Seems like this company used to be great. but times have changed. We were in the market for dog walking services and looked into The Wolf Pack as we thought they came highly reviewed by a couple of our neighbors. It turns out we contacted the wrong company- that has a similar name. We were able to set up an interview with Rick via zoom, and the dog walker that would walk our dog. Sure, there were some minor communication issues with scheduling, but we those we could over look. Email communication was complicated as an example, Beth the admin, seemed to say that she sent an email with trying to schedule the meeting with the walker, yet we had no evidence of the email coming through in the in box, and was not able to produce the email trail on her end either.
Also after mentioning we would likely need Tuesday/ Wednesday coverage and we were then sent statements with scheduling for Tuesday/ Thursdays. This was able to be cleared but took a few tries. We met the dog walker who seemed nice enough and got along with our dog. I sent a follow up email saying nice to meet you look forward to having you come by next week and confirmed the dates with the company. However, the day of the appointment, hours went by without any motion on the security cameras or activity on the doors/ dog tag.
I sent a text to check in and the reply we received was "sorry I didn't let you know sooner but I am a but behind schedule today and have yet to make it there but I should be there within the next 30 minutes." Which would have been 2.5 + hours after the scheduled time. We had even originally said give or take an hour is likely not a huge issue.
We cancelled the service as someone was almost home anyhow. HOWEVER, the level of lack of communication in this circumstance is completely unacceptable and leaves me furious. A simple text at the time we were expecting the walker could have diffused this situation immensely. This only leads me to believe if I hadn't sent a text, when would he have tried to communicate?
This is not something we can work with and should not be acceptable in this industry. Sure, this may have been a one off situation, but this is not the way to start off a new client relationship and we have no interest in exploring this further to find out. I would ask yourself, before you book. would I be okay with this situation if it were my own pet? And- did you contact the correct company?

Beth sent me the tracking number from USPS and it was delivered - though we never received them. The company shouldn't have sent them in the first place by mail since I asked to pick them up. We live in a very nice community that is gated and even that doesn't deter thieves unfortunately. Next time the company sends keys in the mail they should send it with a signature required.
I had to change the locks and was stressed out all week. And all our mail was stolen on Saturday most likely because of the package with the keys. It is clear this company takes no responsibility for sending them when I asked to pick them up and hasn't offered to even partially pay for the change of locks.

Love these folks -- we have been using them as dog walkers for years, and they do a great job, especially Leyda! They're all very customer-oriented and Beth, their office person, is super friendly and communicates well about logistics. We also get a very detailed note whenever either Leyda or Rick come by to walk and feed our dog. And Leyda is especially sweet with our greyhound; it's so clear that she loves dogs and has a great connection with them.
As soon as this coronavirus shelter-in-place situation is over, we will be using them again whenever my partner and I are both away from home. It's hard to be a small business owner right now; Rick, please let your customers know what we can do to support you and your team during this time.

It took you guys two years to come up with that one? But you're right, Heather wasn't working for you officially when she and her daughter came to represent your company. She said she was a friend of the owner and he was helping her out because she needed the money and was good with animals. It still counts as your company's responsibility even if Heather wasn't official because you sent her to us. It happened. She had our keys and access to our home. And we paid you for that awful service.

We've been using The Woof Pack for over 3 years now for our two cats. Everything from the initial meetings, to scheduling, to the online payments, and the actual care have exceeded expectations. It is so easy to get on the schedule (I take care of it via email) and payment via PayPal is also really convenient. We usually do 30 min of pet sitting a day when we are out, unless it's for a longer trip, in which case we sprinkle a few 45 min visits in.
The pet sitter that is typically assigned to us, Stacey, is so amazing with the cats and goes above and beyond to do things for us around the house - such as putting out/bringing in the garbage if we're out on that day, watering plants, etc. She does a great job with keeping the litter clean and filled, and in entertaining the cats for the half hour she's in the house.
There was even an incident where our house alarm randomly went off during the day (it was a false alarm), and she went back to the house to make sure the cats were OK. You can tell the owner of the service as well as our specific sitter truly loves pets, and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter!

The Woof Pack does a great job taking care of my two boxers and one cat while I am away. I've been using them for almost 2 years now and Karen (our usual care giver) is just awesome with my babies. We recently added a new beagle puppy that we will be leaving home in April and May. She is a runner, but I am 100% confident that Karen will make sure the little gazelle doesn't escape.
I used to board my dogs and trust a neighbor to feed the cat when I went away, but they were never "happy" when I got back, despite my choosing the best "luxury boarding condo's" for them. They are all kisses and waggling butts when I get home now, because they are so well taken care of. I would recommend The Woof Pack to all pet parents!

