Our 70 KW full facility generator has been switched on! Never worry about the loss of air-conditioning, heating or fresh air at our facility during your dogs stay. Our Honeywell generator can power our entire facility in the event of a brown out or black out. We are also proud to announce the completion of the installation of our new turf for our outdoor play yards.

The dogs now have plush Classic K9 Grass to run around on. Preferred Pet Care's All- Inclusive Resort for Dogs offers daycare, boarding, grooming, spa services and a retail area.

Doggie daycare is a social environment where dogs can come during the day to play with other dogs, exercise and receive attention from our loving staff. After their day is through, they go home to spend a quiet, peaceful evening with their families.

Preferred Pet is really the perfect place for day care and boarding for your dog. The staff is very friendly and my little man loves going there to play. While on a week long trip, he stayed and was obviously very comfortable and happy while staying there. He's always so eager to return.

Amazing day care! Our dog Jasper is a high energy pup who loves playing with any dog - he is tired everytime he comes home. Jasper also gets excited everytime we pull into the parking lot and sprints to the door! Also love the photos they put up on facebook everyday of all the dogs! Highly recommend!

We are so lucky to have found Preferred Pet Care for our dog. Our dog is always excited to go there. She pulls towards the door when we arrive in the parking lot. We love this place! They take care of our pups and specialize with dogs that have some aggressive behavior which is really nice. We have only boarded our dogs - never did daycare. But we have been happy with just that :))

Lovely place with wonderful people. Noticed some people upset because they didn't get right back to them, but the staff are busy taking care of the dogs. There's not somebody manning the desk 100% of the day. The important parts are that they are kind and careful with the dogs. The place is clean and the dogs look like they're having a great time. The staff are also friendly and easy to deal with.

Extremely poor communication among the staff at Preferred Pet Care. My wife and I received multiple different explanations on how to get our dogs started in day care, and when we showed up to drop off the dogs, we were given an unsympathetic "sorry, can't help you." There wouldn't have been any problems had the staff understood how to communicate the process of getting your dog started. the complete lack of caring by workers was mind-blowing. Extremely poor communication that led to even worse service. Go somewhere else

Not a great experience. The place was dirty and smelled of urine. Our dog stayed there for two days, and apparently didn't get much to drink. She drank ravenously when we got home and then threw up.

Our girl loves coming here! She comes home very tired and happy. The staff is really nice, which makes me feel better about having the pup spend time away from home. Overnight or doggy daycare is great! They have been so accommodating in keeping our girl, while we had family issues out of town.

Excellent, reliable service. We've been using them regularly for day care and grooming for four years. The staff is friendly and caring, and have accommodated our occasional lateness etc with grace and kindness. We overnight boarded our dog there once with no problems; we just don't board our dog that often, so I can't really speak to it.
