Silverbrook Kennels

We reserved Silverbrook Kennels for our boarding choice while going on vacation for a few days. The entire process was easy and the staff are all very friendly. I originally called and wanted to walk the facility to see what the kennel looked like to ensure I was comfortable with boarding my pups there. The facility appeared to be clean and up kept.

We were not allowed to see the inside of the facilities but the staff were accommodating in sending us pictures so we could see. During my pups stay, we did not receive any phone calls or updates so we assumed they were happy and healthy. I would say that would be the only thing if we would receive updates via text or email that would have made me feel more assured but overall we were really happy with the process. Our dogs returned to us happy and didn't seem stressed whatsoever. We would definitely bring them back again. Thank you!

Oh this place was a joy to find! After touring MANY other boarding facilities in the area, the staff and property at Silverbrook was a godsend. I have two large labs and they love it! Little pricier than some in the area (though not unreasonable), but honestly the peace of mind is so worth it.

Silverbrook Kennels are excellent: professional; knowledgeable; & responsive. We've used both their boarding and training services, and were very pleased with both. After training with them, we have an entirely new dog who is rock solid, calm, and obedient. Very highly recommend.

Was our 1st time using Silverbrook Kennels and we are very glad to have had the opportunity! The location is peaceful and we like the "farm retreat" vibe Silverbrook has over the "industrial complex" most other kennels we've used, offer. Their staff is professional and kind. Can tell they are passionate about the animals in their care and we trust that our pup was well taken care of.

Great first impression, even down to a small sign welcoming our pup by name. Small gesture, but a glimpse into the great environment they offered for our pup. We will continue to use Silverbrook again for our boarding needs. Definitely recommend!

I took my pure bread Australian shepard Lila to silver brook when I just didn't know what else to do. Lila was hyper, didn't listen, peed out of spite, jumped on guests and my family, pulled on a leash and was reactive to people and dogs. I can HAPPILY say on visitation day I said hello to a new version of Lila, she follows commands OFF LEASH, is calm, can easily go into stores and shows great obedience no matter the distraction and even if she does lose focus I am able to recall her. They made my loving puppy a prime example of obedience. Thank you silver brook. We will use them for boarding in the future.

Silverbrook is our dog's home away from home. He is always happy to go and happy when we pick him up from boarding or daycare. All the staff are expedient, caring and remember my boy's needs with little reminder. He also attended the 5 week training course 4 years ago, we highly recommend! Our boy has remembered his lessons and is gentle and obedient. 100% recommend Silverbrook for your dog.

The care camp is worth it. My doggo is always very happy to see me after a long trip, but they wear him out so he's content to nap a lot while I unpack once we get home. They do nails and baths too!

If I could give Silverbrook 10 stars, I would! We got our girl, Olive, from them in June and the process was amazing! They truly love what they do and they really do treat the puppies as if they were their own. These puppies (and their parents) are given so much love and a sense of security from the second they are born. The facility is clean, warm, and as close to a home like environment as you can get. Trish (the owner) kept us updated and sent pictures and videos of the puppies almost daily and has kept in contact with us even to this day.

She has always made it very clear that she is available if we have any questions and has been so quick to respond when we do. Now, for part two. After about 5 months, we realized that we were in over our heads with training. These dogs have an amazing temperament and are wicked smart! We decided to send Olive to the obedience training program because we knew we were not doing her any good by continuing (what we thought was) training her ourselves.

Our trainer, Jay, interviewed us before hand to get an idea of what outcome were we hoping for and which commands were most important to us. I love that they meet you where you are and really work with you to develop a plan that is going to work with your family. Jay is really good about communicating and sent lots of pictures and videos to keep us updated.

My biggest worry was that this was going to change her personality, but it did not at all. She still has her sweet and goofy demeanor but without the chaos. We now know that what we thought was just normal puppy behavior was a lot of anxiety and confusion from both her and us. Our quality of life has improved so much and I cannot thank Jay and the staff at SIlverbrook enough for everything they have done!

As a military family, constantly moving around, Finding a place you can trust with your fur babies can be challenging. One of our dogs is a rescue, and although she has been with us for 3-4yrs, she is very skittish around certain people, because of this reason, we honestly haven't been able to travel since being in VA. Due to upcoming orders, we needed to visit family over Memorial Weekend.

