Graced Animal Services & Kennel

I love this place. We left our dog "Magic" for the weekend and he had.a wonderful time. The owners and staff are excellent & professional. They treated our dog and us as family. I feel very confident and also will definitely recommend to to family and friends we will continue to use them for future reservations.

We were in town for the Masters and needed a place for our Frenchie to stay for two days. Never having been here are basing my decision on reviews I can definitely say it was the best decision I could have made for him. I spoke with Jimmie on the phone and they were so accommodating as I had special requests. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the facility and the staff are amazing. Rocco enjoyed his stay and highly recommend Graced Kennels.

First time going in and it felt like I've been there a while. Jimmy and Kiara are very friendly and treat your dog like family.

This is an extraordinary kennel. The caretakers go to great extents to take care of your pets. All kinds of special activities and care. It's the best care and boarding in augusta in my experience. I always say it's the Ritz Carlton of kennels. Very reasonable pricing.

Sorry thought I had done a review for Grace before. I have a very active, verbal, Maltese named King. I was scared of having him in daycare being of his attitude. Upon arrival he was excited, as he is always, but realized moma wasn't staying, only he was. So scared quickly sat in for us both. They assured me he would be fine. Well at the end of the work day I returned to pick my baby up and they all looked beat.

My baby gave them a working out. They were not just great here at Grace they were AWESOME! They are very communicative with any updates or concerns and very professional in the manner they handle it. My baby has stayed in their boarding as well for 4 days and was wonderfully cared for. They made me feel welcomed and knew they genuinely loved caring for my baby. Love Grace! Thank you Grace and keep doing what you guys do.

Extraordinary care. The Ritz Carlton of kennels. It is unbelievable what they do for the animals there. This is the best kennel I hAve ever seen. You can even rent a private room for your pet. You have constant monitoring via a camera. They are just top of the line service.

Just read a response back to a customer yall had and to see how you respond back to customers, even if it is a bad review really shows how this place is handled. To call someone a bad owner is truly saddening when you have no idea what they have going on or how much a work for what they have! Also having your own employee pay for a customers service because they let it slide since it wasn't past 12 for long is saddening. Especially during the holiday season, it would be one thing if they did it multiple times but it being a "mistake" they shouldn't have to!

Graced Kennel has been my saving grace since moving to Augusta GA! After being at home all day every day due to COVID, I felt uneasy leaving my dog home for 8 hours a day while I went back into the office. Jimmy/Hope and the rest of the Graces Kennel crew calmed my fears and takes great care of my pup! It's a conviennent location for those who work at Fort Gordon.

The activities the offer are not only great but keeps dog active and tired them out. Their team does an amazing job handling various breeds which is rare to find. 5/5 recommend to anyone looking for daycare/boarding options!

We enrolled our fur baby in weekly doggie day care with training package so that Cherish could work with her on basic obedience skills. Initially I was very apprehensive about leaving our puppy but those fears were quickly put to rest. Cherish is a great trainer and her commitment to the animals is exceptional. We are thankful for her expertise and patience. We also want to extend our thanks to the entire staff at Grace Kennels for their friendliness and their tireless efforts to maintain a clean and safe facility.

I found my "soul-doggie-mate" here! Charlie! I'm adopting him and cannot wait to take him home!. If you want to adopt a furry baby, here they have many adorable ones wanting a family! The volunteers and employees work with and train their animals and work with them before coming to your home and they continue training them and continue interraction with them long after adoption! These are the nicest ppl u will ever meet! Especially, Kat! She's a dog lover for sure!

This is such a wonderful, clean, thoroughly attentive and we exemplary staffed boarding facility! I wouldn't dream of leaving my babies anywhere else when necessary.

Boarded our dogs here over spring break, we received daily photos of our happy smiling dogs. Our dogs loved it here and this will be our go to kennel when in town. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

My dogs love this place, they are always excited to stay here. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I was charged an extra day for my 2 dogs for picking them up 6 minutes after 12. There is no signage in the building or on the website that lists 12 noon as a hard cutoff. But I must say, this is the only kennel my dogs have been eager to go to.

