Literally the best pet store in the entire Boulder/Denver/Golden/Aurora area. A huge selection of food & toys, with the friendliest staff that never pressures you to buy anything. They also have a ton of free samples & coupons/discounts! Like the most discounts I've ever seen for a pet store. Highly recommend, & I've been to about 35 pet stores in this whole area (most of which have ridiculous price gouging, not this one tho!)

Should be called Only Pet Store worth going to in Boulder. Great, wide selection, warm and inviting atmosphere, and helpful staff. Aspen was an exceptional customer service representative-- she went above & beyond to answer our questions and help us find the items we needed. Her dogs are beautiful and well-trained. Just wanted to mention Aspen by name, as all the staff was helpful, but she was exceptional in her assistance and customer service skills, as well as just a great person.

Please check out Soo Soo Soothing Hydrator for dry pets with itchy skin. Or, if they have hot spots, lick there paws , this is the purrrfect plant based solution. Lots of people say pets chill out and take naps with this. They also have Paw Cream which has Shea butter coco butter and cinnamon. If you rub this safe organic butter on your pet, it's nap time and their coats will shine. If you live in Boulder, there is a location there.

Great vibe here, cute dogs everywhere and the staff is super friendly. We were stocking up on treats for our incoming foster and they had a great selection of natural and ethically sourced snacks (we opted for deer chews and minnows). Signed up for the rewards program and already got a nice coupon and handwritten note from the staff. We still definitely be back with the pup in tow to spoil him some more!

Wow - such a great experience shopping in this store today. they offer amazing discounts and I even got a free chew for my pup. the staff is super nice and helpful and I so appreciate their knowledge and friendliness. This store is one of a kind. They reallY care about your pets and their owners. Prices can be a tad high but for thE quality of food and goods - dog beds, coats etc the prices are greAt - especially with their coupons and sales. The staff is always upbeat and warm - no matter who you talk to. They are passionate about pets and want to help. my dog has had the worst allergies and theY are so helpful. It's really such a special place tHat is of the highest quality in customer service products and dog food with a warm down to earth accommodating and kind energy. They also do a lot for charitable animal groups and pets of the homeless.

Fantastic store with an even larger selection of some of the highest quality foods available than most boutique-style pet supply stores. The staff was very knowledgeable about products I had questions about, and their dog gear section (collars, leashes, harnesses, coats, boots, Rex spex, I could go on!) is vast. The supplements section is well stocked with a huge variety of products to see what works best for y'all.
I definitely look forward to coming back, and I'm grateful for the perks sign-ups bonus of 25% off my first purchase! Helped me grab a couple supplements to test with my partner's dog.

So glad they opened up! We rescued an English Shepherd who has bad allergies to chicken and all byproducts, so finding a reasonably priced food for a dog has been a challenge. Natural Pet crew hooked us up with a great food and coupons come in email almost every month so helps with the price. Super friendly and knowledgable staff.

If I could give -5 stars I would. They made plastic poop bags green colored and market them as being "eco-friendly" and "degradable" and are tricking people into thinking they're buying biodegradable compostable bags. Whoever is behind this idea should be ashamed. The difference between putting a dog's lifetime of poop in plastic bags vs. compostable or biodegradable bags is tons of waste vs zero waste.

I try to buy cat food on the higher end of the healthy spectrum but with that comes a (typically) far higher price tag. It's worth noting that Only Natural Pet has enough special sales and deeply discounted food options (since they carry preservative free edibles that don't have an endless shelf life, they have to discount them.sometimes as much as 75% off from what I've seen) that it's surprisingly easier on your budget to shop there than you might imagine. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I've had three very positive experiences visiting this particular location and will continue to give them business.

The staff here is always SO friendly and helpful. They are the only place that consistently has all the flavors of Zuke's Mini Naturals dog treats. My pup will do ANYTHING to get the rabbit flavored ones, but we have zero luck finding them in other stores. They also carry these recycled wool dog toys (for a reasonable price). I got one because she was having a hard time carrying a tennis ball in her mouth when we were learning fetch, the little nubs for ears solved that problem instantly (see photo). Highly recommend, they have a great selection of stuff to look through even if they don't carry your dog food!

Worst upgrade ever. Didn't send out my auto delivery because they deleted my CC. No notifications that there was a problem had to figure it out myself. No way to update my credit card and they were closed by the time I figured it out. Why would you not keep your phone lines open after updating your failing website. Cancel my order emailed them about my complaints and still never heard back.

They also have great customer service - if your animal doesn't like something they will take it back no questions asked! They are also a B Corp which really sealed the deal for me!

Best pet store in Denver/Boulder! So happy that they opened a store in Denver. They have super friendly and knowledgeable employees, great prices, and a wide selection of products, especially raw foods. I always have fun here- there are always cute pups to play with, and the employees are so friendly that I can't help but leave in a great mood. I live near several good local pet stores in the Highlands, and I think it's worth the time to drive here (or to their Boulder location).

We have been coming here since they first opened in 2018. Started coming because of the free self dog wash promotion they had during their first month, but we quickly fell in love with the place and staff. The staff always welcomes us in with smiles and gives our pup treats and love, and they are mindful that our Rosie is allergic to chicken. We love using the self dog wash because it's cheap and convenient since Rosie doesn't need haircuts.
Then we found they carry our favorite food, and we made the full switch from Petco! The only thing that would make me not come back is if we moved out of the city! Rosie is always excited to come in and see her pals.

I am a first time dog owner with a very finicky dog. Natalie and Sam have helped me several times making food recommendations and trying to find treats for Elliot. We have tried several different brands with a kind "bring it back if it doesn't work. We donate all returns to ensure it is not wasted." Because of their outstanding customer service, I am a regular in the shop.
On yesterday's visit, I also met Carrie and Gracie. They were also a delight to interact with. They provided their knowledge on how to help Elliot transition from rescue animal to an actual dog. Thank you so much for all your recommendations and patience with Elliot!

Expensive but my husky liked it, then again she likes a variety of food. I posted this picture/ video on IG and have since removed it I felt like they didn't really care about customer based promotion, which is understandable if it were my social media I would pick and choose what was posted on my page! Finally I asked for coupons and was redirected to thier web page. Nothing spectacular.

Great price, but that was it (unfortunately): I ordered two of my dog's favorite toys online on Friday May 4th, and received a confirmation (at what would have been 1:16 Boulder time). I understand that orders may have been assembled and shipped for the day, but I thought it would ship on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. The free shipping deal said 3-7 days for shipping, which is fine, which is why I thought it would arrive at the end of the following week, but did not think that it actually meant that is how long I would WAIT for it just to be shipped as well!
The package shipped exactly one week later - Friday 11th - and I received it on Tuesday 15th. Good price, but waiting a week just for something to be shipped is far too long.
