Specialized hotel design incorporating a stress reduction wall to ensure the privacy of each guest. Specialized bathing system which utilizes high pressure hydro-massaging filtered water system.
Our hotel design has taken both of these into account. Our luxury suites include wrought iron beds complete with fresh linens, artwork and personalized attention. Each guest is treated to multiple outside exercise periods daily where they can play with several of their friends or alone if that's what they prefer.

I'd give zero stars if it was an option. The haircut our labradoodle just got here is horrible. It's so choppy, uneven, holes, . Our dog has not completely comfortable yet at the groomer, so I'm certain he was restless. That can't account for all of how horrible this cut looks, but I won't deny it may have been a factor. I told them this in advanced and asked if they use an Assitant to help hold him still and settle him.
They assured me "yes." I brought a Kong with frozen wet food inside for them to use to settle him down. They assured me they would. They never used it. It got sent home full. Their options if he wouldn't settle enough would be 1) use an assistant and the Kong 2) don't cut his hair at all 3) start to cut him in the back so if he didn't settle then you could stop early and it wouldn't look ridiculous.
The option they chose (not on the list) - don't use Kong or assistant, chop hair completely uneven and with complete holes in some places and charge FULL PRICE of $102. Ridiculous. Good thing it grows back. We won't be back again.

My family adopted Miss Mabel from Operation Kindness last week and needed to find a new daycare to help socialize our new fur kid. Today was our first interview day at Elite Suites Southlake and we couldn't be happier. They gave us the step-by-step assessment and afterwards we decided since she passed the test, we would give her a few hours to meet some new fur friends. Everyone was so professional, friendly and helped us with a daycare package that made sense for us. So happy we found Elite Suites. Bravo!

This place is not somewhere you want to take your dogs. The people who work here have no class. It seems to me that they just sit around all day to collect a paycheck. Elisa is not someone you want to bathe your dog AT ALL she says she washes and dries your dog but she does not she sends them without being dried and halfway washed. There is never a manager on duty so good luck if you get any resolution to your issue that you will have.
They do not take care of your dogs while they are in their care. They do not clean the kennels on a regular basis. I recommend you take your loving babies to another facility. I will be contacting the BBB to notify them of this horrid place.

I am beyond disappointed in this place. Usually we take our one year old boxer for 3 days while we're out of town but this week we were gone for 8 days and left him in the care of these people, we packed him food and labeled them with times and days and we also packed him treats, come to find out he hasn't been fed for two to three days.
We come to pick him up the poor thing was skinny to the bone, before we picked him up he was healthy and to see him starving and thirsty just broke my heart I'm beyond hurt that they just left him there. We also payed for a bath and he was covered in dirt and urine at pickup! I am also concerned because he is such a sweet and loving dog but now he's afraid to even get near us, I can't even imagine what they have done to him in there! Shame on y'all!

My wife and I have used Elite Suites since they opened in Southlake. We have always been very satisfied until this last visit. It seems they have changed owners and much more has changed. We discovered at checkout, they now charge a $20.00 late fee if you pick your pet up past noon. There was no notification of this at the time of drop-off, no signage and nothing indicating this on the check-in paperwork.
If this was the only issue, we would have let this go and discontinue our patronage. However, in addition, our pet has been sick with a stomach virus for the past week after picking her up. She was fine at drop-off and prior to that. Either the facility is no longer clean (as we had no need to go back and check, since we have only used them in the past for pet care and been satisfied) or the staff is negligent with feeding and care. We will never return with our pet here. We are very disappointed and wanted others to know to check them out before your pet returns home sick as well.

I changed my review to one star due to my huge disappointment in reaching out to the owner/management when my groomer left. Melly worked with two of my adopted dogs that were abused. One was abused so severely that she was thrown away in the garbage. After being found all she did was bite for the first two months. Not only did love help this dog but also having a caring and wonderful groomer like Melly.
So I reached out to ask how I could find Melly. I was told Elite Suites would not tell me where she went, it's policy". I understand the policy but my need was for the well-being of a severely abused dog. After more than a month, Management never returned my emails. I even told the front desk that I had been waiting on response and still heard nothing.
I asked them to tell the higher ups that I was waiting on a response. It was more than disappointing, it was awful to hear NOTHING from management/owner. I WAS a client of Elite Suites for Grooming and boarding for more than a decade. To have management not ever respond to my email, or even want to help a severely damaged dog this way is horrible.
Even if the answer was the same, Elite Suites could have respectfully responded to my emails. Instead they threw away my business and respect. You can see from my below old review that they used to be a great place. But if an employee leaves that unexpectedly there has to be a reason. In the end I got lucky and found Melly at Posh Paw Resorts. They have my business and I hope that other regulars of Melly look for her too. Lastly, before locating Melly as a last resort I tried to book a grooming appointment with an existing groomer at Elite Suites.
I explained my situation and what happened to this more little dog with so much abuse. I was not given any good info from the front desk on who to use at Elite Suites. I was also made to wait more than 3 weeks to get an appointment for an unknown groomer that I could get nothing more than "all our groomers are good". All I could get was an "oh well attitude." I will never understand a business that doesn't care about long term customers. But I'm sure that explains also how they treat their employees. Mellie is a genius with any dog she grooms. I've seen her transform Westies and other breeds.
Many people can't believe it's the same dog in the before and after photos. Plus she is so wonderful to the actual dog. Ive seen dogs that are grumpy with everyone fall in love with Mellie instantly. I wanted to also thank Elite Suites owners for their amazing business, caring employees and for their latest promotion. Any business that supports pet adoptions is great.
Elite Suites is helping new adopted pet owners, that have recently adopted a new pet, by giving a free groom, a cookie and one night boarding to start your new family member on their connection with the Elite Suites Family. This is more than thoughtful, it's excellent. Of course you must show the pets adoption paperwork. And please tip your groomer for their work with your new family member. Groomers work hard in so many ways.

