They took such great care of all three of our dogs and I love the fact that they were freshly bathed and nails were clipped. I highly recommend BNL for your beloved fur family because they are fantastic!

Excellent place for my lil doggies! I loved the fact that they separated the small dogs from the big dogs which is especially important when you have a 5lb dog. I felt comfortable dropping/ picking up my babies and wasn't worried in between as I've been with other places. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bring our dog Rosebud here many times! Love the staff, the place, the yards, everything about it has been great for my dog. We have used Bark N Lounge I would say a good 15+ times over the years and each time Rosebud has had a great stay. I recommend this place for anyone who needs doggie boarding!

Been bringing my dog here for years for boarding & daycare. I have personally talked to the owner and the things they have been doing to get Bark N Lounge to be a safe and fun place for all dogs is very commendable as he is very hands on owner! My 7 month old yellow lab stayed at Bark'N Lounge for 9 nights. My concern began as soon as I picked him up and saw blood all over his bottom and right leg. I had been told at pick up that he had a small blood clot in his stool right after his bath. The amount of blood it took to cover this much of his body is more than a small blood clot. When they brought him out he seemed to be very subdued and kept nervously looking over his shoulder at the employee.

On the way home I called my vet to schedule an appointment. My concern grew when I was giving him a bath, within an hour of pick up, and saw that he had rashes and major loss of hair all over his body. Throughout his bath, he was shaking and cowering, which had never happened before. After his bath, I began putting away the things that I had dropped off with him and noticed that there was a lot of leftover food.

There should not have been nearly as much food leftover. When I took him to the vet my worries were confirmed when he weighed 6 lbs less than when I had dropped him off. The vet said that my pup had a severe allergic reaction, a fungal infection, and a possible bowel blockage. During his stay, I was never contacted and told about any positives or negatives. I was not sent pictures and now I know why. The photos I attached highlight some of the areas of my dog's reaction and infection.

I have boarded my dog at Bark n Lounge for years and have never had any problems up until his latest stay. My dog was treated well and the staff was kind but all of the items I dropped off with him were misplaced, requiring me to take a second trip 35 minute trip to pick up his things the next day. When I arrived, they could not find the blanket he arrived with, so we will need to purchase a new one.

While I can recommend their services, I would strongly recommend labeling all of your dogs belongings and would advise management to rethink the way they track and store clients' personal items. I am exploring alternative boarding services for our next trip.

I love this place and so do My pups as well! They had a great time @ Bark N Lounge during their 2 night stay. It was our first time leaving our pups with someone they didn't know, and Andy made them feel right at home. Andy treated them with so much care and understood their needs. Steven was very helpful during the booking process, guiding me through answering all the questions and uploading My pups documentation.

I'd give this place a 10 star if I could. Our pups were not stressed at all when we picked them up. They ate properly, and behaved normal during their stay. These guys are awesome! They know what they are doing. Definitely recommend weather your taking them for Doggy Daycare, or booking them for a few nights. Your pups will have a ton of fun with Andy and all the other dogs there, while you take care of business, or leaving on a vacation with the family.

If I could assign higher than 5 stars. I would. The most critical testimony for BNL comes from our furbaby, Gracie. Her reaction when we pull into the parking lot is priceless. She absolutely LOVES day care and/or boarding. Gracie was born in 2013 and we have used BNL exclusively since she was 6 months old. The staff is always so nice and helps with the daily administration of eye medication. I have referred several dog owners to BNL - without hesitation! Thanks for taking GREAT care of our little girl!
