! I will definitely use them again! Thanks itchy pooch