Additionally, Elite Suites has an excellent assortment of products that is unusual and more. The person who buys for the store is really gifted in finding items that you won't see at every pet store.
The only thing I wish was still available was the wonderful bandanas that the dogs got for being groomed. I saved all of mine and would change them on my dogs like clothes. I like how the collar slides through the bandana which is better than a regular bandana. Anyway, thank you Elite Suites for helping the adopted pets out there. You rock!

Definitely an awful place. I work here and I promise you, you should not take your pets here! If a dog fights in daycare, there are no repercussions for the dog fighting, so not only is the other staff in trouble, so are the other dogs. They won't let us take the dogs out unless they're seriously injured! We used to have time out, till they took it away for some reason.
The owner only cares about the money, as do all the front staff. The front staff hardly helps us with any work, PLEASE report this place. They don't care about the animals safety, AT ALL! Please do not take your pet here! Your pet is in danger if you take it here, and it's extremely overpriced!

My dog Snickers has been boarding here for 13 years, her whole life. She is now old & I was afraid to leave her because she is not eating well in her old age. I spoke with Savanna about her eating habits & called her on several occasions during my trip to check in on her. She even went the extra mile & bought her a hamburger to mix in with her food. Thank you for taking really good care of her.

I actually took a few weeks to calm down before I posted. I have taken my maltese to Fireplug Inn since they opened and have been thrilled. They were full and so was another pet resort but both told me to try this one. I should have known something was wrong since they had openings during a holiday. From the moment I walked in with my new puppy, the feeling from the staff was odd.
I don't know how to describe it except they were condescending and disinterested. I went home and looked at the video code they gave me and for an hour the video showed an empty cage. Where was my baby? I called and it went to VM so I had to drive back up there to get things resolved. They put him in a different cage. Even other people in the lobby were rude.
One customer asked them if they could get him his dog before they helped me. The feeling in this place is negative. Also, per the website, the dogs get get mattresses. Mine got a cot. He laid on the floor almost every time I looked at the video. He was miserable. I never saw anybody play with him and people walked by his cage and never even acknowledged him.
I should have read the reviews but then again, everything else was booked so there really wasn't an option. If you find yourself in this situation and have no choice, use this place but keep your expectations very low so you won't be disappointed. Check out the screen shots I took. Looks much different than what is promised in the website.

Rude staff and and rude management. NEVER again! Very rude to me and family and I will not stand for it. I am reading the reviews and they all read the same thing. RUDE staff, dirty facility, and neglected animals. And the response from the owner is so pretentious. Obviously thinks him and his facility do no wrong. And clearly from my mother's experience and apparently so many others, they all feel they same way. Don't waste your time or your money.

We left our 4 month old puppy for an overnight stay hoping for a positive experience for him. We were given a login and password to use the online camera in his cell. We were told our dog would be taken out about 5x during the day. I began watching almost immediately after leaving him and continued to watch most of the night. Not once was he taken out.
We picked him up early the next morning and took him outside to relieve himself. Wow. the poor puppy urinated for what seemed like 5 full minutes before getting in the car to go home. Poor dog had held his urine for almost 20 hours! Oh.first we were given the wrong dog! Stay away. Your pet is not being cared for in your absence. I got to pay $51 for this too. Never again!

Beware.the management team is down right rude. I wouldn't leave my fur babies with such a mean staff. Management says a lot for a company so no telling what kind of people they hire to a take care of your loved ones. There are so many other facilities in DFW that has great management down to the staff. I would give this place second thoughts.

I used to trust this place as my finance's parents and family have used it for a long time, but I am way past that point. The past 3 times we have taken the dogs we have had miserable experiences. The first, we called several times bc the cameras were not working in the rooms. They said they would move the dogs to a new room, but we were still never able to see them.
When we got home, we realized one of our dogs was seriously limping and one of his nails was completely ripped off. That would have bled a ton so we can only be led to believe that is why the cameras were turned off. The next time, we left the dogs with some toys, but every time we checked the camera there was nothing in their room. We assumed they had been chewed up and called to have new toys purchased for them.
We still never saw anything in their rooms and they came home with no toys. This would not be as big of an issue except that one of our dogs is near blind and very anxious and ALWAYS has something in his mouth. It devastated me that he was there for 4 days with no toys! This last time, we bought 2 more toys to put in their rooms. I told them upon drop-off how the toys were never taken into their rooms last time.
They assured us they would be this time. 7 hours later I checked the camera and there was nothing there. When I called, they said they were "on the cart" and "just hadn't been taken to the rooms yet". 7 hours! Why wouldn't they just let them have the toys when we purchased them? When they finally put them in there the mood on the camera changed so much.
The dogs were happy! I know what's best for my dogs and Elite Suites continues to ignore it! We have taken them there out of convenience up to now -- but I can't justify a negligent treatment of my dogs ever again. We are done.
