Send Rover On Over Doggie

I give the ones star because I had to. my mom took her dog but never again! they do favor certain dogs and the dogs who need supervision they lock in a cage in that's side room were no one knows they are i there in there then when they see you pull up they have some one get it before you notice.the staff is immature and she said she smelled pot smoke as well. And who ever that dark haired bigger girl is that works there is goofy as hell. so I do not recommend this place and I feel for the dogs that get dropped off there!

Go somewhere else, The staff that's not showed up for early drop off on three occasions which resulted in us being late to work. It doesn't surprise me that they don't show up. Don't use this service if you need to be at work on time. I've seen the staff drive up half asleep because they oversleep their alarms. We're tired of their unreliability

My dog LOVES this place. Great way to keep her in shape and socialized. Staff is very attentive!

My dog was seriously injured due to inappropriate care and supervision by the Send Rover On Over staff. My small (14 Lb) dog and a larger (55 plus Lb ) dog were left unsupervised during a sleep over. I had used Send Rover On Over for 3 plus years prior to the incident. My dog was left unattended with other dogs. Another dog jumped on my dog and caused a serious neck injury.

I was very thankful that the staff took my dog to get emergency medical/Vet care due to the extreme pain he was in. Send Rover on Over never checked on the welfare of my dog after the incident. It took my dog 3-4 weeks on heavy sedatives, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories and pain meds to heal. He still has some minor neck issues due to the incident.

I would caution anyone that has a small dog or fragile animal to think twice about using Send Rover On Over in Ventura. I was also very disheartened by the lack of costumer services and compassion that the owner and staff showed my family after the incident. No one from Send Rover On Over contacted us of even sending a text to check on the wellbeing of my dog that was a regular at day care and overnight sleep overs. Also, I was never reimbursed by the additional medical care my dog needed. I will never use Send Rover On Over again.

We just started to bring our little guy to SROO, cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility! From the moment "Buster" arrived he was so happy and has enjoyed playing and having fun! The staff is loving and caring and provide a great report upon pick-up. Facility is fully COVID 19 compliant, with outside drop-off and frequent cleaning through out the day and evening. Pricing is reasonable and actually better then what you may be paying now with dog-walkers, or other doggy day cares. I drop my little boy off, reassured he is going to have a fun day in a safe, loving environment.

We have been doing the training with Taylor and love it! We also go to puppy play and it has been so beneficial to our crazy pup! We love it there and will be back for more training after puppy kindergarten.

My puppy is soooo happy when I pick him up! They make my world better, because my doggie is happy!

It's the only Doggie Day Care that my dog gets excited upon arrival. Staff all look like they are well vetted as dog people!

Send Rover on Over is the best! The people are all so warm and friendly and my three dogs just love going there. You know everything is ok when they run in wagging their tails and don't look back! Can't recommend this place highly enough, and George, Bailey, and Austen think so too!

We have taken Bella here for years and are completely satisfied. There overnight sleep-buddy program is exceptional.

I took my mothers snoodle there and they gave him the worst haircut ever! I had explained to them my mother likes him to have a snauzer cut. To keep it long on the face and the skirt around him. He had a few tangles on his legs and though I wanted that on the longer side I understood if that needed to be cut shorter. When I picked him up he looked like a big rat.

They shaved him all over and even the face. The cut was uneven and they used the lowest setting. If there was an issue they should have called me first to ask if it was okay to shave him. My mother was in tears! I would not recommend anyone to go there and I will not be returning as a customer!

I love taking my dog here. They know him the moment they see him and he is always so excited to go. When I pick him up at the end of the day he is super tired from playing! Love this place.

Both of my dogs (Gunther a Mastiff Mix, and Liat, Staffordshire) love this facility and the people who run it. While my wife and I were living in an apartment our dogs were there daily and rushed to get through the front door. Its not easy to find care for big dogs, especially the "gladiator" breeds. The team there is professional, friendly and able to handle my dogs which isn't always the case for others.

Mabel loves this place. She's so tired when I get her home she sleeps though out the night and is so much better with other dogs. I personally love this place. Lauren

The dog trainer Karla is amazing hands-down super friendlyand gives you a ton of advice about your dog anytime you need it so I highly recommend having your dog trained with her because she was super knowledgeable about your pet. Send Rover on Over is great! They have sleep over parties! Big dog and little dog sections. Fun toys that stimulate my crazy dog to focus. An amazing groomer. And a cool retail section. They've been in Ventura for about ten years now and just get better with time. Valeri is a high energy lady who really gets dogs and realizes how important they are in our lives. She's one of the best trainers in the region and offers tons of different classes.

The dogs really love it here. The daycare attendants are really loving but also make sure all the dogs are safe and under constant supervision. They're like my dog's aunties. The greatness of Send Rover on Over can be seen through the people who started bringing their dogs here when they were puppies, and are still doing so years later! The application process might seem cumbersome (proof of vaccines/ spay/ neuter, application about the dog, assessment), but it's proven to ensure that the daycare is a safe place for dogs to not have to worry about separation anxiety or restlessness. Keep it up, Send Rover on Over! Dogs love you!
