Hacker's Creek Kennel was established in 2003 by Jeff and Emily Hacker. The 20 run dog boarding, training, and grooming facility is located in the gentle rolling hills of southern Indiana where dogs enjoy a beautiful view of the countryside. All dogs who visit Hacker's Creek Kennel are treated with the love and respect they deserve, just like part of the family! The goal we strive to achieve here at Hacker's Creek is to send every dog home as happy and healthy as they are when they are dropped off!
Services
While here at Hacker's Creek Kennel your dog(s) will receive 2 walks around 3 acres each day and additional playtime if the weather allows. We like to socialize the dogs as much as possible, so if they are dog friendly they will get to make lots of friends! All dogs receive undivided personal attention (ie: petting, cuddling, and play to ensure a healthy and happy mental attitude.).
Before your dog can board with us they need to be vaccinated. This policy ensures the health and safety of your pet as well as the health and safety of other client's pets while they stay with us. Bordetella aka Kennel Cough - These shots are required every 6 to 12 months to prevent canine infectious tracheobronchitis (aka kennel cough).
All veterinary clinics require their customers to sign a waiver stating the office is allowed to provide certain people and places with the pets' medical history. This includes vaccines! This is a form of HIPAA, protecting your right as a individual to have your (dogs) medical records kept private. This "canine" HIPAA prevents business like Hacker's Creek Kennel from calling and obtaining your dog's vaccine information.
