Our pet sitter for at least 10 years now. It's been such a comfort to have someone we can trust to take care of our precious pets. Care included testing and administering insulin for our diabetic cat, and communication if things weren't normal with him. Ingrid is always responsive to any issues, and hires great people! I've used Scales and Tails for quite a few years. When my cat Chloe became diabetic, Ingrid knew how to give the shots. What a relief to know that all would be fine while we were gone. I have several cats and my cats told me they were being played with while we were gone. How'd they tell me? After feeding them their food, they all went to the toy box and waited for me to come over and play. Not my usual routine but must have been ST's while I was gone. Ingrid and all of the sitters at ST&P are the VERY VERY BEST in the Columbus area. I have used the petsitting service for my two cats for the last 2 years when I've had to travel. One of my cats is diabetic and needs to be an a certain feed schedule. I've been very happy with the service I've received. I always schedule morning and evening visits to feed my cats and I always get great pictures from visit and also confirmation that they've been there which is a relief to me.

Any questions I've had have been promptly answered and the notes are always so nice and I feel like they really take the time to get to know the cats and play and appreciate them. I've used them for short work trips as well as longer over a week stays and the service has always been great and I return to happy cats, clean bowls and litter boxes. I would recommend to any pet owners I know.

Highly Recommend! We have used their service for a couple years now. Very dependable - we've never had a missed appointment. They care for your pets as if they were their own. One of our pets had an emergency during a visit and Tessa jumped right into action and got our dog to a vet for care and he ended up being ok. I was kept aware of what was happening the entire time. I like that they send you an update and pictures with each visit. Our dogs are always happy to see them!

Ingrid and her crew are the BEST! I know our special needs kitty and other pets are always in good hands with them. The best parts are how easy it is to reserve their service using the portal, and how they send updates (including photos) via the portal/email during every visit. They are experienced with all kinds of pets too - including ferrets. I can finally relax while I'm away, and know my fur kids are well taken care of and loved while I'm gone.

I have a huge fear of leaving my dog and I could not ask for better care! I booked the overnight stays. They came and stayed with my baby all night and also came during the day to take her out! They sent an email update with every visit. When plans changed with the original sitter they called and reassured me she would still be taken care of as planned!

I have a senior husky that still has lots of energy! I came home to one very tired and happy husky! She also has some health concerns, but they were so knowledgeable on what to do that I did not stress out to leave (other than my usual missing my puppy). She was just so well taken care of! I will definitely use them again!
