Very unhappy that a refund promised has not been sent after now more than 6 months. No answer from emails no check as promised and no phone calls returned. Very very disappointed at the poor response. I have never previously sent a post - I am in business for myself and know how much poor reports reflect on a business but this is beyond poor. I do hope that they do the right thing. I am in Australia and this is a very bad reflection on what was previously a very good business.
