This place is AMAZING! They truly deserve 10 Stars. I really appreciate the staff and how well they treat each client and especially their babies. The location is always clean, safe and well-attended. My puppy is 11 months old and he's been attending daycare with Pets Rush Inn for 6 months. My puppy has separation anxiety and once he's handed to the staff he's extremely comfortable.

The first couple of visits he was a bit timid. Now, he seems to be extremely playful and content with all of his friends. A couple of weeks ago I had my puppy Eros groomed by the on site groomer who listened to how I wanted Eros groomed. He really did an amazing job! It's really difficult to find a place that will treat your fur baby with the same care that your able to give them. This place truly provides that care.

Boarded our dog there, 3 days total, included 3 bags of food one for each day. They gave us 2 whole bags back which means they didn't even attempt to feed him 2/3 of his food. Did he go hungry!? They returned him to us stinking of so much poop and pee, I get it, dogs stink but he was so soiled and we found out why, it's Wednesday and we picked him up Monday and he has had 3 days of straight diarrhea. No idea what they fed him, no "report cards" nothing. Will never go back, taking dog to the vet tomorrow.

My wife and I took our Golden here far too many times for daycare when he was a puppy before Covid while we were both in the office and he always came back filthy, scared and traumatized even for a single day. We brushed it off as him just "playing" with other dogs. I wish I could have seen more during his days there but then and now only have one low-res static camera that records during "working hours" and were unable to see him during this recent stay: We unfortunately made the terrible decision to try again with Indy this past weekend for 3 days from June 10th 2022 to June 13th 2022.

My wife and I could barely recognize him when I picked him up at 8am Monday and brought him home. He was trembling and fearful of both my wife and myself for the first time in our lives. He's been moaning and crying even now at 5am while I'm keeping an eye on him. He wreaked of urine, feces, dirt and musk. His hair was matted and wet with some or all the above.

The food we gave them was barely used. We don't know if he was beaten, allowed to be harassed by other dogs or just left in his cage alone (we couldn't see) but he's absolutely traumatized we'll will never bring him to this horrid place again. If we could give a sub zero star, we would.

I let my dog for the first time, and it was a good experience. I called to check on him the next day, and they gave me information about how he was doing. On the third day, they sent me pictures and added information about his behavior to his report card. When I picked up my dog, he looked happy and well treated. They gave me back his bed cleaned.

Decided to give them a try with my anxious Maltipoo after learning that they had a special room for fearful/anxious dogs. I signed up online and uploaded all of her documents before I dropped her off for her first visit as it was a requirement. At drop off the staff recommended that I walk in with Coco and as I was walking to the door where they take dogs through and chatting with the staff, I had her over and just walk out so that Coco would not really notice when I left and that's how I do it every time.

Although a little hesitant Coco doesn't seem fearful when we arrive and upon pick up is her normal happy little self. They have camera that you can see the dogs through but not in the room where Coco is usually at, hopefully that can change in the future. They offer a few different services such as grooming and nail cutting while your dog is there and I have used the nail trimming service which has been wonderful.

You can purchase packages of the daycare service at a small discount if you wish to use them more regularly which is fabulous. At one of my last visits, I chatted with a staff member about cameras in the dog rooms and she told me that their sister location right across the street, I think it's called Double Dog Dare Ya, they have a small dog room and there they have cameras where you can see your small dog with other small dogs. she told me that although my dog clearly prefers human interaction that she actually seems to be very comfortable around the other dogs although is not the first to engage. She felt that she'd do really good there. I am hopeful that Coco will get better socialized with more regular visits and look forward to keep working with them.

I've tried out a bunch of pet daycare businesses and none compares to Pet Rush Inn. After giving several well-rated daycares closer to my neighborhood a few solid tries, I noticed that my pup Ziggy Stardust would try to refuse to leave the car to go in to all of them; this is when I decided to give Pet Rush Inn a try after a coworker recommended them. It's now 3 years later and this is the only place that I bring my dog.

He LOVES everyone on staff -- shout-out to Chyanne, Rikki, Sophia, and Kevin! Every time I drop him off, he's happy to see them and doesn't look back when I leave. a little heartbreaking, but I know it's good for him and the separation anxiety that he developed after the pandemic started. This is the only daycare that I trust will take care of Ziggy and will work with him based on his individual needs, as they seem to do with every dog that comes to stay with them.

They always greet him by his name right when we walk in, and occasionally, I'll get cute photos/videos and a report card for the day which is incredible! The prices are also amazing considering the amount of attention that they give all of their customers and their fur babies. We've used Pet Rush Inn for daycare, boarding, and grooming, and I honestly cannot think of anything that they can improve on. Thanks so much to Pet Rush Inn and the AMAZING staff!

Our labradoodle Onyx loves going to Pet Rush Inn for daycare. He hasn't stayed overnight (we take him to Double Dog Dare Ya because they're open on Sundays), but had a great time here. The facility is clean and the staff is great.

