Pitter Pat was a Great service! unfortunately the key word is WAS. when Donna owned the business, it was great, but they she retires and sold the Business. Janik took over and he was really good. he kept most of the staff who worked for Donna, and and those employee where the backbone of the business. unfortunately, Janik sold the business, and things are not as good. the new owner seems to have a hard time keeping staff, I think there are two or three diehard employees who have been there for years, but most of the newer employee do not seem to stay long. it is a shame that what was a great service has been riding off the reputation of Great owners and now it seems to be coasting along.

We had Janine watch our cats and guinea pig when we went away. She sent us pictures each day and even did a report card of what she had done for our animals.

Friendly and Professional dog walkers. Rice was extremely nice and pleasant over the phone. Susan has been pet sitting for a short while, but my fur babies already love her. She's super friendly and competent, taking them on 15 minute walks every day. I finally found a reliable dog walking company!

We have used Pitter-Pat in the past for catsitting and were pleased with the service we received. When the business was sold to new owners, I was a little concerned about what may change. But I recently reached out for service again for a week of catsitting. The owners were polite and friendly via email, and our sitter (Susan) did a wonderful job with our 3 cats.

She was also very courteous and friendly and texted us an update with pictures every day, making sure we were at ease. We were very pleased once again with Pitter-Pat Pet Care, and would certainly recommend them based on our experience.

Great experience so far! My dog walker Susan is always reliable and leaves notes letting me know how my doggie did in her daily walk. I also appreciate that my home alarm system is always reset properly and the door locked when I arrive home. Makes me feel safe knowing Pitter Pat is responsible with both my pet and my home. My neighbor also recently told me that she saw my dog out with her new walker the other day and my dog looked like she was having a great time!

We just had our first pet sitting engagement with Pitter Pat this past week - Janine was amazing with our cat Oliver. and sent us photos every day of him looking happy! Janine came to the house for our initial interview and asked all the RIGHT questions. and offered to water plants or bring in mail - which was so thoughtful. Georgie took such wonderful care of our dog while we were away vacationing. I received photos via text, which I truly appreciated and a really nice welcome home card when we returned. She even brought in our mail! Before services, Georgie came by to meet our dog and listen carefully/asked questions concerning our dog's care. Also, working with Janak to sort out the details and payment was seamless; very professional. Thank you Pitter Pat!

We started using Pitter-Pat 3 years ago for occasional dog-sitting, and while we were sad to see the original owner move out of the area I can confirm that the new owner has kept things going strong. They have been consistently reliable and they communicate very well. I received a text after each visit and frequent photos of our dog. They take time to get to know you and your dog even before you officially sign up, and the 3 dog walkers who've come over all seem to truly love animals and connect with them well. We've never considered a kennel so I can't compare to that, but I believe our dog is happier keeping her normal routine and staying at home. I highly recommend Pitter Pat!

Pitter Pat saved me this summer. I traveled a lot with my kids and I didn't want to board our goldendoodle because I knew she'd rather spend nights at home with my husband. But I was also worried one walk a day would still leave her lonely. Pitter Pat took great care of her - she was happy, got plenty of exercise. My husband was working from home a couple of days, and he said she got really excited when Randy showed up. I heard about them from my neighbors and I will call them again. I completely trust them in my house.

I've been using Pitter Pat for a few months and am thrilled with their service! My silly pup Toby enjoys his walks and I can have more peace of mind knowing that he is getting out mid day. Each day they leave notes about how the walk went - I love the personal touch. I would definitely recommend their services!

I have used Pitter Pat multiple times to watch my cat and every time I return home she is happy and her supplies are neat. I usually receive a note from the pet sitter as well about how each visit went. My favorite part is that they send me a picture of my cat every day that I am away. I recommend this service!

Donna did an amazing job taking care of my crew including two dogs, and four cats, one of which is diabetic. She did overnights and midday walks for the better part of a week- twice daily photo/email updates, instructions followed carefully, gave insulin to my old girl-it was completely low stress for us knowing that she was there. Much better than other local pet sitters!

I have only been using Pitter Pat for about a week now but that was all it took for me to know these guys are awesome! I have two hyper active puppies that need to be walked during the day. We use Joyce and she is great! I have to admit I was worried at first about letting a stranger into my house and relying on that stranger to be there every scheduled day.

