I contacted Kelly as I desperately needed a help with our 8M old puppy. Walking has been the main issue. I have been constantly pulled and jerked around. On a few occasions, I came back from walking bursting in tears. I felt as a failure. I tried different harnesses, collars, leads. Nothing worked. Kelly came and everything has changed. I have purchased a new canine bridle that arrived within 24H.
I put it on and once I shut the gate behind me, our dog switched to a walking mode. No pulling, no jerking, no lunging. Just nice pace walking. We stopped only twice during that walk. OMG! Kelly is my heroine and I will stand by it! She is understanding, professional, full of knowledge and good advice. She answered a lot of my questions and spent good 2 hours with us. I am much confident now and I am looking forward to building a solid and respectful relationship with our dog.