I called today to get information on the place itself and I was so happy that Shanaya answered the call. She was informative and most importantly her customer service was amazing. To me thats very important and I have yet to take my golden and will see how that goes. Its hard enough to look for a good place for my dog and she made me feel good about giving this place a try. Thanks!

I highly recommend! Caring professional staff! Choosing a dog daycare that's right for your pooch can be a daunting task full of uncertainties and disappointments. Look no further! Pet Rush inn is a wonderful clean and safe facility that even more importantly is staffed with a very knowledgeable and personable staff! Forgive me if I leave off anyone and apologies for spelling; Sophia, Chyanne, Rikki, and Elsie are the definition of in good hands.

My sweet Pitbull mix won't leave before he says goodbye to them all! The dogs get to play in a safe supervised setting and there is a camera ( I find watching more than working sometimes) that will let you in on your dog's enjoyment. The dogs are grouped with similar energies and given plenty of time to take breaks. I've been to other daycares that do not allow play and the others that don't break it up when it's unsafe.

Pet rush is a safe play setting! I've seen huge growth in my dog when he's been supervised to make good choices. Thanks pet rush team! Chiggy says aroooooo rooooooo!

My dog, Lucas, is nervous around new people but from the first day I brought him in, the staff have been super accommodating and have made him feel at ease. I feel confident leaving him there for daycare as I know that the staff will take great care of him.

My pup has been going to daycare here 3-5 days a week for the last five months. I got my little guy in the midst of a medical leave and got to spend the first few months home with him so the idea of going back to work and having to leave him in the care of someone else was a difficult one. A friend recommended this place and it has been everything I could've hoped for.

Just love his excitement when dropping him off in the morning as he runs into the arms of the attendant. Equally love that same excitement level 8+ hours later when I pick him up. My little boy loves everyone here and I agree with his assessment.

Sophia and the rest of the Pet Rush Inn team took great care of my dog, Gypsy. I received a picture of him playing happily on the playground with other dogs, and when I picked him up he appeared healthy and happy. He has been sleeping ever since I picked him up, so I know he had fun! I can't say enough good things about the care Gypsy received while staying at Pet Rush Inn. Thank you, Sophia!

Not the place for us. We sent our beloved dog for boarding over New Year's weekend based on the glowing reviews and ended up coming home a day early to get him since we were worried sick. This is our first time boarding so we didn't ask the right questions in advance. A few things we were unhappy with: 1. Phones are only answered during posted business hours.

The website says the dogs get 24/7 care but the phone was not answered and no one responded to our check-in calls or email over the holiday. No status updates were provided other than the two times we were able to get them on the phone (Friday at 8am and Sunday at 8am) This is what ultimately prompted us to return early since it didn't seem like our dog was doing well after the first call (not necessarily PRI's fault--he just didn't seem to like it) and we were not able to reach them for 2 days.

On the Sunday 8am call we were informed that last pickup is 3:30pm so we raced to make it on time driving from San Francisco. 2. We were expecting a report card. We were informed at pickup that these are by request only despite being advertised as part of the service. 3. Small dogs are not allowed in the outdoor playspace and the dogs are not walked.

So our nature-loving boy was stuck inside for 3 days. The webcam also only shows the outdoor area so we were not able to check on him. 4. Our dog was returned to us reeking of urine. They do have a grooming service that we had originally booked but it is not available on Sundays. Again, this was our first time boarding so now we know what to ask for in advance. The staff is friendly so I think the issue here was expectation setting and communication.

I was so scared to leave my dogs for a week going out of town that I scoured the internet for hours for reputable boarding facilities here in LA. Pet rush had by far the best reviews for the most reasonable price, and I'm so glad we chose them! Our dogs had a great time and were not traumatized after we picked them up (which I was very afraid of) and all of the staff is so kind!

I love that they have a live stream camera so you can watch the big dogs play. My only complaint is that they don't have a camera for the small dog area, and since I have one big and one small dog I was unable to watch the smaller one. I'd give 5 stars if they put a camera in there as well! Overall this is an amazing place that you can tell actually cares about your dogs. Definitely would recommend! :)

We have used Pet Rush Inn for both training and boarding. Kevin was our trainer, he was understanding, professional with great attention to details. He spent time with us to educate us how we can interact with our dog better to correct him when he misbehaves. During the two weeks training, he gave us constant updates and sent us video of his progress, we could not be happier with the result.

Our dog is the most well trained dog in the neighborhood right now. As for boarding, the staff are extremely friendly and nice, we use them all the time when we need to leave town.

Goku is almost 2 and Pets Rush Inn was his first boarding experience. First impressions of the facility was impressive. It's spotless! The staff are beyond accommodating and helpful. Kudos on great customer service. When my son left for the Army in May of this year Goku anxiety was very high. After boarding him at such a nice facility with staff that truly love animals I immediately noticed Goku was much calmer when we got home.

