Calling All Dogs, Dog Walker/ Pet Sitter

Our dog is not a fan of other dogs so we were thrilled to find CADC and their ability to work with you to find a sitter that meets your specific needs. They have been quick with their response to any question we have which was appreciate. Susan, the sitter, has been so patient with our dog and giving her the time she needs to adjust to a new person. We also appreciate the pictures and the notes of how she is doing during the visit.

So I can see how my pup was on this visit (pics and a great description, including walking route taken) and it's REALLY reasonably priced! As first time leaving our fur babies for an extended vacation, we were extremely worried. They are our spoiled little girls. After searching and reading reviews, we decided Calling All Dogs & Cats would be the best fit for our family. Britney and Liz were ideal. My girls loved both of them. They came on time, made sure my girls had everything they needed, including many pets and lots of love.

That was what I had been the most worried about. Would they treat them like their own or like a job and I was super happy it was like their own. Plenty of communication and pictures so I felt at ease. I will be calling them again for our next vacation and recommend anyone who has fur babies to look into their services.

Initially, I was pleased with the service. They were thoughtful, responsive and attentive. Would have given 4-5 stars. Then one day, I caught company's owner on my indoor video camera going up to the third-floor of my townhouse without permission. My dog is located on the second floor and there was no reason whatsoever to violate my privacy by venturing to the third floor.

I confronted the owner during a phone call and he was honest about the violation of privacy. So, I decided to give him another chance. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. A couple months later, he left me a voicemail claiming I owed him about $150 in charges dating back 2-3 months, based on an accounting deep-dive. Rather than provide any specific dates for which dog walking charges didn't post, he asked me to go back and review my own records.

I assured him that I wasn't aware of any missing charges and I asked him to credit the pending $150 in charges to my credit card. At the same time he left me a voicemail claiming it wasn't a big deal and he wouldn't pursue the charges. Despite his statement and my own letter disputing the charges with my credit card company, I was still charged $108 without being provided an invoice from this company. I will never use this company again. I've been perfectly pleased with rover.com

My Fiance and I both work long hours so we can't leave our energetic 8 month old golden alone all day so we decided to get a steady walker on board. These guys have been fantastic! They are very flexible with their availability and give a little summary note with accompanied pictures/a map of where they traveled after every visit. Our rambunctious girl can be a handful quite often (the training is a work in progress ) but these folks are pros and seem to work great with her!

We recently moved to St. Pete and needed pet care along with plant care and mail checks for a 9-day trip over the holidays. My husband found Calling All Dogs & Cats and we have been impressed from the first contact. From the meet & greet, to the communication, and the daily care reports, everything has been wonderful. We had complete trust that our two cats and our home were in good hands while we were gone.

The daily reports help you feel connected while away, and there is complete transparency about where the sitter has been and what has been taken care of. We definitely recommend CAD&C to anyone looking for help with their fur babies!

Calling All Dogs Rocks - We have had the opportunity to use their services several times now and are so grateful to have them as such an important personal resource for our "family", which includes our little cutie, Holly, our maltese/yorkie. Each time we used their overnight sitting service, they took such time to pay attention to our specific needs relative to Holly's schedule, habits and idiosyncrasies and our "parental" anxieties.

They were quick to adapt to unexpected last-minute complications associated with scheduling, crisis borne out of COVID, travel planning, yada, yada. Reliable and trustworthy at an affordable price! Grateful for the love and care they have provided for our dogs on multiple occasions! They are truly invested in their work and I never worry because I know our pups are being well cared for!

Felt very comfortable leaving my dog with them. They are everything they say they are. Only reason a four and not five star, it's a bit pricey.

Our experience with Calling all Dogs & Cats of South Tampa was above and beyond any expectation! We are staying here for a few months for work and were recommended this as the best dog walking service in the area. Our walker, Ben, was extremely competent, kind and caring for our dog and cat, Marley and Oliver. Besides the great care that Ben gave our pets, what separates this from other pet care services we used is the Pet Care Journal. Ben wrote out a note about the visit, had pictures of our pets and there was even a detailed map of where Ben took Marley on the walk, time and distance. We really love this service and recommend it to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their pets. Thank you Ben!

I called Calling All Dogs because I needed a new walker for my older dog, Thomas. I found them to be very responsive to my first inquiry message. The next day we planned an introductory walk. They were very prompt and very patient with my pup who is reluctant to walk with someone new. I have booked them a few more times since and found them to be responsive and prompt.

Love Calling All Dogs & Cats! They stayed with our puppy overnight while we had our wedding and it gave us so much relief know he was in good hands. Baker loves them so much! He receives visits a few times a week and love his sunbathing time. I love to receive the reports that they submit and makes me so happy to see the photos of how happy Baker is! You guys are awesome!
