I ordered some medicine, I was informed it was out of stock and they have a similar product in stock that can get the job done. I agreed to go ahead with the Order just trying to make it easier for both of us. Upon delivery I noticed both bottles of medicine were expired. The following day I contacted Global in regards of the issue I was I instructed to take a picture of the expiration date and send an email with it attached.
I did that no response! I allowed 48 hours pass I called back again gave my information and order number. A nice young lady very polite informed me she will look into it and nothing yet. Been dealing with this from February 2, 2021 it's only 40 bucks im not looking for the money I just need the medicine! I Think that's bad service!

They shipped different products from what I've ordered and when I called they, they said, it is the same treatment but that's not the point. I expect to get what I ordered not something different. Also the price was different. It happened to me twice now. I won't buy from them again and I don't recommend buying anything from them

I paid $20 extra to have my package shipped via Fedex priority overnight, as I did not trust USPS with the urgently needed antibiotics. My local USPS often makes up lies and excuses not to deliver packages. When I saw that the shipping label had been created, I was taken aback to see that it was through USPS. I called the shop to remedy what I saw as a problem.
I was told that this mistake would me fixed. The man on the phone was a little brusque and seemed to have mistook some of my inquiry for criticism or attack. but otherwise decent service. I may update this later if there are any more problems.

First time there, anyone that has pigeons or for the matter any bird period, this is the place to go. They have foods medications, supplements etc. I thought I was going to a bird feed store, this was a huge warehouse, I mean this place has it all. The staff is very helpful and courteous recommend feed for my breed, Nice people.
