We offer our own line of wild bird, cage bird, exotic, and pigeon feeds that are blended and cleaned at the Excello facility in Denver, Colorado. Each Excello Brand product line was developed and tested over many years in conjunction with numerous breeders, flyers, fanciers, and backyard bird lovers. Excello Commodities, Inc was founded in 1955 and purchased by the Ervin family in 1976. The Ervin family still operates Excello today, providing the finest products and service at the best possible value. Our family-run small business has specialized in the finest seed blends for birds, livestock, and small animals for nearly 6 decades.
Therefore, orders can be placed over the phone or via email at ORDERS@EXCELLOBRAND.COM on Monday & Tuesdays. Product pick-up times are available during our temporary hours of 8:30AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty and look forward to continue to serve our community.

I buy cooked food (Excello Stovetop Buffet) for my cockatoo there and she loves it! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is mixed on site and always fresh. A bit far to go from home, but they sell it in 25 lb bags, so I don't have to brave Denver traffic too often and it's well worth the drive.

Used to be a good place to get reasonably-priced bird food. Never had any problems before, and everything was fresh, no moths or anything. Wish they would accept feedback about what parrots really eat in a mix, but they have never been willing to do that, so they've kept putting the same dumb stuff in for decades, and my bird eats about half of it.
Now they refuse to answer the phone, won't answer emails. I bought parrot mixes earlier in the month, and the guy who put the bags in my car had grabbed one wrong product. I want to exchange it for what I paid for, but can't raise anyone at the store, even after phoning many times and sending emails. Now the website is down. During the Covid Shutdown they just deliver pre-paid orders to your car.
They refuse to talk with you when you come by! I can't get a replacement without setting it up in advance, and they won't answer the phone. Very frustrating. My bird is hungry.

Yelp removed my followup review, no doubt because the company asked them to do so. I've reduced the number of stars to one because customer service and product quality was poor. Details were in the review that Yelp removed. Essentially I've had to throw out a good percentage of their parrot mix because it was full of seed moths and their webs. This happened numerous times. Couple the food quality with the personal attacks by the front desk personnel, and I've opted to take my business elsewhere.
