I went in for a nail trim appointment for my kitten and mentioned I wanted to make an appointment for her to be seen at a docent time due to some concerns. They were able to fit her in and see her right away which was amazing! I know how hard that can be and was so grateful they could accommodate!

Outstanding veterinary practice! Brought my baby in today as a first and urgent visit, staff couldn't have been friendlier, more respectful of owner and pet! The vet herself was amazing and a true gem! My baby girl loved her visit too! 100% recommend this practice!

So great. They ask so many questions and care about the animals. Pricing is reasonable and I never felt pressure to do more testing then I was comfortable with. This will be my vet for as long as I'm in the area. I recommend them to anyone looking to solve pet health issues

I was visiting in town and my newly adopted dog needed to see a vet. We saw Dr. Jen and were extremely happy she was able to help us. Kind and very understanding. Entire staff was friendly.

Carver Lake has seen both my pets and has always been kind, compassionate and given the best care. Most recently, one pet received dental surgery and I was walked through the needs, the cost and the procedure every step of the way. The proactive communication and status updates the day of procedure alleviated fears and quelled concerns. From the receptionist, to the vet techs to the veterinarian, all staff were nothing but courteous, caring and extraordinary to interact with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place where your pet will be treated by the staff as if it were their own.

The vets at Carver Lake truly care about your pet and want to do their best by you and your pet. They are the only vets in 4 years of having my senior dog that have been interested in trying to treat his chronic cough. Every other vet I had brushed the issue aside and told me not to worry about it. I've seen his vet at Carver Lake interact with him, and she is gentle and patient with him. It is slightly spendy, but worth it if you want peace of mind that your pet is in good hands.

Dr Griffen, Dr Nevo and Maddox saved our little Georgie Great doctors some of the staff are Great as well just some bad apples. We stopped going because of the office manager Kelly and front desk mckayla. They treat people with rude behavior and expect people to do nothing. I got tired of mckayla treating us garbage and the office manager backing her up. Didn't want to go but we left. The doctors are great just a couple of bad apples.

The people here genuinely care about you and your pet. Im grateful to have such a vet so close to where I live. I would recommend them to anyone.

Best rabbit vet I've ever gone to (and I've been to quite a few!). They know exactly what they are doing, unlike most vets. They have several vets that have rabbit experience so you can come any day and get expert care for your bunny. They even have rooms dedicated to rabbits (rabbit decor). The staff are very friendly and always put me and my boys right into a room.

They gave great suggestions and took my concerns seriously. In the event my rabbit got GI Stasis, they knew what to do and gave me the tools I needed to treat him. I unfortunately moved and I always say I wish I could pick up the Carver Lake Veterinary Center and place it near me. I can't find service as good as them anywhere.

They are on top of it. They are a caring group.! I would refer Carver Lake Veterinary Center to anyone I run into that need help with their pets. My little kitty Mia Friday got sung by a ground bee and had the singer in her paw. That happened about 3:30 in the afternoon they where able to get her in for an emergency to see her. She doing much better today. Thank you so much!

Carver Lake Veterinary Center did an amazing job caring and helping me care for my cat Baxter, who had kidney failure. I would highly recommend the friendly, informative, and caring staff. They are amazing! I will be bringing my newly adopted kittens there very soon.

Had our first visit tonight. Everyone was was so nice and compassionate. My dog didn't seem to mind leaving me behind in the car at all.

The veterinary care we have received here is top notch and everyone we come into contact with is professional and pleasant. We love all of the doctors and would recommend every one of them. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and the front staff is always kind and considerate. We love taking our dog Nova here for grooms and I never hesitate to recommend Carver Lake to people in the area who are looking for care for their beloved furry friends.

I had my first visit with our new puppy. His fecal sample was lost and I was not informed for over 48 hours (though I called twice per day to find out about results and was told someone would call me back each time). The office manager made no attempt to make things right (they now outsource a lot of labs to 'save money' is what I was told). Waiting on results until next week for a young puppy is not appropriate.

I'm off to Valley Creek Road Animal Hospital where they can turn around a test in house in 20 minutes. No apology (until I solicited it from the manager) and no assurances. Won't be back as I can't trust them 'for sh^%$t'.

I love this vet for pocket pets! We previously brought our sick hamster Peanut here and found out she had skin cancer. So she had to be put down. The staff did a great job consoling my daughter. Even gave us a clipping of fur and her footprints on this little clay slab. So when I needed someone to cut our new rabbits nails. I knew Carver Lake would be the perfect place to go. Ashley & Paula were very friendly & patient!

They also took the time to show me and my daughter how to properly hold Bun Bun while clipping his nails. So hopefully after our lesson today we will be able to do it on our own next time. And if not no biggie. Because it only cost about 19 bucks. Which is really affordable! I highly recommend Carver Lake Veterinary to all my fellow pocket pet parents!

The staff loves your pet. Invest in Trupanion Pet Insurance. Our puppy broke both bones in leg and surgery cost $4,700.00 upfront. We only had to pay $800 of bill. Insurance is a lifesaver. Carver Vet wanted me to share this great news.
