Trust them with your pets! After a last minute change to my original plans, Brett went out of his way to help, accommodate, and care for my two dogs on their layover. They answered calls when nobody else would, made me feel at ease with his genuine interest in taking care of my dogs and was willing to work with a unique situation I was in, to get my dogs home. I will recommend them to anyone who has dogs traveling through the Seattle area.

My pup loves this doggy daycare, she always comes home each day exhausted. The pictures that are posted of her each day of are amazing and cute. The staff are kind and attentive. I'm so glad we found this place for our girl. This has made her come out of her shell ten folds.

Our pup was so shy when she first started going but now she whines when we pull up. She is so excited to see her friends at Paws n Pals! The staff is all so friendly and you can tell they enjoy what they do! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a doggy daycare!

Over the past two years, I've used the boarding, grooming, and day care services. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My dog loves spending time at Paws n Pals!

I love the grooming salon at paws n pals. Chimene does an awesome dog grooming both my dogs.

Paws and Pals took care of all my needs. Brett was very kind and responsive. I highly recommend using Paws and Pals for your pet's travel needs. I couldn't have used a better company!

I took my dog here to be boarded and they offered to give him his Kennel Cough (Boardatella) vaccine the day we boarded him without telling me that it takes two weeks to build immunity for the vaccine. So we went ahead and boarded him since no one told us about the immunity period. We could have easily postponed our trip if they told us this. I was very frustrating in the beginning panicking that my dog was ill, and no one communicating this with me when I dropped him off.

However this company did everything to make it right and provided the best service for helping in this situation. It turned out he didn't have kennel cough and this place went above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of after his stay. They checked in on me and my dog to make sure he was better and even payed for the medical expenses. I spoke with both Holly and Brent the owner and they both were so compassionate listening to my concerns and frustrations. I will definitely use their service again knowing that they truly want to make right of these kinda of situations.

Do not do business with this manager unless they give a dog interview date & time first! They seem really nice and friendly on outside. They want you to do all their paperwork and getting hundreds of dollars in additional testing on your animal, but when everything is done and you call to schedule an appt its 2 months out. The manager is not helpful and will laugh at you in your face when you call to let them know how you feel.

Our pups are living their best lives and loving the friends they are making and playing with at daycare.

I expected more training with my dog, less paperwork. It was windy and cold and had to separate from each other beause of COVID. Didnt get good initial directions to training. It? Santa what I expected.

Holly and her staff were awesome. They helped put our dogs at ease at their facilities. Our dogs are normally skittish and not use to others. When we picked them up they were calm and even kissed a hand of a staff member to say good bye . I would recommend this facility if you are in the area.
