Top Dog Daycare

My dog loves to come here. The staff is knowledgeable and treat each dog individually. I wouldn't take him anywhere else.

What a terrible experience. I brought my pup here for the first time. She is used to going to another daycare & this environment is not a new experience for her. I enjoyed watching her on the cameras. Around 10:00 I stopped seeing her on the live feed. During my lunch break at 12:30 I called & they said she had "An incident" which resulted in her being put in "an isolation kennel".

The "incident" in question was that she was loud while playing and disturbing tired dogs around her. What? They told me she'd been in the kennel for 15 minutes & would be let out 15 minutes later. 2:00, 4:15, 5:30, every time I checked the cameras I never saw her again. Upon pickup, her entire left side was covered in some brown liquid that could not be explained by staff.

I have no proof of this, but I believe she was never taken out of the kennel & was forced to lay in her own urine for the rest of the day. I also believe there was no water for her as she drank & drank when we got home. Please stay away from here!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Top Dog. Liz & Tim go above & beyond to make sure all of her pups and their owners are happy. We couldn't be happier with Top Dog and all of their associates.

I cannot recommend Top Dog enough. My dog Sissy loves every second she spends there! And the staff is absolutely wonderful!

Top dog will treat your four legged children just like their own! I never worry when my dog is in their care!

We left our new 3 month old mini goldendoodle puppy, Teddy, there for 4 nights and we were a little nervous because this was the first time that Teddy would have stayed anywhere else since we picked him up. However, Liz and Tabi went above and beyond in their care of Teddy which allowed us to enjoy our trip even more. They sent us frequent daily updates and pictures about how he was eating, pooping, playing, etc.

When we picked Teddy up he was as clean as he has ever been after a nice bath. We definitely appreciate the staff at Top Dogg and will be bringing Teddy back for many more visits. We would highly recommend them to any dog owner. Thanks Top Dogg!

Top Dog is amazing and treats every pup like their own! My dogs have gone for day care and week-long stays and every time I come home with happy and tired pups! We were pretty disappointed with our experience at Top Dog. After reading lots of positive reviews we decided to take our 1.5 year old here. Not even 30 minutes in to the 6 hour "minimum" introduction day we were called to come pick him up. We were told our dog wants to "play too much" and is a little too excited. Our goal in daycare was to help him burn off energy and socialize and he wasn't given much of a chance.

The staff at top dog daycare loves each and every dog with all their hearts. The staff Braves snow storms and works every holiday to make sure all the dogs are taking care of and get a full day of play. I've seen the girls there cry when dogs have moved away. You wont find that kind of care, love, and commitment at the bigger corporations. Top dog is your dogs home away from home.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, dogs aren't really interacting with each other. Gave our dog anxiety. But it looked clean, well maintained, and offered space for you to keep treats / other items for your dog. I met lots of other dog parents who loved the daycare.

I love Top Dog! My dog is clearly very happy to see the staff who work there, which gives me no end of peace during my busy days. In addition to being great with the dogs, Amanda, Tabitha, Jenny, and Mandy are also really wonderful with customer service. They greet me happily in the morning and evening and always give me updates on how my dog did during her day.

I also use Top Dog for boarding. Sushi (my dog) always seems happy and relaxed when I pick her up and is never hesitant to return to day care after a stay - which tells me she feels relaxed and comfortable at Top Dog. I love that they have webcams so that I can log in and check in on Sushi if I'm away and missing her. Even though I don't use them often, I like that I always know I can check in on her if I feel the urge. :) Thank you so much, Top Dog! We are so thankful for Top Dog! Here's why we love this place: the staff know all the dogs by name and really seem to think of them as family. These are dog people, folks! Our chocolate lab loves his time there, and we feel completely comfortable dropping him off for either daycare or boarding. He was a puppy when we started bringing him to Top Dog, and he was one active and exuberant boy!

Not only did they understand his energy, but they also had their behavior specialist/trainer work with him as part of the daily fee and gave us some suggestions (after complimenting is on the the work we'd done already)! He always comes home happy and exhausted. Having the dog camera is an added benefit. With the new owners, some welcome updates are being done to the facility. We recommend Top Dog to anyone looking for a place for their beloved four-footer to spend some time away from home.

We've been taking our Airedale Terrier, Crosby, to Top Dog since Labor Day 2014. We have been very happy with the facility and the warm, caring staff ever since. A couple of weeks ago, Top Dog was purchased by Liz and Tim. I never had the chance to meet the prior owners, but I'm sure they were nice because every one of the staff is so great.

But I must say that Liz and Tim take the friendliness and hospitality to another level. Both are warm, welcoming, and engaging. And it's very apparent that they're both serious dog lovers! I feel even more confident that Crosby is being well-taken care of now! By the way, Top Dog has video cams in each of the facility's rooms that are accessible via Top Dog's website. It's a lot of fun, as well as comforting, to be able to watch your dog run, cavort, and play with the other dogs and the wonderful staff members. I highly recommend Top Dog!

Fantastic place! My friend recommends this day care to us and basically two reasons let us decided to go with them. 1. This day care provides webcam so you can monitor your dogs every move. 2. Unlike the other day care, dogs are not crated during the day. They can play as long as they want all day. That's the best part. To us, it's tailored for our 1 year old high energy lab.

Every time I picked her up she would fall sleep right away on the way back to home. I know this place doesn't have the fancy decorations as the others, but it's definitely the best choice for your dog. Just imagine unlimited play time and can be dogs all day long. Cannot find a better one with the reasonable price for my crazy girl.

We take our dog to Top Dog at least once a week for daycare, and we've boarded her there as well. Boarding is especially good because dogs get to interact at daycare unlike your usual kennels. We are glad that there's a set schedule for dog activities (group play, nap time, 1:1 attention with the staff.). The web cameras are also great, letting us see how our dog is getting along with all the other dogs.

Staff know and treat each dog like they're part of their family. They even work on behavioral issues if requested. Unlike a number of dog daycares, the facility smells clean. Our dog is eager to get inside to play with the staff and her doggie friends, and she's always well rested when we go to get her. We will continue to use Top Dog. It's much better than all the others we've tried.
