Animal Hospital - Brannon Jackson

The hospital and team are awesome! I only gave 4 stars though because I have been asking for a copy of my records (4 times) and still have not received them.

I took my 20 year old cat to be groomed of it's matting. Brittany quoted me quite a bit. However, I got a call within an hour saying she was done and it was less than 100! That's what I call service. Thank you so much Brittany, you are awesome!

We have been bringing our pups to AHPG for years and are always happy with our experiences. We now have two new puppies and brought them in for well checks. Dr. Kroeger and the staff were all helpful and knowledgeable answering all our questions and concerns. We have and will continue to trust the doctors and staff at AHPG given their wonderful care to our furry kids.

If you have a very anxious dog this is not the place for your fur-baby. The vets are probably ok with anxiety but not the vet techs! They have been very rough and rude to both me and my dog. I have been working with her for weeks with a dog trainer to help her with the anxiety and ONE visit with a tech who took her to a back room undid all the work we have been doing for the past 6 months!

We had a new tech this last visit and evidently my dog was red flagged in their system so she walked in with an attitude. My dog is not an aggressive dog she is an ANXIOUS dog and I would like for my vet tech to be able to tell the difference or be willing to discuss it with me. When I tried to speak she said "it's all in the chart." I could go on with more details but it would be way too long for Google review.

We are new to this practice after a 14 yr relationship with another vets. We absolutely love this staff and Dr. Kroeger. Staff is friendly. Always able to get appointments in reasonable time. Very clean in the office and exam rooms. Our only regret is we didn't make the switch sooner to Parkglen.

Can't even put into words the appreciation we have for this group of people. We had unfortunate circumstances with end of life being the end result and this place took care of us from the emergency situation to comfort with Casper's last breath. The options we were given, the bedside manner, the compassion we recieved made all this so much easier.

The fact to have the option of being outdoors in their personal backyard on a gorgeous morning was even more comforting while holding Casper as he took his last breath. There was no rush or push at all, just time for us to process and enjoy the last minutes we had left. I will forever use them from now on for any issues or needs that arise.

New to the area and had a great first and second time experience getting my fur balls established at their new vet. One of my dogs is aggressive and they responded very well to my requests. The visit went perfect! Thank you!

We have been with this group of fantastic Doctors, techs for years. Everyone here is kind and very knowledgeable. But an extra special Thank You to Brittney for her bubbly & always upbeat personality, the patience & kindness, and extra care she takes with her grooming. Our 14 year old girl just goes right on inside with Brittney & never looks back which is very rare & comes out knowing she looks gorgeous. Thanks Brittney!

My dogs are like my children and I only trust them with the best, which is Doctor O'Gorman. He's very patience with his clients and animal patients, answering any and all questions unlike some Vets I've experienced in the past who dismiss things and won't take the time with their clients/patients. He's great at explaining very high level complex medical topics and terms in a way that someone without any background or knowledge on can still easily understand it.

I also really appreciate that he doesn't try to sell you on everything carried in the office or unnecessary treatments/services. It's very clear he loves what he does, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field but most importantly, he truly cares about his patients and clients. We've moved since we first started seeing Dr. O but couldn't imagine finding another primary (definitely wouldn't be able to find one as good as him) so we make the 45 minute commute to the Glen Park office because he's worth it! The staff at Glen Park are absolutely amazing and we love them!

I bring both my dogs here. The staff is great, very professional and caring with my dogs. I lost my 9 yr old Rottweiler a little over a year ago and they were wonderful with him. My two new pups love coming here. Max was just there yesterday and he was so excited to get inside and see the doc. Only dogs I know who like going to the vet! A testament to how they treat our beloved pets!

I own Huskies. The doctor and staff are amazing. They help me every step of the way with any concerns. They are compassionate about their jobs. You are not just a number here. They sincerely care. We took our 15 year old Husky in because she wasn't feeling well. We wanted doctors thought on if it was time to let her go. He found the root of the problem with a thorough exam, gave her an antibiotic injection and a prescription to take home. Our dog is on the mend. She is getting around better and we get more time with her.

From my personal experience, I don't think you can find a better animal hospital for caring of your canine family member. The Veterinary Doctor(s) and and assistants have and demonstrated the highest level of compassion and the care needed. Dr. Mark O' Gorman is an extremely knowledgeable and nice man and compassionate Veterinarian Doctor.

When he was not available the other Veterinarian Doctor stepped up and she demonstrated same compassion and care in his absence. They have gone the extra mile at times treating my dog Garth. We worked a patient plan with my dog, and I worked the plan. Bringing many years of happiness into my family. I do not hesitate to give my recommendation to Animal Hospital of Park Glenn or Alliance Animal Health Center.

It is very difficult when you've had a veterinarian for your dogs for many years and then you move away and have to find a new one. We found Dr. Arend and his staff, from the beginning, to be professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Our pugs are VERY comfortable going inside with their staff members, who lovingly care for them. We have never actually been able to go inside the facility because of the pandemic, but we have felt very good about sending them in alone because of their kind treatment and wonderful care. Feeling blessed to have found such a wonderful replacement for the vet we loved for so many years.

Took my 4 legged friend to this veterinarian clinic. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. The office staff were enjoyable. The waiting area had a clean decou, was open and well lit with reading The Veterinarian I used was Dr. Ann. She asked me a lot of questions about my friend's health and his mannerisms. She took us into the work area and handled my nervous friend with respect.

She asked more questions about his health and his life as a pet and friend. She advised me about the costs and provided me with guidelines of how we could work the procedures to help with the cost structure. I just want to thank this vet so much.

This is a great location with wonderful, caring employees. My boyfriend and I brought our kitty here in great distress. He is very independent and wary of strangers, but from the receptionist, to the vet tech, to the veterinarian himself, they were wonderful and he warmed right up to them. They got him in first thing in the morning, did blood work, x-rays, and urinalysis less than two hours, and provided us with results before expected. We are very pleased with the attention and service they provided and will definitely be bringing our kitty back to see them. Thank you!

We have been using the Animal Hospital of Park Glen for years. This is by far the best veterinarian clinic we have ever used. Our two dogs, Wagoner and Jake, get the best care by the skilled receptionists, vet techs, veterinarians and boarding staff. Absolutely recommend this facility. Great caring people.

I have been taking my pets here for 3 years with no issues. I recommend Dr. Loveless.

Very unprofessional and aggressive. Not good. Definitely look around for a Veterinarian practice that fits your family needs and does not get upset when you ask questions.
