Rickords Animal Hospital

I rescued a sweet maltipoo, Maggie, a month ago. I wanted to find a different Veterinary clinic than the one I'd used with my previous fur baby. After very detailed research and reading reviews of at least a dozen Veterinary clinics, I kept coming up with Rickords being on the top of the list. I then did a drop in one day to meet the front office and ask questions in person.

I was very impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. I then scheduled an appointment for my fur baby with Dr Rickords and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to trust Rickords Animal Clinic with the care of my Maggie. They are very prompt with returning messages and the online portal is an easy way to communicate with them and make appointments.

Friendly professional staff that makes even anxiety prone high strung pups feel relaxed and comfortable. would recommend for your dog, puppy, cat, kitten - might need to call vet directly for qhat other animal patients they see.

I love this place. The staff are awesome. My animals love them. Everyone is always friendly. Seems like they really care about your critters. Unfortunately. I'm moving, so I'll have to find a different place to bring my dogs, but I recommend this vet. If you're looking for a switch or recently moved. This is the one.

Absolute BEST VET EVER! They have taken care of both of our babies! Our beagle is 15 years old and has degenerative bone disc disease. They have helped improve his quality of life. Love this Vet. They are compassionate and not as expensive as some. We have been going here for years. Love the staff. They also have good hours. Open some on weekends which is helpful if you work during the week.

Been using them for years and never had any issues until recently. Called in to get my dog seen for an ear infection and they were two weeks out for appointments and referred me to another vet. Said the medicine I used in the past was not in stock so out of luck. What's the point of having a dedicated vet who can't see my dog when I need it the most. Needless to say I'm looking for a better vet

I read all of these bad reviews and was worried but needed to get my pup fixed ASAP. Sarah, was extremely helpful day before surgery, upon arrival Niki was so sweet and our tech Nick took his time and explained everything to me and answered all my concerns! We will be going back! Thanks to all for making this easy

The staff is excellent and extremely attentive. They helped us when our pet had a medical emergency and other veterinarians turned us away. The staff kindly found time to help us and I am forever grateful for that. Dr. Bowens did an excellent job helping us make the best decision for our baby. Moving forward I will not take my other babies to another vet. Thank you SO much for all that y'all do!
