I usually just order online, but I called the company because I needed a Jafco for a smaller GSD that I had just adopted, and I wasn't quite sure about the size, plus I needed it overnighted. I spoke with Anissa, who was VERY helpful! They had the size I needed in stock (which most sites carrying Jafco's did not), and they overnighted it to me with NO problem. Great customer service, and had exactly what I needed. Highly recommend Animal Care Equipment & Services.

The protective gloves we purchased were exactly what we hoped for in feel and function. They were put to the test immediately with an aggressive cat and protected my assistant well. I called before ordering to clarify what I was getting and the person I spoke with was friendly and professional and got my question answered quickly. The ordering was straight forward and the product arrived in good condition and faster than expected. We were informed that the gloves were back ordered and may not arrive for a while, but they came much faster than expected. Very happy with the company and service.
