Pet Butler

Our first choice in pet boarding! Spencer and his crew are wonderful! Ruby gets so excited to go to My Pet Butler, and we know she is well cared for there!

We were getting into our ne house and needed a temp place for our 3 cats. There are several places in Abiline but chose My Pet Butler at first because of price. After meeting them, my wife and I decided we didn't want to try anywhere else. They took care of our 3 cats and they were ok on our several visits. They really cared and the facility was clean and inviting. Thank you Pet Butler

We boarded Vala here, and it was her first time at an off leash facility. Her experience was fantastic! We felt confident that she was safe and cared for the entire time, and she had an absolute blast. Getting the "report card" for her allowed us some insight into her day and how she was adjusting, and the peace of mind a slightly overprotective dog parent (me) needs when far away. I cannot recommend them enough, not only is the value for your money great, the level of care your dogs will get is unmatched.

I reached out to My Pet Butler needing last minute help boarding my dog while my husband & I figured out our housing situation. Spencer was extremely kind and accommodating (so was the rest of the staff)! The facility is clean inside & outside. There are multiple fenced play areas for the dogs to run around in as well as a splash pad to cool off. I will forever bring my baby back here!

She had a blast making new friends and getting to socialize. I received photos and a "report card" on how things were going, which was so nice to see as this was the longest we'd been away from our dog and were happy to see she was doing well. Thank you Spencer & staff! You guys are amazing!

We left our newest family member with My Per Butler while we were in Chicago. I think he had more fun than we did! When we picked him up he was clean, happy and feeling loved . My Per Butler is one to keep at the top of your contacts for all of your four legged friend needs!

Our dogs are our world and I can't even begin to describe how invaluable finding a trusted kennel is for our family. Spencer, Kathy, and the entire MPB team take the best care of our pups when it's necessary to kennel them. I typically experience a lot of anxiety when we're apart from our babies but since finding My Pet Butler, I'm able to be present in the moment knowing they're being so cared for in my absence.

Their facilities are spotless, they take the care of their guests seriously, and provide us frequent report cards about the happenings during their stay. Our dogs love going to "camp" and it makes my heart so happy. No one likes being away from their family, but if you have to - choose My Pet Butler.

We got to board our dogs, Cooper and Sadie, with Spencer and the crew for almost 3 years! I can't tell you in words how amazing this boarding facility is. We knew our dogs were cared for and loved when we were out of town. Our dogs always came home happy! If we ever mentioned "My Pet Butler" to them, they went crazy! In addition to providing an amazing boarding experience, Spencer is a very trustworthy and wonderful human being. Since we moved from Abilene, we have not found a boarding facility that compares to the My Pet Butler experience. We miss you guys!

We boarded our Whoodle with Pet Butler for two nights. We were able to bring all the stuff that made our puppy feel right at home. We give her a Kong with peanut butter every evening and they keep them for their "guests" and we were able to get her one at bed time each night. They send a report with pictures and we could tell she was having a great time and well cared for. All of the caretakers we met were great and we could tell that they loved her and she loved them. We will definitely call on them again.

We had a fantastic experience with my pet butler. It was our first time using a kernel ever. They genuinely care about their customers and the dogs. The updates they sent me during the time my dog stayed with them helped put me at ease during our time apart. She was a bit apprehensive so they walked her on a leash and they had her mingle with other dogs in her size. The place has plenty of space for the dogs to be outdoors and is clean. Also, dropoff and pick up was a breeze.

Our three dogs had a blast! So to start with, when we dropped the dogs off their care takers came outside to meet and greet with them immediately. This was so much nicer than other boarding places that want to get your dogs put away as quick as possible. They have lots of separated play yards with fun dog attractions and the kennels are inside, climate controlled, spacious, and really clean.

It didn't smell at all inside. We received puppy report cards for each of our dogs that were amazing! They talked about what they had noticed in their personalities, what friends they had made, if they were eating and resting well, and so much more. We even got pictures attached to the emails! I cannot recommend this service enough if you need to travel and don't want to worry about your fur babies.