When I met Joyce on the introductory day, I was instantly relieved and those worries went away. Not to mention you could immediately tell she was great with dogs and my puppies took an instant liking to her. I am just starting to get my puppies out of the crate and I really rely on Joyce to not only get them out of the house (and take get some of that energy out) but also to put them in their crate for the second half of the day. Joyce has not failed me yet!

She even took all of my overly protective obnoxious text messages ensuring that everything was going okay the first week. Joyce has gone the extra mile and I know I can count on her! Donna has been great to work with too, she answers my emails promptly and makes sure everything is in order. Little Dakota and Rylie love Joyce, Donna and Pitter Pat and I could not be more satisfied with their services.

Update: It's been a few years since I have reviewed Pitter Pat but the fantastic service from Donna and Pitter Pat continues. My dogs absolutely love her and she is always available to help out, even when it's a last minute request. I never worry about my babies while they are in Donna's care. I'm especially grateful to her for the love and extra care she provided to my dog, Moose, who recently passed over the rainbow bridge and was unable to walk up and down stairs at the end of his life. I would not hesitate to recommend Pitter Pat to any of my friends.

When we were considering adding a puppy to our busy home in Leesburg, I knew we'd need a dog walker during the day to help. I traded email with Donna, the owner, and Michelle came over the day after we brought our puppy home. Michelle has been dependable and reliable taking care of Charlie, and leaves us daily notes in a little notebook they provide for that purpose.

Their cancellation policy is very flexible--we all know that life with kids means changing plans sometimes, so we were able to text before a certain time in the morning if we needed to cancel the walk that day. Prices are reasonable, and we never came home to an unlocked house or had any other concerns. Great experience all around.

We had been taking our dogs to A Dogs Day Out for daycare and boarding, but we really wanted for them to be able to be in our home when we went on vacation for a week. I found Pitter Pat on Yelp, and also noted great reviews from Angies List and pretty much anywhere I could find info, so I gave them a call. Donna came and met the dogs within a few days, and we were very excited that she was able to accommodate watching our dogs for overnights while we were gone.

Our trip was within a week and it was great to know that the dogs would be in great hands. We received daily updates and photos of the dogs and they were very well taken care of, not to mention the peace of mind we had knowing that our house was being checked on daily on top of it. We came home to find them very happy and we had zero issues the entire time.

The value was great (comparable if not cheaper than boarding) and the service was absolutely top notch. We will most definitely use Pitter Pat again when we need dog sitters.

Pitter Pat is a great business! I had some apprehension about hiring a dog walker, letting someone into our, home, having our dog out and constantly changing schedules but Donna at Pitter Pat and our walker Wendy have been amazing! From the beginning Pitter Pat was very responsive getting back to me under 24 hours from my initial email, having our first meeting within a few days and then start the walk.

The whole process took about 3-4 days between my first email and our first mid-day walk. Wendy leaves a notebook with notes to what our dog has been up to so we still feel connected to the experience which I really appreciate. Also, I appreciate the ability to add a second walk or cancel for the day if I'm going to be home without penalty the same day (before the 9am deadline).

All in all, I'm extremely comfortable and Pitter Pat has made all my concerns go away with the idea of a dog walking service. We know our dog is healthy and happy in their capable hands!

We had issues with our previous pet sitter and was reluctant to try another pet sitter. I then checked out Angie's list and found Pitter Pat, which received an A+ and was highly recommended. My wife and I decided to give Pitter Pat a try. I must admit that when we met Donna the owner and Kelly our sitter we instantly knew that our girls will be in good hands.

My wife and I went away for a week and Kelly made sure she kept in touch by sending us email. Kelly is wonderful and we highly recommend Pitter Pat for your pet sitting need.

Lisa has been walking my three dogs for several years now. They look forward to their mid-day walks every day! Pitter Pat's rates make it affordable with three large dogs and I wouldn't be able to rescue these dogs without Pitter Pat's help. Pitter Pat does not nickel and dime you for everything, like many other dog walking companies. I have a great peace of mind while at work, knowing that my furry kids are being taken care of. Lisa also takes time to write a note every day on what they've done on their walks. Pitter Pat is very flexible with last minute schedule changes. Lisa also will bring in any packages that are on the door step, as well as the Dry Cleaning left on the front door!

Simply the best! I highly recommend Pitter Pat to anyone who is thinking about rescuing a pet and still has to work full-time. Many dog rescues prefer people who are at home most of the day, but who can afford to stay home!