I truly believe being around other dogs and around loving staff during his stay at Pets Rush Inn helped him A LOT. His calm demeanor continues. I definitely recommend it and I will continue to use Pets Rush Inn. I'm a true believer in supporting our local businesses. Thank you for caring for Goku like he was your pup.

This is my 3rd review and the one of the reasons I am submitting this, is that I know how important is this topic for dog owners. So, I left Cooper for about a month (9/11-10/8) because I had to fly to Armenia. Initially I had lots of anxiety and lots of concern due to the fact that he had never been away from me for that long. But the result I got was way higher than my expectations.

First of all, they kept updating me with report cards every 3-4 days, without even reminding. They have been sending pictures, providing details. But I was very touched when their manager Kevin went above and beyond and set up live session for not only Cooper but entire "small doggie group". So, imagine me, seating in front of the camera all night (12 hours time difference between USA and Armenia) and watching Cooper running around, playing with other dogs, no aggression, no fights, just friendly, clean environment for 12-13 dogs that looked as safer as if they were in their own backyard.

I must admit, this guy, Kevin, is one of the main reasons you should trust this place. He is very patient, gentle to your dog, knowledgeable and caring. So, about October 4th, I got an email from Kevin saying that Cooper had some eye infection, probably from long hair around his eyes. Right away they did complimentary bathing and cleaning the area around the eyes. Kevin kept updating me almost 2-3x/ day, we managed medication and eye cleaning solution and mean time, he was very understanding with me, feeling how much stress I was going through for being so far away. So, gradually the infection went away, and when I arrived to Petrush directly from LAX, Cooper was clean, happy and healthy.

I am so happy, I found this place. Once you communicate with them, and convey your needs, they accommodate everything you need. I deeply recommend you to trust your lovely dog to This place.

This is for their daycare only. I spoke with a man on the phone to ask about daycare and he was really friendly and upbeat which made me excited to come to Pet Rush Inn along with their reviews. I took my dog in for a half day of daycare. The front desk workers were very nice and gently took my puppy back to the play area. There's a webcam in the outdoor area which is nice, I kept it streaming while I was at work and got to watch my puppy play for the most part, they have two indoor areas with no cameras but the woman working the desk told me they were planning to add more.

I noticed they removed my dogs collar, which I don't understand why (some dogs had collars some did not). He played with a bunch of different dogs who were rotated frequently. When he started, there was a person outside with the dogs who walked around and pet the dogs or refilled the water bowl which was nice to see. She switched places with or was joined by a man who looked like he'd had enough for the day and it was only noon.

At one point he was rotating the dogs, trying to bring one to the back and my puppy tried to follow him (because he's a puppy and nosy) and the man swatted at my dogs face to keep him back. Note: he did NOT hit my puppy. My puppy flinched away and if he had not moved back the man would have made contact with my dogs face. I don't understand why the woman didn't help hold the other dogs back or distract them while he rotated the one dog.

At another point the handlers left the dogs unattended, which I consider to be unsafe. I timed it and the dogs were alone for 45 minutes minimum. A lot can happen in 45 minutes, and if a dog got into a fight with no collar I don't know how they would break up the fight. There are cameras streaming to the front desk at all times (but not always someone there to watch) but they would have to run through a few doors and out to the play area to stop whatever happened.

I picked up my puppy and he was happy go lucky as usual and the staff was friendly and gave me an honest and detailed review of how he did that day. I feel like the ladies I spoke with like their job and love the dogs but that is the only thing I can say I liked about Pet Rush Inn in Burbank.

We love this daycare for our pup, Pua! She has the best time there and the staff is very nice! Our 8 month old husky mix is absolutely exhausted by the time she gets home. She can definitely be hyper but the staff understands her energy. There are web cams too if you wanna take a peep at what your pup is doing. Will be boarding her here for a week!

I have always left my doggo, Lucy, home when I was out of town and would have someone walk and feed her. She's quite an anxious dog, but as she's now closing in on 16 years old, and cannot walk or stand up easily, I couldn't leave her alone for any extended period of time. I found Pet Rush Inn on Yelp and was impressed initially with all of the 5* reviews.

I was also very impressed with price point and that Lucy could have here own room for that price point. I decided to give them a shot and I'm very happy that I did. From the moment I booked (they have super easy online booking) to the time I picked up my ol' girl, the staff was nothing short of lovely and they were extremely helpful. They will send you report cards with pics and updates about your pup.

In addition to that, I feed Lucy a mix of kibble and cooked lean turkey. I prepped each meal for them and they stored the meat in the fridge and warmed it up for her and mixed with her kibble each meal. I also set up a bath for her before I picked her up and they did a great job with that as well. When I picked her up, Lucy was in great spirits. I can't tell you where to take your pup when you go out of town, but I know I'll be returning to Pet Rush Inn from here on out.