I feed my cats raw food so they need someone to care for them when we travel. I've been using the Woof Pack for over 3 years. We had an initial meeting with the owner and the person performing the daily care, Karen. When Karen retired Woof Pack set up another meeting for me to meet with the new caregiver, Kristine. They provide superb care for my kitties.
The caregiver writes a daily log describing how the cats are eating and playing. They send periodic updates via email and/or txts while we're away. When my beloved kitty, Dudley, crossed the Rainbow Bridge, I received cards, email and phone support (thank you Beth) from all his caregivers including Karen. There's a new kitty in the house and I'll be going on vacation soon. I know he'll be in good hands.

Thank you so much to The Woof Pack! I was recommended to The Woof Pack by a colleague who had used them previously. The owner himself stopped by our house with the woman who would be checking in after our two cats while we were in Hawaii to make sure everything was covered. They were both extremely friendly and I knew immediately that our cats were in good hands. Christine texted me updates each day she came to check on the cats, and even sent me pictures. When we returned Christine had left a touching note about her experience with our cats. We will definitely be using The Woof Pack the next time we go on vacation :

We have been using the Woof Pack (mostly Leyda but sometimes Rick and once Steve) to watch our Macaw and our kitties over the past two years. We cannot be happier with the service we receive. Leyda is kind, attentive and spoils our pets as if they are her own. Everyone is well fed, pampered and care for to a level that is beyond what we can dare hope for from a paid service. Leyda sends us text messages, writes us notes, and tells us stories about her time with our pets so that we know she really takes the time to be with our pets.
She always takes time to ask about changes, updates and new routines, adjusts to anything that is new with the pets and is so flexible and wonderful. We have tried to use other companies before but we will never have to consider having anyone else baby sit our family again! Thank you so much Woof Pack!

We have been using the Woof Pack for the last couple years when we go on family trips and cannot take our bulldog babies along. They have watched our little girl since she was a pup and have been taking care of our eldest as well and he is a handful! The care and commitment that they show when you are away is beyond what you pay for. Most recently, my husband had work travel and I already had family obligations, they changed our reservations on short notice to accommodate the change of plans and when my flight was delayed and I did not have phone service, they took it upon themselves to go check on them again until I could get in contact them and let them know that I landed and would be able to continue care! Their entire team are a huge relief and I always know that our babies are in good hands. Thanks Woof Pack! Especially, Rich, Beth and Kristine!

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! I had a horrible accident and broke my neck. I needed someone to care for my 2 cats right away! The Woof Pack stepped right in, coming every day for 4 months! My cats were so well taken care of! I'm still healing but am back home. I can't say enough good about The Woof Pack! I highly highly highly recommend them! I'm forever grateful to them for their excellent care!

Have been using them for 4+ yrs now, dog sitting for our jack russell Maestro. We LOVE the service! Professional, excellent customer service, punctual, with folks who truly care/love animals. It's cute when we get back from vaca, and find little kisses on Maestro's head; I would HIGHLY recommend they Woof Pack! Blessings, ~K

It may be three, even four years now, that I have looked to the Woof Pack to care for my three precious felines when traveling out of town. I know that when they are under the Woof's Pack care, I never have to worry about a thing. I always return to find my boys happy, healthy and content. All three have wily ways to try and sneak out the door but Karen, the caretaker in my area, is always careful to keep one step ahead of them.
I also appreciate about the Woof Pack, that they have policies that will ensure your pets are taken care of in the event your return is delayed and they have a backup system so your pets will always be taken care of and a caretaker would not end up being locked out and unable to care for your pets in the event of a key loss. The Woof Pack is trustworthy and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for pet care services.

I highly recommend The Woof Pack. I have 3 dogs who aren't the friendliest bunch and are very particular about anyone new. When the sitter came over for the first time, she knew exactly how to handle new dogs. Treats! I immediately felt very comfortable after meeting her and the owner. I knew my dogs were in good hands. They are very reasonably priced.
I had contacted another service, Candy's Pampered Pets, and they wanted to charge me $50 more for the same job! No thanks! I will be using The Woof Pack every time I need a pet sitter. It's so nice to have people you trust to take care of your "kids" while you go out of town!

The Woof Pack has been helping me care for my animals for six years. I have 4 cats and a dog and I need all the help I can get. Rick comes by once a month to help me with brushing the cats, cutting there nails and putting advantage on them. They are a handful and I would not be able to do it myself. His fees are reasonable so I can afford his services.
During tax season, I have to focus on preparing taxes 100%. Having Rick, allows me to do that. Rick walks my dog and gives him a bath when I am busy. He really goes the extra mile to help you and make sure the animals are well cared for. My cats and dog love him and I would be lost without him. He is very gentle and good with animals. I recommend him to all my clients and to anyone else that might have a need for pet sitting. I always tell him that I would hire The Wolf Pack to be my full time Pet Nanny if I could.