I am blessed enough to be the manager of this amazing facility and hard working staff. I also started a rescue group in 2014 because I have such a strong passion for animals. I couldn't be more blessed to have the opportunity to lead such hard working animal loving people. The animals safety and well being is my first priority. Their mental and physical health is something my staff works hard to maintain.

They are each trained in pet health and safety along with handling as well. We take our job seriously and realize the trust you place in us by them your fur kids in our care. I am a tough but fair leader. I am old school with my work ethic and expect professionalism when it comes to our responsibilities. However, I deeply love my GK staff family and would give them the shirt off my back because Graced Kennel is what it is because of our dedicated staff.

It's not a job that all can handle but those that can are a unique group of people it's been an honor to know. As far as the animals go, I am a canine trainer as well. I have been taking care of animals for 12 years professionally and it's what I live for. We all become very attached to the animals in our care. We have cried when those that have our lives their time here pass on or when another chapter leads them to travel to other places with their family.

We celebrate when your fur kids overcome milestones or add a new fur or human family member to the pack. You see everyone here puts animals before we put ourselves because that is what put us here to do. I spend more time with the animals and staff of Graced kennel than I do with my own family. We work long hours, sometimes in the rain, heat or cold.

We walk and eat because we put your animals needs above our own. I am proud of my staff and the dedicated customers that continue to keep Graced kennels going. You guys rock!

We dropped our two dogs off for boarding as we went to The Masters. We were coming from the Northeast on our way home to Florida. We made a reservation and sent them proof of their vacations. Everyone on the phone was very nice and helpful to make sure they were ready for our babies. They also asked for some info on their personalities to see what they could do to improve their stay.

Both were housed in the same kennel at my request. Our older lab had never been in a kennel before and she seemed herself when we picked her up. They said they both ate well so I am sure they were happy. The place seems very clean and everyone seems to truly care for the animals. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a kennel for an overnight stay. Hopefully we will get tickets to the Masters again, and have them watch our babies again!

We bring our pitbull here and first thing to mention is that our dog just loves it here. He is always eager to get out of the car when I arrive ( in a happy way). They know him by name (small detail but says a lot). They inform me of how the day went. They have a nice place for the dog to play and they give them dedicated play time. They don't mix the dogs unless you give them a written consent.

What a wonderful place. Your dogs home away from home. Two thumbs up. Always know your baby's are in good hands by Grace at Graced Kennels.

This is the nicest place for pets! Friendly, knowledgeable people who go the extra mile to make sure that our dog, Wilson Pickett, has a great experience. I never have ANY hesitation about leaving him at Graced Kennel.

I take my dog there for grooming. Not only have they done a wonderful job but are reasonably priced. Very pleased!

We love Graced Kennels. Cherish and Jimmy take great care of our dogs. Our dogs love it there. Nice people. = Military friendly too.

Do NOT trust your animal here. Dropped our Akita off for a four night stay along with 4 days worth of food and treats. They only used one feeding of food, never took his harness off and had lost weight. Nails were supposed to be trimmed, they didn't trim as requested and nails are now splintered. Neglect! Neglect! Neglect!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dropped my dogs (2 mini poodles) off at 9:00 a.m they weren't done being groomed until 6:00 pm. It took them 9 HOURS to service my dogs. I was quoted $65 for the both of them and when I went to pay they charged me $85! They tried to justify the price because they said one of my dogs was being difficult, but he was locked in a kennel for 8 hours!

Of course he is going to be difficult he had been overly anxious ALL DAY! I asked them to please work with me on the price given that they kept my dogs for so long but they REFUSED. I again stated I was not satisfied with the service and felt they were overcharging me, and the groomer said I could either pay or I could go home without my dogs. That woman literally held my dogs hostage and gave me NO choice but to pay her the $85 as if she deserved it.

This is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL dog groomer I have ever done business with. I will never do business with them again and I highly recommend that you don't either. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. GO ELSE WHERE!

Is now called Graced Animal Service & Kennels is an excellent establishment. They treated my dog wonderfully while she stayed there for a week long holiday. The staff was very friendly and all were obviously very interested in animals. They even encouraged me to call and check up on my dog if I wanted to see how she was doing. Good service and they also offer a military discount.
