I really enjoyed this walking service but unfortunately had a walker who mistreated my dogs to the point that they became skittish and timid. When contacting the owner of the service she was very unprofessional and stopped responding. It's very unfortunate. My animals are extremely important to me. I am lucky a neighbor reached out who witnessed the incident. I had some great walkers and one terrible one. Please beware and cautious.

We love using Peace of Mind for every vacation they have been awesome! They send email updates with photos and are so reliable and kind. You can tell they really love and care about the animals! She even reads books and listens to music with them. Highly recommend!

It's hard to find someone you trust with your fur babies and having them come to your home when you're not there. Marie is always very responsive and helps us out when we are in a pinch! I cannot say enough about how great Peace of Mind Pals is! Kelsey was AMAZING she was so good with my rescue dog Willy who only has one eye. Everyday I received an update promptly after her visit. Kelsey came daily and was really good at last minute changes to my schedule. She also stayed overnight with Willy when I had to travel and he loved it! If you are looking for not only reliable dog walking/sitting but walkers who love what they do, give them a call.

I'm so happy I found this pet sitter! Updates after every visit, complete with a checklist of everything completed. Great price. The icing on the cake was when she shoveled my steps so I didn't have to walk through a snowball when I got back late from a flight! Thanks so much!

The people at Peace of Mind Pals are wonderful. We had them take care of our very sassy cat for a week and they followed the instructions to a tee as well as provided daily updates. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a pet sitter

I filled out the online form and the only response I got was that they don't service Windham. We don't live in Windham, we live in Falmouth. They say they service Falmouth. No response when I replied that we live in Falmouth, not Windham.

Completely disappointed in both the service and attention we've received from this business in the year-+ that we've used them. Multiple people assigned with little to no notice (people who had keys to our home). Poor followup from the owners. I'm sure they love animals and I wish them well, but this wasn't the type of service we were sold or expected.

In my time in Portland, I have had four cats with various medical and emotional issues. I have also had a job that requires frequent travel with little notice. I have never had to worry about my cats because I know they are in amazing hands. Peace of Mind Pals are easy to work with, extremely responsible, and have been available on short notice. They have managed to get medication into my hyperactive fighty cat, calm and befriend my anxious cat, get food into my cat who didn't like eating, and soothe my clingy cat. You want them looking after your animal companions.

Marie has walked my little corgi since he was a puppy. He is almost nine and I think she might adore him as much as he loves her. His daily walks give him the mid week break he needs. I prefer her service to day care because my dog stays in his own home and gets the rest he needs. She takes him for long walks and often brings other doggy friends over to play, which I know he loves. The name really says it all. The peace of mind is priceless.
