More fun than dog walking as you know it. Could it be? Yes! dinky Dogs is a field trip taking, adventure walking Social Club! Our very unique program is geared toward having BIG adventures, tons of socialization and oodles of loving care. Dogs under 18 tall (at the back) enjoy Hiking, Beach Play, Park Romps, Dog Events. Some might say, "Big adventures for little dogs?.Do the dogs even like that?" We say, on behalf of dinky dogs across Portland Maine and beyond.

Available to well socialized dogs looking for a mid day adventure. Our Field Trips last a min. of 90 minutes and can last as long as 4 hours! Just indicate so in your application and we will make sure that they have just as much fun on their adventure. Our overnight dog boarding is completely kennel-free unless your dog is used to sleeping in a crate, in which case we are happy to accommodate.
Must be current on vaccinations DHLPP, & Rabies. Spayed or Neutered for all dogs over 9 months. Must be housebroken: Although we realize that accidents do happen, we ask that your dog have an understanding of using the outdoors for "potty breaks". Must be on a quality flea or tick preventative (except for deep frost months).
We are happy to offer our existing clients $10.00 off the service of their choice when one of their referrals books with us. I was a little nervous dropping my 4 month old dachshund to daycare for the first time because he's very apprehensive to strangers. I brought my puppy Benny to Dinky dogs today while we were moving out of our apartment. He apparently did very well at daycare and when I picked him up later on, he looked so happy! Chaning and her crew took Benny to a trail and the beach today. im sure he had loads of fun because he's been so tired and sleepy since we got him back. I would definitely recommend dinky dogs to anyone who's looking for field trips or daycare for their pup! Benny and I will definitely be going back.

Amazing place to take your little pup! We had never taken our 5lb chihuahua to a boarding facility and she absolutely loved it. She was able to make friends and sleep in a human-sized bed and run around the house, just like at home. Our dog suffers from severe separation anxiety and the friendly home environment really put her anxiety at ease. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home from your pup! They even sent us photos of her while we were away to ease our own anxieties :
