We have been involved with animal rescue for many years and have fostered and cared for many pets while finding them new homes. We have 3 cats and 3 dogs of our own. Our goal is to make your pets as comfortable as possible in your home while you are away. Your pets will stay in their familiar surroundings, which means less stress for them in your absence.
Services
If your pet needs to see the veterinarian, go to the groomer, or visit a friend and you can't take them there; we will get them to their appointment. We provide both one way and round trip visits to your vet, groomer, or other locations. Prices start at $25 each way depending on distance and time spent waiting. Call for a quote.

Updating my review of the store. I've been coming to this store for years because I believe in supporting local businesses and I liked their holistic items. Most recently, I purchased 4 items. Before I even got to the counter, I noticed that there were other items there like a customer was about to be rung up. (There was a small bag of dog food and I forget what else.) The employee, Matthew, said it was okay and rang up my items, then I went my way.
I didn't even think to check the bag to see if everything was there. I purchased an enzymatic dental spray, a moose dog toy, turkey bone broth and a no rawhide chicken flavored chew. When I got home, I gave my dogs the toy and the chew and put the broth in the fridge. The spray wasn't in the bag. I checked my car to see if it fell out of the bag. It wasn't there.
A bit annoyed, I drove back to the store with my receipt and confronted the employee that rang me up. He was not accommodating. He believed that if the item was left behind on the counter, it would have been restocked within the store. (Uh, weird especially when I paid 16 dollars for the item.) I rechecked my car while I was there because it felt like I was being gaslighted and they did not take accountability.
He also said that there are always other items on the counter when they ring things up. In all my years of going there, I have never experienced this. Yes, they have items they are selling on the counter but not items like they are about to be purchased. I purchased a more expensive enzymatic dental care of the same brand because my dogs still needed the item.
They did suggest a cheaper, different spray but they weren't sure if it was enzymatic. (The label said it wasn't.) He refused to refund me for the original item because they just did inventory and didn't want to mess things up. I can empathize but that's not my problem. (And I found this especially contradictory because he said they would have restocked my purchased item if they found it.) I gave them my contact information to forward to their manager but did not receive a call back.
I will not be returning to this store because of the way I was treated and their lack of customer care. I recommend always double checking your bagged items before leaving this store, especially if their counter is cluttered.

I've been buying my dog's food at the Henderson location for a while now and have never had a problem until recently. This business does not follow the mask mandate and therefore doesn't require social distancing or PPE for employees or customers. I no longer feel safe shopping here. I love to support local businesses and even go out of my way to purchase from this store as it isn't close to my home.
But I won't be returning as it makes me question if they care about the safety of their customers or doing the right thing for their community. Very disappointed. I recommend taking your business to a more responsible shop.

Funny thing about talking to random strangers at a dog park is that you get the opportunity to share information. I was out with my Old English Sheepdog puppy and was chatting with someone who said they recommended At Your Service for grooming. Turns out, this is the place to go for an Old English Sheepdog in Las Vegas for multiple reasons. For one, the master groomer on site absolutely adores the breed. Second, one of the owners ran a rescue for the breed for a long time. Third, the service is excellent!
I have been there a few times now with my puppy and I am very pleased with the results and the care he gets. A strong recommendation! Ask about military veterans program as well.