We decided on Silverbrook Kennels because it came highly recommended from friends and family. My dogs were dropped off Friday and picked up Sunday. We thought it was so well organized, and well managed. We love how thorough the staff was with asking us questions about our dogs individual needs and personalities. Thank you for making Flash and Sky feel welcomed and comfortable, which gave us ease leaving them for a few days! We are PCSing in July, and totally bummed we just found you!

My experience with Silverbrook Kennels has been 1st class! My 5 month old Golden puppy went through the 3-week board and train program. My puppy arrived at the kennel pulling on the leash and would listen to "sit" only when he wanted to. After the completion of the course, he walks at a heel, sits and stays until he is called, and recalls when I tell him to "come." Jay, Trish, and Raymond truly care about the dogs and continue to work with us even after the completion of the program. We received picture updates throughout the program with updates on his progress. Silverbrook is 1st class and I highly recommend them for your training needs.

Silverbrook Kennels is a wonderful place to board your dog or take them there for daycare. We take our Doberman Tanner there for daycare and boarding and would not take him anywhere else, but Silverbrook. The staff at Silverbrook are so caring and supportive. They care about the well being of your dog and treat them like family. Our Doberman loves it there and loves everyone that works there.

They also have a great training program and wonderful trainers. Tanner also went through their training program. Their after training support is fantastic! The trainers do not leave you hanging, they are available to answer any questions you may have to help continue at home training success. Silverbrook Kennels is the best place to take your dog(s)! We highly recommend them!

Obedience training program is awesome. My pup has such good manners now. Cant wait to send him back for some advanced training.

We did the board and train for our 7 month old Cane Corso puppy, Dezzi. The trainers did an amazing job with her, and she is so well trained off leash now, that it is almost like she is a different dog. Highly recommend Silverbrook, and I cant wait to bring all 3 of our dogs back for boarding :

The staff is amazing, they treat your dogs like family! I have a literal pack of dogs and they took them with no problem! We have used them 3 times now and will continue to come back. The facility is large and clean and the doggos have plenty of room to run and play outside. They let us split our 4 dogs into 2 runs so they each had a buddy while we were gone and they can bathe them after their stay and wash any blankets you bring as well. They were also extremely flexible with us when our trip got delayed and the pups had to stay an extra night. I would highly recommend!

As good as it gets when you have to leave your fur babies! We really like to travel with our dog but sometimes that is not possible. We went away for two weeks, its the longest we have ever been away from her. I shared my fears about leaving her with the owners and they communicated in a way that I knew Ella was not only going to be fine but she was going to have a vacation too! Dogs that stay ay the INN get to do their favorite activity during their days.

The dogs are treated with great kindness and care. Silverbrook helped me enjoy the first two week vacation we have had in years. I highly recommend SilverBrook for your doggies boring needs. The owners totally believe that your dog is their customer! What a great place!

What a hidden gem. When we left California, we were so heartbroken to leave our boarding place behind as they loved our girls. My biggest concern was finding a good boarding place and I happened on this one by chance because the other one we had gone to was booked and I am SO glad I did. They have such little advertising or reviews and now I know why!

People don't want to give away what an incredible place this is. The are on a huge lot of land and really let the dogs be dogs. There is a pond they take them to an and acre of land they let them run around. Each dog got their own indoor and outdoor run. Staff was amazing and so informative and sweet. Overall, when we picked our girls up they slept the entire day away from being exhausted. You can tell the staff really cares and I feel like I'm leaving my dogs to people who get them.

Beautiful country grounds. Impeccably clean. Trisha Jagoda and staff are THE nicest, most accommodating people. Sounds hard to believe? I know, but this is the best kennel I have ever been to. Let me just begin by saying I had a horrifying experience with my first dog at another kennel, (who is now closed thankfully) I found Trisha and I went to inspect the place several times before I even thought of leaving our guy.

I finally boarded with them. I'm quite sure I drove them all crazy the weekend we left our dog with my countless checkins and instructions. Trish never made me feel like a nuisance and long story short, we have been going there for 9 years now! We've since lost our first dog(they even sent us a card signed by the entire staff). Now our two new dogs go, and they love it.

They even do the "happy dance" when they are greeted by Veronica. Thankfully, we have found this place. And if we can't get in, our trip is cancelled. This place is great.

They don't board cats. I called, left a message and received a return call 2 hours before they open letting me know. She also recommended someplace to try. To me that's a pretty good indication the customer service is good and there's a personal touch involved.
